I feel very safe when I'm there. The parking lot is really well lit. The customer service is excellent. I didn't care for the room that I was in because it was designed for a wheelchair. Now I did tell them that I am disabled but I don't have a wheelchair. I use a cane. So that was my bad. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I'm going there again this weekend and for the entire run of the Renaissance. Pleasure Fair

It was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was perfect. Parking somewhat tight for large vehicles. Staff so nice and warm. Freeway access great! Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed the friendliness the welcoming. I felt very safe here. Excellent customer service. A clean spacious room with a nice bed. Free Wi-Fi. Excellent parking access. My car is parked right outside my room. So convenient and helpful because I'm disabled! It's just a nice place to be.

My stay was ok. Just needs little bit more effort in cleaning. My pillows had hair on the pillows and blankets. Walls and doors have scuffed marks, water or some kind of liquid stains. Shower door not staying closed.

It was an excellent stay. The office staff was very friendly courteous and professional. The service staff ladies were very friendly kind and very attentive to my needs and kept my room very clean. The room was very nice as well. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. I would recommend this inn to anyone.

This was a great place to stay for quick travel. It is located right off the freeway near shopping and places to eat. Very clean rooms. Simple, comfortable bed, no frills. Friendly staff.

The room had the worst chemical smell as if they were trying to cover up another smell. We all had headaches after just a few minutes in the room. After just a few moments walking around bare foot in the room out feet were black! Could not stay more than one night. Very disappointed since the hotel had a good rating.

A 2 night stay at Travelodge in West Covina. Check in was easy - no surprises. Upstairs room has been nicely remodeled. New shower, sink/countertop and furniture. Microwave and mini refrigerator. Quiet heater/ac. Blackout curtains. Cons: Next to I-10 freeway; No luggage rack; No closet but there is a very high rack with hangers - unless you are very tall, you would not hit your head and could put items on top of the rack. Great water pressure in the shower, but regulating the temperature was difficult. Great place to stay!

clean but very very very basic white room. Almost no amenities, extra furniture; not even any simple art work. Bed felt like it was made from straw supported by a noisy tinney base. It felt like we were in a college dorm room. Don't see how this got rated so highly.

Everything was great, no problems! every time me and my boyfriend come here it’s excellent customer service. Always clean, housekeepers are very friendly and hardworking. Not a hotel expert, but, I stay in them quite regularly. Hard to say what the best is. Having said that, not bad for the price point. Room for improvement? Where they did excel over other places was the check-in. Best I’ve seen.

Front desk check in was very kind and pleasant, and he also gave me some recommendations on where to eat. Room was very clean. I did notice a little light coming in from the bottom of the door, meaning there was a space there (I worry about bugs crawling inside). There were a few random ants in the bathroom, but nothing to worry about. I appreciated that the mattresses were covered in bed bug protective covers (nice touch), but the mattresses themselves were not super comfortable (more firm than soft), and the pillows were a little flat. The windows had very good noise dampening as well, for being so close to the freeway. I still wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use this place again.

The hotel is on an odd little side street next to the freeway. I was concerned that it might be noisy because of its proximity to the freeway, but it was actually quiet. There is a major street nearby that allowed me to walk to a nearby mall where there was a wide range of eating choices.

The hotel is on an odd little side street next to the freeway. I was concerned that it might be noisy because of its proximity to the freeway, but it was actually quiet. There is a major street nearby that allowed me to walk to a nearby mall where there was a wide range of eating choices.

In a super convenient location close to restaurants and supermarkets. The parking is really easy and the rooms are very clean. Would absolutely recommend!

They were all friendly, including the housekeeping staff, the rooms, and lobby were clean, and as far as food goes, the location is near the mall, so you have several restaurants to choose from. The only thing that I don’t like, is that they don’t serve breakfast here.

Excellent stay! Very clean and quiet with a wonderful staff. A bonus is that it’s walking distance to Porto’s, a fabulous Cuban restaurant. Highly recommend!!

This was our 10th time staying at this place, it's our favorite place to book when we're in West Covina. Clean, affordable rates, quiet and well maintained. Best bang for your buck

There was plenty of parking, the staff were quite helpful at the front desk, the cleaning staff did a great job tidying up the room.

We spilled water on the floor next to the bed our first evening there. The hand towel we used to clean up the mess came back filthy. I took a closer look at the rest of the room and found it to be much less than clean. The most obvious surfaces look to at least have been wiped down but are they disinfected? I was prepaid for a four night stay, so we took personal precautions and remained. We got fresh towels after two days, and one of them given to us had brown stains. Small round brown stains make me think of poop. Therefore, I was not impressed with the laundry either. I will never stay at that Traveloge again and will only use another under duress.
