Owner couldn’t do enough to help as was the case with the rest of the staff. They even installed a shower for us as we enquired if any of the rooms had a shower, which they didn’t. Unfortunately water pressure so poor on the top floor that it was impractical to use. We were in room 310 on the top floor. Could do with curtains that cover the windows as there are tall buildings around the property and so it can feel like a goldfish bowl, especially in the bathroom. Electricity was a mystery in that when we arrived only one lightbulb would come on, second day all of them could be turned on then final day back to one. Not sure if electricity usage is being controlled. Wi-fi a bit weak on top floor but great in courtyard. Price very reasonable for Srinigar. Litmus test is that we have booked to return after a couple of nights on a houseboat but on a lower floor to improve wi-fi and privacy.
