Amazing location very close to old town. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops and stores and the market around the hotel. Location is very safe. The hotel is very modern the rooms are spacious with all the amenities, coffee machine. The hotels restaurants is really good. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. Breakfast cost €15 and has good options. Internet connection in the lobby is great but in our room on the second floor, it wasn’t very stable or strong. The hotel has a small parking lot with limited spaces right across the street, if you know you’re coming you should reserve your spot ahead of time

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was small but very nice. Great location for the old town. Only issue was that the bar and restaurant were closed pretty much the whole time we were there.

Lovely reasonable hotel near the Old Town and everywhere walkable. Really friendly staff especially the lady on reception and the food and restaurant looked good and seemed busy even though we didn’t eat there but had a lovely cocktail. Nice spacious and comfy room and bed. Car park at back and only 15euros per day to park.

Vi tilbrakte en natt på et greit hotell, vi hadde en god middag i restauranten, gode priser og god service. Jeg liker ikke at når jeg først har betalt for hotellet, belaster de meg et depositum på 50 euro... som de returnerer til meg etter 3-4 dager.

The Conti Hotel is very well located in Vilnius old town with very spacious standard bedrooms - 22 sq Metres with an excellent standard of hygiene and a wonderful breakfast service for only 12 euros per capita. The reception services are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended and value for money!

Overall great hotel. Lovely staff, clean and in a perfect central location. Breakfast was great apart from lacking salt and also not having salt available on tables. Despite leaving the please clean my room sign on the door when we left around 8.30 in the morning, the room had not been cleaned when we returned just before 3… by which stage we needed to relax there for a while after a long day of walking, and hence didn’t get it cleaned or re-stocked with teas and coffee at all. Also feel that it would have been a nice touch to have more than 3 teabags and two small coffee sachets in the first place, as well as maybe a couple of inclusive snacks. But overall I’m very pleased with my stay and would definitely consider coming here again.

No hot water for 3 days. Room smelled like sewage. Staff was really nice though. Location is ok but I would have stayed more centrally in Old town-the hotel is close to the train station however.

Staff was wonderful, food and bar was good as well. Great location as I was able to walk to the main tourist sites in less than 30 minutes. Room was clean but the bed was rather hard and the only other chair in the room was an desk chair so I wasn't able to get very comfortable.

Walking distance to train station and with the bounds of UNESCO designated Old Town. The lobby area belies the niceness of the room which was spacious with a comfy bed and decent linens. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are will kept and nicely decorated and the front desk and breakfast staff where excellent. The AC was not working in my room when I was there so I had to move rooms as the temperature would not get below 27°C in the room. The next room and another room I looked at also had the same problem, so they provided me a fan, but it’s clear that they do not have a working AC system at this hotel, so bear that in mind when booking in the summer of 2024.

Et bra hotell, veldig sentralt. Hyggelige folk i resepsjonen, og store, pene rom. Den delen vi bodde i virket nyoppusset og var veldig bra. Det eneste store minuset var at AC ikke virket, og med 27-28 grader ute gjorde dette slik at det ble så som så med søvn. Vi fikk inn en vifte som sto og blåste luft, men.... Frokosten var sånn midt på treet, helt ok.

El hotel está en buenas condiciones en los primeros 4 pisos. El 5to no ha sido renovado y yo lo calificaría como hotel 2 estrellas para ese piso. Las personas en recepción hacen su trabajo pero no encontré buena disposición para ayudar. Tuve que extender mi estancia un día y me tuvieron que cambiar a una habitación del 5to piso que estaba en malas condiciones. Me cobraron casi lo mismo y me quitaron el beneficio del desayuno (por lo que me cobraron lo mismo que un cuarto en los pisos renovados)

The hotel is modern, new. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. However, bad insulation prevent us from sleeping correctly as we heard people talking, laughing and listening to music in other rooms.

Good hotel. Staff not so good. Had to make a deposit of 50 euro in case we had someting in the bar. It was not optimal nor mentioned when booking. I used 15 euro in the bar and have yet to receive the 35 euro they owe me. Nobody is ansering my messages when asking about it. My advice: make the deposit in cash and demand it back before leaving.

Location , quiet, near railway and bus station s. Very good breakfast and dinner selection. Easy to walk into old city, and plenty of buses at 1.50 euro a trip back uphill from city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff

This hotel was really nice and clean. My only thing is that check in took more than an hour which was the last thing I needed after an 18 hour flight. There really should be at least two people working the desk because 5 people ahead of me shouldn’t take over an hour. Other than that I thought the hotel was great.

Vi tilbrakte en natt på et greit hotell, vi hadde en god middag i restauranten, gode priser og god service. Jeg liker ikke at når jeg først har betalt for hotellet, belaster de meg et depositum på 50 euro... som de returnerer til meg etter 3-4 dager.

Walking distance to train station and with the bounds of UNESCO designated Old Town. The lobby area belies the niceness of the room which was spacious with a comfy bed and decent linens. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food. Would definitely stay there again.

On the edge of the old town and very walkable from the train station made this an ideal hotel to be able to explore Vilnius and also take day trips on the train (to Trakai and Kaunas in our case). The hotel and staff were lovely, as were the rooms and breakfast. There was some dust around some lamps, edges and in the corners on the floor and under the bed. The position of the shower at the very edge of the bathtub over the drain made it difficult to stand there and wash upright, and you weren’t able to move the shower curtain (just a fixed sheet of glass) in a way to prevent water going over the floor if you chose to redirect the edge of the shower away from the edge of the bathtub. But these two points didn't really caused me any real concern, just some improvements that could be made. Would stay here again if I return to Vilnius or recomend it to friends visiting.

It is a great 4 1/2 star hotel that is on the edge of the historic old town. There is a small grocery store just across the street from the hotel and easy walking distance to all the major attractions in historical old town. I really like the hotel and I felt very comfortable there.

The hotel was excellent, from the staff to the room. A massive thank you to Augustas and Justas, they were so helpful, friendly and genuinely really nice men. The Conti Hotel is lucky to have them at their reception. On my negative note: the kitchen staff need to be retrained on health standards. When having a ‘hot’ option for their buffet breakfast the word ‘hot’ didn’t happen. It was tepid to cold, not nice at all. The only time the breakfast was hot was went we ordered an omelette or fried eggs, other than that - stay away! The continental was as expected & nice. Again the staff there were friendly. We booked a meal in the evening, half of the menu was not available so I had natcho’s & fries & my husband had beef burger & fries. The natcho’s & burger were cold so we left them. Me being me still paid the bill instead of refusing to pay which in hindsight I wish I hadn’t. This is no reflection on the hotel rooms or staff & would highly recommend you booking the Conti Hotel.

The Conti Hotel is very well located in Vilnius old town with very spacious standard bedrooms - 22 sq Metres with an excellent standard of hygiene and a wonderful breakfast service for only 12 euros per capita. The reception services are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended and value for money!

El hotel está en buenas condiciones en los primeros 4 pisos. El 5to no ha sido renovado y yo lo calificaría como hotel 2 estrellas para ese piso. Las personas en recepción hacen su trabajo pero no encontré buena disposición para ayudar. Tuve que extender mi estancia un día y me tuvieron que cambiar a una habitación del 5to piso que estaba en malas condiciones. Me cobraron casi lo mismo y me quitaron el beneficio del desayuno (por lo que me cobraron lo mismo que un cuarto en los pisos renovados)

The hotel has a nice location right on the edge of the old town, and the rooms are modern. However, the cleaning was questionable as we found clearly dirty coffee cups set as clean on arrival. Also, there is absolutely no aircondition, despite it being listed. Even worse, there was 0 air circulation, so even in october, the room was very warm and less oxygen than on the moon. We had to have windows open constantly (no, the open window was not the cause of aircondition not working). There was a Control panel on the wall, but did not work. When asked about this, the hotel confirmed no aircondition, but offered a small portable fan, which of course does absolutely nothing to the air quality. The rooms are very badly noise insulated, and you could hear absolutely everything from the hall and other rooms. Did not help that we had a loud singing group in the nearby rooms… One member of the staff was really helpful and provided great service, while the rest of the staff seemed to could not care less about welcoming or helping guests.

The staff were very unhelpful. The room was not cleaned properly. We asked them to clean the room and change the bed linen and towels, but the only response we got was that the cleaner had already gone home. We had the same bed linen for 3 days. There was no toilet paper, and the rubbish was not emptied. We will never stay at this hotel again.
