La verdad que es un lujo quedarse en un Palazzo antiguo, lleno de cuadros, pinturas, muebles, detalles y una excelente ubicación. Carolina la administradora es una excelente anfitriona, siempre dispuesta a ayudar, muy buena actitud. Nos dió un ascenso de habitación a una habitación mas lujosa y mas amplia!! El estacionamiento esta a media cuadra del hotel, muy bien ubicado.
La verdad que es un lujo quedarse en un Palazzo antiguo, lleno de cuadros, pinturas, muebles, detalles y una excelente ubicación. Our last stay in Montepulciano left an unpleasant experience , the property was privately owned and was a rental condominium (Palazzo Danesi) The photos accurately represented the space, which was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was nice to arrive and find exactly what we expected. That said, there were several issues that made the experience less enjoyable. The biggest problem was the lack of air conditioning. During our stay, the apartment became extremely hot, making it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. This is something future guests should be aware of, especially during warmer months. We also found the rental process more stressful than necessary. Communication from the host regarding parking, check-in, and house rules felt overly strict and tedious rather than welcoming. Additionally, the host repeatedly asked us to be understanding because she was also hosting a wedding during our stay. While this did not directly affect our visit, it did mean she was not always available when assistance was needed. If managing another major commitment limits the level of service guests receive, it may be better not to schedule both responsibilities at the same time. Finally, we did not feel that the price reflected the overall experience. While the property itself was nice, the combination of no air conditioning, limited availability from the host, and the rigid hosting style made it difficult to justify the premium cost. With a more guest-focused approach.

If you’re looking for the quintessential Tuscan experience, you’ve found the right place to stay. Not only is the property beautiful, but it’s in the perfect location and the host is absolutely amazing. She provided us with outstanding recommendations for local eateries, attractions, shops, and was accessible any time we had a question or needed anything. The room was delightful, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were very useful. Staying at the Palazzo Danesi made our experience so positive and memorable - it’s an absolute gem! They also have a few other properties -PALAZZO TOMBESI TRECCI, VILLA BIANCA, and LA CORTE MEDICEA which are gorgeous as well. Each property can accommodate any number of guests in your party size. If you’re considering a stay here or at any of their other properties, take my advice and BOOK IT!
