Apartment was spacious, in excellent condition with modern furniture. Easy driving distance to Chadstone. Normal height restriction of 2.1m for carpark. After hours key collection available. Everything as advertised.

The location was great for what we needed, secure carpark was handy. The room was a great size, big and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Having a washing machine and the dryers on site was very handy. The name is deceiving though as there was no servicing. We stayed for 9 nights and there was no servicing in that time. We had to arrange our own towels, and it would have been nice to have a broom or something to be able to sweep the floor as it was getting a bit dirty.

The only problem that I found in there that there is no room service also there is no after our contact facility and there is only one elevator and we stuck in and no one respond to our call during our stay and the lift was out of order for a few hours and we used the fire stairs and they have only one left to do the Service the front disc till 5 pm

Shower over bath is hard to get in and out, also the base is so slippery it very hard to stand while using. Plates from the cupboard were not clean and some cutlery was the same. Very busy trafic intersection right outside with tram station produces noise all night. This noise combined with thin single glazed windows ensures next to no sleep. Good carpark, with plenty of space, although $10 extra to use was a surprise upon check-in.

I stayed at the apartments for two nights, its location was great, they offer under ground parking at a fee of $10 per night which is still cheap. The apartment was spacious, good size kitchen and lounge which has a large size TV. Bed was super comfy. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom as it had the shower over the bath and it was pretty compact, probably harder for older people to use but they do have the rails to help with getting in and out which is good. The staff were great at check in. I would definitely stay here again.

It's convenient to Deakin University Burwood campus, and it was very clean and close to tram and bus transport. However there is quite a bit of road noise if you get an outside apartment, and if you don;t have a car, getting supermarket supplies means a tram ride.

Bus and tram stops are located just outside the apartment. The bus travels all the way to Chadstone Shoppong Centre and there's a direct tram to the city. There is also a post office within walking distance to top up my Myki card, eateries and convenience stores opposite the apartment. The apartment is very clean and new. The bed is comfortable. The slight inconvenience was that there was only a standing shower but no hand shower.

Bus and tram stops are located just outside the apartment. The bus travels all the way to Chadstone Shoppong Centre and there's a direct tram to the city. There is also a post office within walking distance to top up my Myki card, eateries and convenience stores opposite the apartment. The apartment is very clean and new. The bed is comfortable. Close to Tram station no75 for city, walkable to subway, domino’s and other food/café, hungry jacks and shopping centre on 2-5 mins drive. Easy late checkin esp. when staff works limited hours. Overall good experience

The property was located exactly where we needed to be. Public transportation was accessible and there were plenty of Ubers when needed. Good value and we will be return users of the accommodation. Clean and everything we needed.

After travelling from Perth to Melb for uni commitments and rushing to make the 5pm check-in deadline (otherwise needing to give a $250 key deposit as the couldn’t “vet” me)-we arrived at our apartment around 7pm to find another group already staying in the room we had been allocated keys to. As three women in an unfamiliar town, this was an extremely uncomfortable and unsafe situation. It is very concerning that two separate groups could be given access to the same apartment. It then took us around 30 minutes to locate an after-hours contact number before management could resolve the issue. After leaving home at 4:30am that morning, finally accessing a room close to 8pm was exhausting and stressful. While another room was provided, the handling of the complaint afterwards was disappointing. When concerns were raised at checkout, staff apologised but couldn’t offer an explanation- a receptionist rolled her eyes at me after the interaction. The seriousness of the incident was minimised as “a small mistake” when management contacted me after I emailed requesting answers, said he staff wouldn’t have meant anything by the eye roll and also said we wouldn’t have entered an unsafe apartment as the screen everyone on checking in (hard to believe as they never met 2/3 of the people staying with me. As someone who had previously recommended the apartments, I no longer would. Safety and customer satisfaction are top of my list when choosing accommodation, neither were met here.

We checked in late, and were able to achieve this over teh phone. The key safe worked perfectly, so all good there. Great location, and good facilities.

Property clean, tidy, spacious, worker checking in when we were arriving and have all details in advanced. Would stay again. Having 2 bathrooms is amazing when you have 2 kids and 2 adults staying.
