I was not pleased with our stay at all. We have stayed at this property in the past for years and this was the worst condition I have seen the property. The bathroom needs some work done as well as some updates. My daughter spotted a roach on top of the refrigerator and the front desk staff advised there was nothing that could be done unless we wanted roach spray. I tried to speak with the manager at checkout and was advised he was not in office at that time and wasn’t provided any type of apology or even advised the manager would reach out. I was given an explanation that a company sprays at a certain time of month and the room must have been occupied and the company was unable to treat the room at that time. My family and I don’t plan on staying at this establishment in the future.

The smoke alarm battery was low and only started beeping at 3am and when we told the front desk they gave us a battery and told us to change it 2 nights in a row
