Staff is awesome. Best weight room I’ve seen in a hotel. Pool was amazing. Didn’t use the hot tub because it was very hot outside anyway.

The property is new and modern. A little outside of town, but close to the national park! The charging for EV’s is managed by another company and more expensive than the supercharger in town.

This is a very stylish looking hotel, nice location just outside of all the shops and restaurants in Moab. Unfortunately the hotel does not seem well run. Garbage piles up, coffee can be sparse at breakfast & there were never any towels at the fitness center. The pool and fitness center are nice. However, there is a natural gas smell out by the pool most of the time. There is an RV park directly behind the hotel. Unfortunately, they put us right next to the kitchen so beginning at 5 AM. We heard doors opening and slamming pretty consistently each morning.. Most of the staff were not overly helpful. The person working the front desk did not know the location of any luggage carts and did not offer to help to find any. Turns out they had three or four, but he said that he hasn’t seen any in days. Breakfast is pretty sparse, comparable hotels have a much broader array of food each morning.

Awesome hotel, great location. However, we were very disappointed in the cost to charge our EV at the hotel. Most hotels let guests charge for free. Element Moab charged way more than we pay at the Superchargers! Next time we will chose a hotel with free charging for guests.

Poorly maintained hotel. Spring break and the pool heater out of service, the water was ice cold. The only working washer(out of the three) was jammed. Breakfast was terrible, limited choices. Out of the five days we stayed a breakfast meat was served only once. Simple things like oatmeal was not restocked. Everyone was asking for pepper and salt - there was none. In our room the kitchen drawer cabinets would fall apart when opened. The espresso machine was broken. The ice machine (2nd floor) was broken. It's a beautiful place but filled with disappointments.

We have been to Moab multiple times, but this was our first stay here, we would definitely recommend this place. Great food on site if you don't want to go and wait in line, clean and comfy and my kids loved the pool.

The room provided upon check-in smelled as if it had been smoked in. When I brought this up with the desk agent, I was met with disbelief. The desk agent was a poor representative of the Marriott brand. It was only after checking in was I told that the pool/hot tub was not available and likely would not be during my 5-day stay. Breakfast was very basic but at least the coffee was hot. Be sure to note that the address/map on this website does not depict an accurate description of the location. If you want to go into town your will either need a car or take a ~15 minute walk.

When I checked in, I noticed a foul smell in the lobby. I saw the bar/kitchen and thought it was probably limited to that space. After parking, we entered the hotel from another entrance and the smell was even stronger. Got into our room and it had a completely different foul odor. This was no longer the incredibly strong pungent smell of cooked fish and broccoli like the hall/floor but smelled of sewer and cleaner. We hoped after some time had passed, the next day it would be better, to get through two nights of this was incredibly hard. Had to hold our breath to get to our door, but even then, was overwhelmed by the smell in the room. I would not stay here again based off of this experience as the smell was Really Bad!

We had a Queen studio which was nice with the kitchen and extra sitting area. Pool area was nice. We stayed 3 nights and every morning they had different breakfast options. The gym is one of the best I have used. My only complaint was that whatever cleaning solution they used to clean the floors in our room was very sticky. Our shoes were constantly squeaking. Overall great place to stay for our trip to Moab!

Great location. Walkway carpets were dirty, and need a bigger breakfast area. In the mornings it was crowded and typically didn’t have a place to eat, needed to eat in the room. Also, toilet depths are to high.

everything about this hotel was awesome except one thing, and i'll get to that in a minute. the staff was great, the guy that cooked our breakfast every morning, the people on the desk, the cleaning crew, everyone. the hotel is beautiful and well kept. the beds are superb and rooms spacious. the price for 4 days was the best for this quality. i will most likely rebook this next year. the only thing i will change, is making sure we are on the top floor. the rooms have beautiful vinyl floors that unfortunately have zero noise reduction. the most normal activity was HUGE in sound. we had children above us for most of the stay who wanted to run the length of the room. woke me up at 10 pm (i'm a 3 am riser) i called the front desk and for the most part it was dealt with. sleep is too important to me to ever book lower than the top floor here.

The staff were friendly. We love our room. It’s spacious with high ceiling. The room is clean and comes with a full kitchen and everything we needed for a family of 4. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay near Arches National Park. I’m very picky and never write a review. So it’s a big deal for me to spend the time to do this. We were not disappointed.

Room and property was very clean and modern. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was a step above a standard continental breakfast. Only criticism was that internet and TV were not working during our weekend. Property was a little ways out of town, so getting into town required driving. Overall, very nice place and will stay there again.

Beautiful property looked like brand new! We were supposedly upgraded from a king room to a 2 queen suite which was lovey but I don’t consider it an upgrade because we were just off the lobby and right next to the kitchen. There was extreme noise till late and it started again before 5am. Not impressed at all. Obviously there was no insulation in the wall or door because we could here everything even people sneezing. The pool area was great and the hot tub too. Breakfast was a made to order omelet but not a great selection of other stuff. Would stay again but wound definately not stay in room 119

Great hotel to stay at when visiting Arches or Canyonlands. It's closer to the entrance to Arches, but it's only a 5 min drive down the road to the main walking/shopping/dining area- there is free parking in that area. Room was updated had a kitchenette with full size fridge and small stove. Cutlery and glasses are included in the rooms. There are grills outside that people can use if they want to cook for themselves. Very spacious, clean room. Would highly recommend.

Good place, nice staff, kitchen & cleaning staff great. Front desk nice! But, the walls are thin, you can hear a phone ring and think it’s yours but it’s coming from the room next-door. Just be cognizant.

The entire hotel was amazing. The staff was excellent. Our rooms were beautiful. We had a beautiful view and Wanda and Erin we’re just so welcoming and friendly and just amazing. They’ve made the experience. Unbelievable will definitely stay here again. The next time we come to Moab.

This is a very stylish looking hotel, nice location just outside of all the shops and restaurants in Moab. Unfortunately the hotel does not seem well run. Garbage piles up, coffee can be sparse at breakfast & there were never any towels at the fitness center. The pool and fitness center are nice. However, there is a natural gas smell out by the pool most of the time. There is an RV park directly behind the hotel. Unfortunately, they put us right next to the kitchen so beginning at 5 AM. We heard doors opening and slamming pretty consistently each morning.. Most of the staff were not overly helpful. The person working the front desk did not know the location of any luggage carts and did not offer to help to find any. Turns out they had three or four, but he said that he hasn’t seen any in days. Breakfast is pretty sparse, comparable hotels have a much broader array of food each morning.

We usually like to stay in a condo when traveling, but on this vacation that was not a reasonable option. This hotel was a great substitute for that. The layout of the room offered plenty of space and the kitchenette area was handy for preparing the picnic lunches we took with us when hiking. The pool area was lovely and staff was eager to assist. I would definitely recommend!!

We had a great stay on our overnight visit. When we arrived at our room the TV was not working, my husband rally wanted to watch the play off football game and Aaron at the front desk immediately got us a room where the TV was working.(They were experiencing major outages due to a power outage the previous day). He made my husbands day! He went above and beyond and was so friendly during our stay.

Booked a King, said they didn't have any then put me in a disabled room. At least give an apology then comp me some food vouchers. You pay for a resort, you should expect what you paid for. I am a tattooed blue collar individual but I would hope that had nothing to do with the experience. I am always polite and cordial as well

Comfortable and spacious room, nice pool and hot tub, clean and well kept hotel, friendly staff. You would have to walk several blocks to get to all the action on the Main Street but it was a quick drive and we always found a place to park. Would stay again.

Loved this hotel! Very updated and nice! Pool area was fantastic. It was very convenient for driving to Arches and downtown Moab. Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel to stay at when visiting Arches or Canyonlands. It's closer to the entrance to Arches, but it's only a 5 min drive down the road to the main walking/shopping/dining area- there is free parking in that area. Room was updated had a kitchenette with full size fridge and small stove. Cutlery and glasses are included in the rooms. There are grills outside that people can use if they want to cook for themselves. Very spacious, clean room. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was great, the only problem is that it shows on Google and Expedia that it is right off the Main Street in the town of Moab however this is incorrect as it is miles out and therefore not walkable at all, this is a big reason I choose the hotel however we made the best of it and the desk staff said that it happens all the time. Other than that the room and hotel was quite nice.

Most of the stay was very nice. The pool and hot tub were nice, and we appreciated the great lighting in room. The only issue we had was the breakfast. The organization of the offerings lacked thought. People were having to zip back and forth for needed items. There were plenty of bagels, but only peanut butter and jam for spreads. Cream cheese is definitely needed. There was also only one hot dish, which is fine, but there was only one person serving it, so there was a line. The silverware was only accessible where you picked up your hot dish; that should be rethought as well.

Beautiful new hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Pool and hot tub, complete with outdoor cabana-style beds, are amazing until the relentless mosquitos arrive when the sun goes down. Hot breakfast was good, but there is only one hot item on the menu, which is made by a chef in front of you and changes daily. During my stay one morning was a ham omelet, the next was turkey sausage muffin sandwiches, and the final was pork breakfast tacos. If you're not into that item, you're limited to yogurt, toast/bagel, cereal, or whole fruit.

The hotel was not where Google maps said it was, so it took us a little bit to find it. We arrived very late and there was no parking whatsoever. But the staff was helpful. The breakfast was underwhelming, and it seemed like there wasn’t anyone restocking anything that ran out- no milk, no yogurt, no fruit, no juice.

This was a great hotel. Nice and clean, with lots to offer. The lobby had family games, the outdoor pool and surrounding area had everything from corn hole to BBQ’s to use. The morning breakfast was great and had lots of options, it was the first place I’d ever seen GF options and oat milk/ almond milk included in their continental breakfast. There were even cookies out at night. We came in late the first night and just had dinner at the hotel, it was a great meal and not over priced. The hotel seemed great about recycling as well. The only odd thing is in three nights we stayed there we never had house keeping. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I’m not sure if that’s their norm, and I’m sure if we had asked for more towels or our beds to be made they probably would have. I just thought it odd they never popped in to check. Other then that it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely go back.

La chambre etait vraiment bien, avec cuisine, un vrai plus. Chambre tres silencieuse. Piscine et jacuzzy au top. Dommage que les machines à glacon ne marche plus aux etages, et qu il faille demander à la reception. Le petit dejeuné est bien. Hotel a conseiller sans hesitation.

Our Studio room was large and spacious, with a functioning kitchen-fridge/freezer, stovetop, and dishwasher. They also have onsite BBQs. The pool and double decker hot tub were fantastic after a long day hiking the parks! Hot breakfast was excellent as well with a cereal and yogurt bar option too! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for a while.
