Great stay , the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We used the airport shuttle provided and were received and dropped off on time. Our connecting flight was cancelled and we were able to easily rearrange our arrival time. Front desk staff were very helpful and check in was very smooth. Room was clean and fresh and bathroom was well stocked with toiletries, and room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels provided. Food was tasty, with buffet breakfast each morning, with plenty of choice for everyone, also room service was quick and delicious. This hotel is in a busy area, but never heard anything in my room. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Lahore.

The staff at this property are absolutely amazing. They made the stay so enjoyable. Special thanks to Rozina for all of the hospitality. The hotel itself is also a great place to stay. Its clean and has lots of amenities. The buffet breakfast was also tasty with lots of different options.

Very pleasant experience! Service was great and so was the staff. Ikram and his staff at Tajine dinning hall provided great service and the food was excellent. Food was fresh and no issues eating uncooked food for overseas travelers. For room service dining, the staff was able to make accommodations for seasoning and salt. Laundry services were very efficient and did a superb job! The location is next to MM Alam road, which is very convenient for shopping, and a very central location at the heart of Gulberg. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and would be looking forward to stay there again!

I liked the food, it was great. But when ibwanted a massage they didnt have any women on staff so I did the steam toom. They were mopping marble floors that were near the pool and the steam room and the floor was so slick I slipped. My room was nice. I loved the bed and covers, but it was right above the pool and instead on expanding the room, they left like hanging room and double window affect so the pool could be heard in my room.

One of the worst hotel so stingy and just wanted to make money. No facilities in room and when you call them they don't answer for 20 minutes then they argue for just one bottle of water. My flight was early so I had to leave at 6am I requested for two briskets and I was told to pay RS 3000 I said I am not having breakfast so just give me couple of buiskets they refused Nasty people

Overall good experience this 2nd trip. King bed Room was neat clean and excellent size as we were travelling with 4 piece luggage. Breakfast in the Lobby Tajine restaurant is always top notch one of the best. My stay at this Ramada was far superior than at The Nishat in this same trip.

The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Bilawal, Ali and arfan in the cafe made us feel like family. The lovely young lady at front counter, sorry I forgot her name was calm and collected. The staff in Tajine restaurant were all so accommodating to our food needs. I will definitely come back and stay here.
