Room was beyond used and abused. Not very clean. Old heating and air not attached to wall. Shower drain was open and not covered. Window air unit taped to wall and cord just laying in floor. Staff was super nice at check in. Just an old rundown road side motel.

It was nasty, mold, bugs, the room smelled like smoke, the sheets and pillows were dirty. It looked like those motels where they traffic people. We had to buy new sheets and candles and air fresheners just for our one night stay. There was a ton of mold in the bathroom.

First off, looks nothing like the pictures, the initial room we were given had human feces still in the toilet and was not properly cleaned, the next “room” we were given was basically a supply closet they had a mattress and if you would like to call it a restroom in it, random broken furniture that made no sense for the room, oh yeah and I killed so many roaches I just slept in my car instead. Would never recommend.

It was absolutely terrible. It was dirty, the bathroom still had toothpaste on the walls, the walls were dirty, the ceiling fan was not cleaned in a while, there was roaches everywhere!!!!! Like the richest didn't even like try to hide themselves. The room I had the bathroom window is still under construction or something and had bubble wrap all around it. The beds were like not very sturdy and I was scared it was going to break errw

This property is not the pictures posted. It is tun down, bug infested, filthy dirty, dirty linens, no towels. Towels given were dirty. Black .old o. Ceilings and shower walls. Door do not lock well. AC did not work. Batteries taken fro. Fire extinguisher. Drug den, homeless people hanging out.

The walls were really thin, no hot water and no pressure. Could not even take a shower. I will never go again for 2 nights it was $341 and not worth it at all. Beds were lumpy and pillows were super thin very unconfortable

The room was the size of a postage stamp. Everything was old and dingy. The pictures of the rooms online cannot be from that hotel. It was rundown. We didnt deel comfortable staying there. Booked a different hotel and stayed there.

I don't know when the property changed owners, but my mother knew the previous owners and said it was a nice place. Not now. I expected cheap, but not dirty, smelly, used, and broken fixtures. It was very cold out and the manager said the heat wasn't working and offered me extra blankets which I desperately needed. The next night I borrowed a heater from my mother. The room smelled like really old stale cigarettes. The sheets were stained and the pillows old and flat. The headboard was missing from the bed and holes were left in the walls. The towels were threadbare. The lighting was poor. The next day I found a cockroach in the sink.

Upon arrival the manager was very rude and told us he did not have a room for us. The hotel was disgusting and old. He showed us a room that had dirty sheets and then started yelling and screaming at us to leave. Absolutely the worst hotel experience. This place should not be on Expedia. The owners/managers were rude. They would not come to the office. They spoke to me at their room's door. Although, I had booked the room online; there was no available room. They refused to cancel the reserved room (WHICH THEY DIDN"T HAVE TO BEGIN WITH!) They were rude and told me to cancel it myself on Expedia. This was false advertisement.

You get what you paid for here. The check in clerk was helpful and gave us extra pillows. The room was ok. There are real mattresses...which we like and a very simple kinda clean room. We were there for one night and it worked well for us. There were also nice people around the hotel who talked to our kids and were nice.

Warning, don't stay here. Owners clueless to my reservation. Had trouble deciphering their language. Kept asking for more money even though I had reservation. Nobody works in the office.German Roaches crawling around everywhere. We were afraid to leave luggage on floor. Towel had yellow stain. Check in was a hassle as the room I booked was not available. I was told I needed to pay extra for the room since it was a double bed. Being that I already paid for the room through another service, it was not my fault and I wasn't properly accommodated for their mistake. I was told to only use 1 bed and if we used the other bed, we would be charged. The room had roaches to greet us better than the front desk guy. We did not stay!!!!!

The WiFi didn't work and asked if the WiFi could be fixed, I was told no and oh well, I paid for a queen bed room, got a two double room, beds were dirty and hard, no box springs just a wobbly wire bed stand that threatened to break at any moment, I would have left the moment I saw the room if I hadn't had my camping bedroll with me and if it hadn't said the room was unrefundable

Air conditioner was not working When told about the air conditioning, they brought a fan that also did not work. Got fed up around 10 asked for another fan gave me attitude and said I’m checking out at 10 right so deal with it pretty much I he told my husband there was no other fan. I went in there,through a fit and got another fan another fan magically appeared when went asked for it. still was miserable all night long but at least we had a little fan.

Absolutely disgusting! I would rather sleep on the street! The online pictures looked okay. But in person is appalling. I went through Expedia and had them ask for a refund. The owners said no to the refund of 7 days I had booked. I'm out $400. They don't even try to make this place look nice. There are not even towels. If this is your last option. There should be a rule for refunds if the place is not sanitary/ liveable. In my opinion the owner is very deceitful/ fraudulent. They absolutely refused a refund regardless of the complete dissatisfied. I have pictures.

Absolutely disgusting! I would rather sleep on the street! The online pictures looked okay. But in person is appalling. I went through Expedia and had them ask for a refund. The owners said no to the refund of 7 days I had booked. I'm out $400. They don't even try to make this place look nice. There are not even towels. If this is your last option. There should be a rule for refunds if the place is not sanitary/ liveable. In my opinion the owner is very deceitful/ fraudulent. They absolutely refused a refund regardless of the complete dissatisfied. I have pictures.
