The property is clean and modern. Our room was nice, and having the kitchenette meant we could cook our meals and not have to eat out all the time. Used one of the two gas barbecue grills one night. Gas fire pit also available. Pool was a reasonable size and the exercise room is large and well-equipped. Supermarket and other stores close by, as well as Urgent Care, if you should need it. Hiking trails are close by. Great stay and would definitely recommend!

Everything was great with our stay- the amenities (gym, pool) were awesome and clean and the basketball court was a real bonus and rare in some of these hotels. The breakfast was perfect, a lot of selection so something for everyone! Our room was on the townesplace side- the beds were very comfortable and the kitchette was very practical. Decor is modern and new, very clean and spacious.. another bonus: Netflix!.. All very impressive, but the most impressive aspect was the friendly and helpful staff!!.. everyone we spoke to was ready to help in a friendly, hospitable manner.. especially Lisa at the front desk who continued to go above and beyond to help us whenever we needed.. we really appreciated that!

Very disappointed in the level of highway noise. Front desk staff told us it was on the "quiet" side, but the hallway was quieter than the room. Beware that breakfast really stops service closer to 8:40 and on a busy day many foods run out before 9 at which point the doors promptly close. Beds and pillows were great. Pool was closed for our stay. Gym was excellent also. No blackout curtains.

Room had disgusting shades and shower was falling apart! When asked for a different room manager on duty was rude even after showing pics of room. His reply to me was we’re working on it not sorry , the room should be taken out of service until repaired!!!!! Also first floor stunk like smoke!!! Second floor was clean and room was very nice! Breakfast was awesome !

I like that they accept pets and there is a good amount of walking area around the property. The dog station with bags and trash looks like nobody has serviced it in a long time. We used our own waste bags. We had many companies on our room upon check in. Among these were a definite cigarette smoke odor in the room which is probably why the window was open. The TV kept freezing the screen and was useless. The telephone did not work. We ended up having to move next door but things weren’t much better. Kitchen shelf broken and light on microwave didn’t work. Both TV’s had same issue constantly freezing. Light switch in bedroom didn’t do anything, air conditioner in bedroom so loud it’s like an airplane taking off. 2 nights no sleep hardly. Bathroom the tub drain stop don’t work and a piece on the tub falls off if you touch it. For the price these things are all unacceptable.

Went to a Patriot game, Stayed at this hotel mainly for proximity of stadium. Hotel was gorgeous, VERY VERY clean, Up to date, very comfortable, close to area stores, easy parking, continental breakfast area was very spacious. Absolutely will be staying again.

Overall the hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. We did have an issue with the bath tub drain plug which did make the stay not as enjoyable as I would have liked. I love baths especially on vacation when you\'re doing so much walking its nice to have a soak in the tub. I book my hotels to ensure I have access to a bathtub. The first time I went to use it I noticed the drain wouldnt click down to close properly. I had my partner who works in the trades try and fix it he removed the drain part that wasnt sealing and manually was able to click the drain down so I could have a bath. When he went to drain the tub after so he could shower he cut his finger on the drain. No big deal. We reported the issue to the front desk when they assured us that the engineer would be in to fix it. When we returned that evening the engineer had been and at first look it appeared fixed. The next morning I went to fill up the tub and tried to click the drain and it still didnt seal so the water just kept draining :( like I\'m not sure why when he "fixed" it they didnt try filling the tub to ensure it actually was fixed because it very clearly wasn\'t.. anyways I had to use a washcloth over the drain to have a bath. I didnt bother saying anything further to the front desk as we were checking out anyways. Room could have been a bit cleaner some spills on the walls from previous guests but other than that it was clean. Nice size room. Location convenient.

The sofa beds are not actually a mattress, but a hard surface incompatible with sleep. There is no cushioning, should not be allowed to be called a bed. I was unable to sleep, and the one bedroom room was overpriced for what you got. The hotel was clean and quiet.

The location was great. Near shopping center, restaurants, gas stations. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and modern. The room itself was clean, fully functional for a family with small and teenage children. A full functioning kitchen with all utensils. A full size fridge. I will definitely stay here again!

We got studio room 2223. Right by the highly. Very noisy.... Also, do not know what was on top of this room, perhaps a room for staff doing some work, bottom line constant noise on our head from noisy foot steps starting early in the morning. Finally, walls in corridors were scratched at many locations. A little maintenance would go a long way...

I loved this hotel! I stayed here because of how close we were to Gillette Stadium. Perfect for people that have a game or concert to see and don’t want to drive back home the same night! Hotel is very clean, staff are very nice and kind. The rooms are beautiful and modern, also very spacious and not cramped. The room has a mini stove top, dishwasher, huge fridge, and things to cook and eat with. Overall I would stay here again and recommend you do too!

We like staying here because the rooms are comfortable and it's a convenient location for shopping and other activities. The room we were in this time was right near the highway and even with windows closed you could hear all of the highway noise. Breakfast is great but they ran out of waffle batter which is what my kids were planning on having for breakfast so they were bummed about that.

We like staying here because the rooms are comfortable and it's a convenient location for shopping and other activities. The room we were in this time was right near the highway and even with windows closed you could hear all of the highway noise. Breakfast is great but they ran out of waffle batter which is what my kids were planning on having for breakfast so they were bummed about that.

The property was very nice however we couldn’t check into our room until 6:30 due to no rooms being clean- and we were not the only family with issues. There were about 4 groups waiting in the lobby for 3 hours. Staff was apologetic but the only thing they offered was an hour later checkout time.

Room had disgusting shades and shower was falling apart! When asked for a different room manager on duty was rude even after showing pics of room. His reply to me was we’re working on it not sorry , the room should be taken out of service until repaired!!!!! Also first floor stunk like smoke!!! Second floor was clean and room was very nice! Breakfast was awesome !

Everything was great with our stay- the amenities (gym, pool) were awesome and clean and the basketball court was a real bonus and rare in some of these hotels. The breakfast was perfect, a lot of selection so something for everyone! Our room was on the townesplace side- the beds were very comfortable and the kitchette was very practical. Decor is modern and new, very clean and spacious.. another bonus: Netflix!.. All very impressive, but the most impressive aspect was the friendly and helpful staff!!.. everyone we spoke to was ready to help in a friendly, hospitable manner.. especially Lisa at the front desk who continued to go above and beyond to help us whenever we needed.. we really appreciated that!

This is a new property and everything is still very "new". I checked in online and requested an early checkin, but when we arrived thar was not available. We claim checked our bags and left for the event and requested a text when the room was ready.... I finally received a text at 8:21pm! Check in is shown as 3pm on the website, so shouldn\'t my room have been available no later than 3?? Night staff did not know the prices of the in house/24 hour snacks. Otherwise, great facility and nice staff.

The location was great. Near shopping center, restaurants, gas stations. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and modern. The room itself was clean, fully functional for a family with small and teenage children. A full functioning kitchen with all utensils. A full size fridge. I will definitely stay here again!

I loved this hotel! I stayed here because of how close we were to Gillette Stadium. Perfect for people that have a game or concert to see and don’t want to drive back home the same night! Hotel is very clean, staff are very nice and kind. The rooms are beautiful and modern, also very spacious and not cramped. The room has a mini stove top, dishwasher, huge fridge, and things to cook and eat with. Overall I would stay here again and recommend you do too!

Loved everything about the place. Except the stadium traffic. Concert was going on and if you are coming from the south off 495 cannot make a left turn anywhere. Other than that place was amazing

This was a great little room for a weekend getaway. Full kitchen and accessible bathroom. The pool was warm and not crowded when I went. Good food on the same street as well as some shops down the road as well. Right near the Wrentham Premium Outlets

Very disappointed in the level of highway noise. Front desk staff told us it was on the "quiet" side, but the hallway was quieter than the room. Beware that breakfast really stops service closer to 8:40 and on a busy day many foods run out before 9 at which point the doors promptly close. Beds and pillows were great. Pool was closed for our stay. Gym was excellent also. No blackout curtains.

I have pics of fleas. The pool was supposed to be the highlight of my kids' overnight trip and was unusable. When i asked the 2 front desk men about it, they were rude and dismissive. I went to make coffee in the morning it had crumbling plastic in it from the broken coffee pot. I should have at least gotten my money back from hotels.com. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Loved the room layout Comfortable bed Stemmed wine glasses in the room would’ve been nice. Also, Stevia was unavailable for sweetener for coffee. I’d stay there again though for sure

Not very friendly front desk along with that lifts being out of service when I asked when they would be fixed, I was told none of them worked yesterday. I found that hard to believe considering there are approximately 34 floors. Would not recommend this hotel

Outstanding customer service. Friendly and very helpful staff. The room, the hotel overall was very clean and organized. I stayed there while attending the world cup at gillette stadium. Great for solo travelers.
