Shanghai Linxi Hotel-Free shuttle bus to Pudong Airport and Disneyland

Hotel staffs are friendly and willing to help. Room is clean and quiet, no complaint at all. Hotel offers free shuttle to Pudong airport and Disney daily, so we take the advantage to take the shuttle then move around by subway. The only negative is you have to call a cab from the subway station to go back to the hotel, it cost around $20.00 Yuan, so not too bad. Overall very satisfied with our stay there, recommend for travellers planning to visit Disney park.

因為隔天要接機，所以訂了浦東機場附近，在一個寧靜的小區，本來訂假日酒店，被升級到林隱藝術酒店，櫃檯人員服務很好，接送機的李先生服務很好，風趣！床跟枕頭很舒服睡得很好，酒店還有到迪斯尼的巴士服務，下次帶小孩考慮入住

Airport shuttle was great, only issue was getting contact with the shuttle with overseas mobile.

Hotel is 20 mins to Pudong via the free shuttle bus. Hotel is quite nice for a local Chinese hotel. Digital TV in my room had some technical problems, but I didn't bother to ask them to fix it, as we don't intend to watch anyway. Overall, good value for money as an airport hotel.

Nice staff. When I catch hotel shuttle I need to call hotel,which is inconvenient. I wanted to know hotel shuttle pick up place before.

This hotel beats my expectations,the rooms were super big and wide range of variety for breakfast. Also the shuttle to the airport was very convienent.

Very friendly front desk and staff. I forgot my iPhone charger, Mr Li (李夫民) walked to his car in heavy rain to find his personal charger to lend to me. Shuttle drivers are so nice. The room is very clean, very quiet, the bed is very comfortable. Besides the hotels it’s own cafeteria, there are a lot of other choices in walking distance. You can easily find 上海小吃 nearby. Thanks to everyone of the hotel, I felt coming home and welcome for this stay.

I stayed at the Shanghai Lintin Holiday Hotel for one night, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. When I arrived in the evening, the front desk staff were not helpful at all. They simply handed me a key without giving any directions or assistance. None of them spoke English, so I had no idea where to go until a kind security guard finally showed me the way. I had booked a Classic Double Room as shown online, but instead I was placed in a family room meant for parents with kids. The place was noisy, with thin walls—I could clearly hear people in the neighbouring rooms talking and using the bathroom. The TV didn’t work, the heating was broken, and the room was freezing cold throughout the night. The bathroom was also in very poor condition. The shower didn’t work properly, there was no shower gel provided, and the toilet made loud noises every time it was used. On top of that, the room had an unpleasant smell that made the stay even worse. The next morning, the hotel staff kept calling my room to remind me that check-out was at 2 p.m. I was already aware of that—that was the one of reasons I had chosen this place. The photos and descriptions online are completely misleading. What’s advertised as a “wonderful” and comfortable stay is far from reality. I honestly regret spending my money here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Even for a short stay, it’s simply not worth it.

There was no bathrobe in the room. The TV turned on, but no channels were available. There were no instructions or manuals for the room facilities anywhere. The Wi-Fi password wasn’t written anywhere in the room, and the front desk didn’t provide it either. When I tried to call the front desk from the room phone to ask, I found the phone was broken and couldn’t connect to anything. I had booked a plan that said “朝食（無料）,” which means “Breakfast (free)” in Japanese. However, the next morning, the restaurant staff told me I had to pay an additional charge. I went back to my room, brought a printed copy of my Expedia booking confirmation to the front desk, and only then was I finally allowed to have breakfast without paying extra. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport for my early morning flight, but I ended up wasting a lot of time.

Last night was our stay in Shanghai.Our rooms are upgraded while checking in. It’s big and nice. But the rooms we’re located on the 1st floor. There is a road next to the window. We are afraid that it might be a bit noisy when cars and people passing by. Thanks to Yan Dan who works in the front counter. She helped us to change the room again, and we have a sound sleep.

The river view room was not worth it as there was not much to see from your room. Restaurants were 10-15 minutes walk. Not much of shopping in area. You have to taxi to malls.

I like the big room, cleanliness, and nice staff. The only thing needs improvement is the noise. The rooms aren't sound-proof. The doors on everyone's rooms also automatically slam shut really loud. If you or someone doesn't carefully shut their doors, you can hear it throughout the building.

The staff was very responsive and patient. The hotel seems to be built in a developing area, it is new.

come struttura non è neanche poi tanto male ma questo albergo viene spacciato come vicino al centro ma non lo è e non è comodo neppure con la metro, sei costretto a prendere un taxi per raggiungerla, il servizio pessimo check-in fattibile dopo le 11 la camera mi è stata dada dopo le 14 e si erano persi pure la mia prenotazione con pagamento anticipato... non ci siamo

Staff on front desk sounds more like "cold" professional but the "warm" welcome to me.

I like the buildings there and and landscaping around. The breakfast provided is super good.

The Staff was very helpful. When I arrived I was having problems with getting on line. The young people at the front desk were so kind and indulgent. They helped my solve my problem without the least sign of iritation. I want to say thank you to the management and the wonderful staff at the front desk for being so kind. Thank you!

올해 2번째 이용하고 있습니다. 시내 중심과 거리가 있다는 것을 제외하고는 모든게 완벽합니다. 저렴한 가격에 조식포함에 공항 셔틀 제공까지 모두 만족합니다.

上海郊外の一般住宅街の立地なので、徒歩圏内には何もありません。ローカルのコンビニは至近距離にあります。商業施設と直結という事はありませんでした。スタッフの対応は総じて好感を持てました。川沿いのロケーションで夕涼みには良かったです。浦東空港までの送客バスあり便利です。

ホテル周辺にお店がもう少しあったらいいです。
