The apartment is located in the basement of our single family house. To get to your seperate entrance, you have to walk down three steps. There is also the possibility to reach the apartment via the terrace door. In that case you don't have to go through any steps. The floor is completely tiled, without underfloor heating. In winter, slippers are recommended.In the corridor there is a fireplace, which can be heated free of charge with our wood. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. 1x with double bed size 1.60m x 2.00m. In the second bedroom there is a double bunk bed, which is also suitable for young adults. The bedrooms are small. However, this is enough to sleep. From the hallway, you will reach the bathroom with a window. Here you will find a shower, toilet and a washbasin with a mirror. In the open living-dining area you will find a cozy corner sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed with two beds if necessary. There are 4 chairs at the dining table, and there are more chairs available for guests with more than 4 people. The spacious, modern and well-equipped kitchen includes a fully automatic coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and many useful utensils. Unfortunately the oven is currently defective. From the kitchen you can reach the covered south-west sun terrace. Here you can relax in the evening sun after your excursion. There is also a barbecue. Towels, shower towels and bed linen are provided. Drinks are available in the kitchen for a small fee. These are beer, beer alcohol-free, cycling, safflower, water, wine and sparkling wine. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the apartment. Pets are welcome here and can stay for free.
