Tightly tucked away in the city, but once inside, a very pleasant experience. The property has a full fitness center, evening happy hour, and complementary soft drinks and coffee all day. The property is very close to Harbour experiences and attractions and very accessible and convenient for Uber & taxis. They're also close (walking distance) to neighborhood bars, restaurants, convenience/grocery stores, and other forms of mass public transportation.

Generally really good however the room was dark all the chairs were very uncomfortable and the lifts were very slow. As i was on the 3rd floor I often used the stairs but obviously no one. is supposed to use the stairs as there were filthy and had lots of debris in the way. This was a concern as i assume the stairs are also the fire exit and a lot of people died this week in Hong Kong in a terrible fire in a series of tower blocks

Lovely hotel with efficient facilities - they have a gym which was great and quiet. The only negative comment I have is that the air conditioning in the room I was initially assigned was so loud that I actually had to move rooms (the front desk was happy to relocate me and this made a big difference). Otherwise, had a great stay here.

The hotel upgraded my stay to a suite. It was very spacious and had all the amenities I needed. However some things obviously need upgrading (shower and floors) and only one elevator was available and the hotel is located in a mixed use building which caused some delays. Overall the location is wonderful, very close to two metro stations and other transport, fairly quiet in the evenings.

Booked this for my dad as I live nearby and it was perfect. He had a little apartment which was very comfortable. The lounge area is lovely and has a happy hour everyday and soft drinks/coffee all day. The terrace was a nice space too. Gym limited but a great extra. Location is great most things within 15mins walk.

Venezia was the best staff ever!! She was so sweet and helpful and told us a ton of stuff to do around the area. She was very accommodating to us 3 girls who are newish to traveling in international places. The property was really great, there is a shared living area with coffee machine that makes lattes!, free juice, and free happy hour from 5:30-6:30pm. The room was clean and comfortable and bathroom was great! we had an amazing experience and will be back if we ever visit this area again,

My husband, my daughter and I stayed over a week at the Figo in September. The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff was most helpful and friendly. We really liked the lounge area, the patio, and the complimentary beverages. The location is excellent as it is close to the MTR and within walking distance to shops and good neighborhood restaurants. We had to leave Hong Kong early because of the upcoming typhoon and needed help with our travel insurance claim. The staff of Figo was very responsive and helpful!!

공간이 넓어서 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 중심가에서 가까우면서도 조용한 지역이라 좋았습니다. 24시간 음료를 무료로 즐길 수 수 있었지만, 맥주가 없을때가 종종 있었습니다. 피부가 민감해서 호텔에 머물때마다 피부발진이 거의 항상 생겼었는데 (5성급호텔에서조차) 이 호텔에 8박하는 동안 아무 문제 없었습니다. 세제가 독하지 않은 듯 합니다. 단, 습한 지역이라 그런지 화장실 실리콘에 곰팡이가 있습니다.

I got over 5 but bites in the room over my 2 night stay. Not sure what kind of bugs they were. The air condition was not working properly and even on the cooling setting set to 17C it felt like just a fan. The bathroom water was not draining properly either and every time we showered the whole bathroom would be flooded.

Nice hotel with close access to all transport. Clean room, amazing pressure shower, tea and coffee making facilities. Didn't feel cramped at all. This was a great room to use as a base for seeing Hong Kong.

Nicely designed property but the rooms are worn down. Walls covered in marks, floor was not clean and the bathroom needs a major clean. Bad drainage in the shower, mold marks and just dirty in general. The lobby area is really nice and and clean, I wish the room was shown the same care. Staff were very nice and helpful

I absolutely loved this hotel! I booked a suite and it was much bigger than the pictures showed. There were two of us staying there, and one of us had the bedroom and the other had the lounge. Easily big enough for both of us. Everyone working there was amazing. They do a happy hour between 1730 - 1830 (although only made it once!). Everything is very clean - bed, towels etc. were excellent. There is also a large shared lounge area with a small balcony. Area is awesome - 10 mins walk from Macau ferry terminal and a metro station. About 2 mins walk from the beginning of Hollywood Road, which has lots of great restaurants and bars - quite 'hipster' as an area! I recommend two of our temporary local bars on the Hollywood road and near the hotel - Blackwood and El Chapo. Blackwood does the longer Happy Hour fyi! Overall, extremely happy with The Figo and would happily stay there again / recommend to others!

A lovely stay in this very comfortable hotel. The room size is tight but well equippe. Also, the hotel staff were very helpful portaying excellent communication throughout my time there. However, I was unable to open my bedroom window & it was hot in that setting. That was difficult, for me. Also, the TV was displaying cartoons & I could not access any news channels. No sure if I needed a subscription to acess netflix etc?

Got upgraded to a premier suite which was much appreciated. Great amount of space (for a HK hotel), nice design, nice features, comfy bed. Appreciated having the sink, fridge, counters, sofa, etc. Beautiful views from the 20th floor. Liked the lounge area with free drinks including beer.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Booked the standard room and they kindly upgraded the room to a queen premier. Very spacious! Location is perfect - smack in the middle of sheung wan, walkable to SYP MTR (recommended option as it’s more sheltered during summer heat) about 5 mins walk; walkable to Sheung Wan MTR (a lot of small bars and eateries a long the way but largely not sheltered) about 7 mins walk.

My wife and I have been regular business and leisure travelers to HK for over 20 years. This hotel was a very happy discovery for us; it felt like it was very new, nicely located in the Sheung Wan locality, convenient to central HK. One slight limitation is that it's a slightly longer walk to the MTR (6-8 min, which for HK is not short). Having said that, if you are comfortable with local transport options (which we are), the bus and tram services are excellent. The bus stop is literally at the doorstep, and it only takes 15 min to get to Central by bus. We were upgraded to the club floor, which came with a little sitting room, which was very much appreciated. The room was very well appointed, with full range of toiletries. The towels felt very new, as did the bedsheets, and the bed was comfortable. The room is a typical HK hotel room, with enough space to walk around 2 sides of the bed. Hence the usefulness of having a sitting area. What we really enjoyed about the hotel was the common area at the reception, where there was free flow drinks and snacks, in a very comfortable large open area, with ample seating. The best thing? Every day at 530 to 630, there is a happy hour, with free flow wine, beer, bourbon and other liquor. It was a very nice place to hang out and chill. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. I did not have a single interaction with staff where they were not smiling and helpful. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

This was our second stay at The Figo. Customer sevice was exceptional for the whole stay. Rooms are comfortable and well thought out. Location is fantastic, easy to get to transport and in the middle of a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of places to explore. We’ll definitely be back again

Lovely hotel with efficient facilities - they have a gym which was great and quiet. The only negative comment I have is that the air conditioning in the room I was initially assigned was so loud that I actually had to move rooms (the front desk was happy to relocate me and this made a big difference). Otherwise, had a great stay here.

Venezia was the best staff ever!! She was so sweet and helpful and told us a ton of stuff to do around the area. She was very accommodating to us 3 girls who are newish to traveling in international places. The property was really great, there is a shared living area with coffee machine that makes lattes!, free juice, and free happy hour from 5:30-6:30pm. The room was clean and comfortable and bathroom was great! we had an amazing experience and will be back if we ever visit this area again,

My husband, my daughter and I stayed over a week at the Figo in September. The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff was most helpful and friendly. We really liked the lounge area, the patio, and the complimentary beverages. The location is excellent as it is close to the MTR and within walking distance to shops and good neighborhood restaurants. We had to leave Hong Kong early because of the upcoming typhoon and needed help with our travel insurance claim. The staff of Figo was very responsive and helpful!!

The property is very close to Harbour experiences and attractions and very accessible and convenient for Uber & taxis. They're also close (walking distance) to neighborhood bars, restaurants, convenience/grocery stores, and other forms of mass public transportation.

The hotel upgraded my stay to a suite. It was very spacious and had all the amenities I needed. However some things obviously need upgrading (shower and floors) and only one elevator was available and the hotel is located in a mixed use building which caused some delays. Overall the location is wonderful, very close to two metro stations and other transport, fairly quiet in the evenings.

This was my second time staying at The Figo and both times it has been fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and were considerate of the fact we were travelling in a group, so put us in rooms all on the same level. The free happy hour of an evening is a great perk and the common area offers a nice place to relax.

공간이 넓어서 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 중심가에서 가까우면서도 조용한 지역이라 좋았습니다. 24시간 음료를 무료로 즐길 수 수 있었지만, 맥주가 없을때가 종종 있었습니다. 피부가 민감해서 호텔에 머물때마다 피부발진이 거의 항상 생겼었는데 (5성급호텔에서조차) 이 호텔에 8박하는 동안 아무 문제 없었습니다. 세제가 독하지 않은 듯 합니다. 단, 습한 지역이라 그런지 화장실 실리콘에 곰팡이가 있습니다.

Booked this for my dad as I live nearby and it was perfect. He had a little apartment which was very comfortable. The lounge area is lovely and has a happy hour everyday and soft drinks/coffee all day. The terrace was a nice space too. Gym limited but a great extra. Location is great most things within 15mins walk.

The location is excellent as it is close to the MTR and within walking distance to shops and good neighborhood restaurants. We had to leave Hong Kong early because of the upcoming typhoon and needed help with our travel insurance claim. The staff of Figo was very responsive and helpful!!

The Figo was a lovey oasis in bustling Hong Kong. There rid a charming park just around the corner and lots of places for food. Also the hotel is relatively close to the underground stations.

This was exactly what we needed for our room in Hong Kong, it was a good location and we enjoyed the Sheung Wan district. Also close to other districts to walk or take a taxi. The room was clean and they upgraded us for free, I would say the rooms were a little tired but still nice enough and had what we needed. The offer free cold and hot drinks and some snacks to enjoy in the hotel which was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.
