Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt und einladend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter – man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt, mit frisch bezogenem Bett und neuen Handtüchern. Auch das Zimmer mit Whirlpool war sehr sauber und angenehm, wobei es sich eher um eine große Wanne handelt und nicht um einen klassischen Whirlpool. Dennoch war es entspannend und wurde ebenfalls täglich gereinigt. Der Poolbereich ist super: gemütliche Liegen, leckere Cocktails und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Auch das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich – es gab immer ausreichend Auswahl und zwischendurch auch wechselnde Highlights wie Crêpes, Waffeln oder Pancakes. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Bei den günstigeren Zimmerkategorien merkt man, dass die Badezimmer bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Das ist nicht dramatisch, aber ein Bereich, in dem man nachbessern könnte. Die Lage des Hotels ist top: Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in direkter Nähe, nur 5–7 Minuten zu Fuß zum großen, schönen Kieselstrand mit ausreichend Liegen. Super Hôtel, très bien équipé avec ses 2 piscines. Chambre très propre. Personnel professionnel et gentil. Hôtel situé à proximité des plages. Je recommande fortement cet établissement.

The Hermes Hotel was a superb find. It has excellent standards and the pool and gardens are extremely well maintained. A very relaxing atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Can't recommend highly enough.

Nice hotel however it needs few upgrades, lot of mosquitoes, the ax was not working properly, the bathroom is dated and no sign that you should not drink the tap water which was extremely salty, the staff is great and very helpful, the pool needs cleaning every day and it would have many flies and leaves that stayed there over days

We loved the hotel specially the breakfast it had a wonderful spread and super yummt yogurt parfaits that I am still craving !. Also offered free parking which was useful for a quad the hotel helped us rent . The pool area was lovely and the staff was great. They also helped booked round trip airport transportation and if you check out before you leave there is a room to hang out in and put your suitcase also walking distance from the beach and a really good restaurant . They also have a restaurant with good food

Hotel is very convenient from the airport, rooms are spacious and bed very comfortable, swimming pool clean and everything is just perfect. Breakfast has lots to choose and fantastic Greek yoghurt with nuts and honey.

Hermes hotel was a wonderful stay for our first time in Santorini! Even before we arrived the staff were helpful in securing us transfers from the airport and organising an early check in. The staff all went above and beyond were for friendly and helpful. The facilities were great two pools and plenty of very comfy loungers meant there was no fighting at the crack of dawn. The location was lively just a short walk from the supermarket which had EVERYTHING and a short stroll from the beachfront area which had loungers and plenty of food options. We loved how close the hotel was to it all whilst still being away from the hustle and bustle of the beachfront! Lovely hotel would highly recommend!

Service was ok, however the property didn’t have anything to watch on the TV, just local channels (14 & 15), Tv was too small the size of a tablet. Cleaning crew broke my perfume The jacuzzi was working, even though the receptionist said it’ll be fixed soon which didn’t happen the entire time we were there

This was such a great find. An affordable option that is perfectly located within an easy walk to the beach. All the amenities you'd want. A great pool area with a full bar. And, all the staff were super friendly. I would totally stay here again.

Overall good stay, hotel was beautiful, breakfast was delicious, two pools were great and could have as many beach towels as you liked, our rooms were restocked with fresh towels everyday, staff gave us good recommendation's, hotel food and drink was decently priced and nice, however a couple of things: 1. Our room booking said that we had a plunge pool and we didn't get one. The staff were accommodating and moved us to a bigger room but still no plunge pool. 2. The room did not feature a mini bar of any kind 3. Our room booking was for 3 adults (1 single bed and a Queen bed) - we were given a sofa mattress that was very uncomfortable. 4. Air-conditioning wasn't great - only one half of the room was kept cools so made for very uncomfortable sticky nights in August. 5. Bedsheets were never changed - that would have been lovely. 6. My friend and I lost a couple of things at the hotel and staff didn't seem all that interested and didn't provide much help.

Initially we had a problem with the 2nd room, but then staff was very helpful in resolving that. The breakfast and pool were very good. Property was very clean. Room was also very clean, but bathroom needs a makeover. Especially the tub. Christina and Athina were very helpful.

Variety in the breakfast buffet. Really healthy food selection. Staff were lovely, very courteous. Housekeeping always made swans out of the towel everyday, they cleaned. The grounds are well kept and it was so comfortable hanging out at the hotel.

Det var et greit hotell med hyggelige resepsjonister. Stort minus for kakkerlakker 2 av 3 dager på hotelrommet. Ikke så veldig god frokost.

Stor anbefaling herfra, rengøring er i top og personalet er de sødeste. Poolområdet er meget lækkert og maden smager fantastisk. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

A perfect hotel in Kamari that deserves only five stars. It has all you need. We had a great room, with space for all 3 of us. The hotel offered a great breakfast, and the surrounding garden is lush and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, and the pool was excellent. Not super large, but with enough space for all the guests that needed it.

Great value for money and easy walking distance to beach. The only downside is that internet was a little slow but we managed and with the room we stayed in, the Superior Garden Room, they provided two king singles that were just pushed together. We would have expected a proper king size bed coming as a couple. Other than that, everything else was great. Delicious breakfast buffet was served everyday. Pool and staff were great as well! Thank you, Hermes Santorini! :)

Very helpful staff, reception as well breakfast they are all very kind always be the smile. It seems the hotel was renovate recently, but some parts not change as a doors or elevator, but they are all comfortable.

A great hotel pool and bar area, room was spacious and clean, the staff team are amazing and so helpful, way had a small issue with the aircon but was swiftly resolved, this hotel gets top marks,

Service was ok, however the property didn’t have anything to watch on the TV, just local channels (14 & 15), Tv was too small the size of a tablet. Cleaning crew broke my perfume The jacuzzi was working, even though the receptionist said it’ll be fixed soon which didn’t happen the entire time we were there

We enjoyed everything at the Hermes Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us “feel at home.” It is set in a lovely area and we will be coming back. There’s plenty of choice for breakfast, the bar staff are brilliant and very accommodating.

Overall good stay, hotel was beautiful, breakfast was delicious, two pools were great and could have as many beach towels as you liked, our rooms were restocked with fresh towels everyday, staff gave us good recommendation's, hotel food and drink was decently priced and nice, however a couple of things: 1. Our room booking said that we had a plunge pool and we didn't get one. The staff were accommodating and moved us to a bigger room but still no plunge pool. 2. The room did not feature a mini bar of any kind 3. Our room booking was for 3 adults (1 single bed and a Queen bed) - we were given a sofa mattress that was very uncomfortable. 4. Air-conditioning wasn't great - only one half of the room was kept cools so made for very uncomfortable sticky nights in August. 5. Bedsheets were never changed - that would have been lovely. 6. My friend and I lost a couple of things at the hotel and staff didn't seem all that interested and didn't provide much help.

The staff all went above and beyond were for friendly and helpful. The facilities were great two pools and plenty of very comfy loungers meant there was no fighting at the crack of dawn. The location was lively just a short walk from the supermarket which had EVERYTHING and a short stroll from the beachfront area which had loungers and plenty of food options. We loved how close the hotel was to it all whilst still being away from the hustle and bustle of the beachfront! Lovely hotel would highly recommend!

Had a weekend trip for my birthday and was really happy with the amazing experience at Hermes. The hotel grounds were beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and had lots of options daily, the location was perfect to access the main area in Kamari with shops, restaurants and the beach all within a short walk. The staff were always friendly and so helpful throughout in organizing rides, giving directions, offering suggestions and making reservations. Would definitely stay here if I visit Santorini again!

L’hotel è appena fuori dal lungo mare e questo per noi è stata un’ottima scelta per il silenzio ed eventualmente per parcheggiare l’auto. Ottima la pulizia e personale alla reception molto disponibile e gentile. Molto buono il servizio ristorante. Sicuramente da consigliare

Hotel is zeer een fijne en rustige hotel. Personeelsleden waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren schoon en ze kwamen overeen met de foto’s die op de sites te zien zijn. Hotel ligt op 2 min loopafstand van een market en 5 min loopafstand van Kamari beach. Het is zeker een aanrader.

A perfect hotel in Kamari that deserves only five stars. It has all you need. We had a great room, with space for all 3 of us. The hotel offered a great breakfast, and the surrounding garden is lush and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, and the pool was excellent. Not super large, but with enough space for all the guests that needed it.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Really friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. We had dinner 1 night in their restaurant and the food was divine. The only little annoying thing was that in the evenings and weekends it seemed like the staff's friends and family were allowed to come and use the pool, which meant there were a lot of screaming children running around and the sunbeds were being used by people who were not hotel guests. Was a bit disappointing for their paying guests. Other than that was a wonderful stay and I would recommend!

We loved the hotel specially the breakfast it had a wonderful spread and super yummt yogurt parfaits that I am still craving !. Also offered free parking which was useful for a quad the hotel helped us rent . The pool area was lovely and the staff was great. They also helped booked round trip airport transportation and if you check out before you leave there is a room to hang out in and put your suitcase also walking distance from the beach and a really good restaurant . They also have a restaurant with good food

Variety in the breakfast buffet. Really healthy food selection. Staff were lovely, very courteous. Housekeeping always made swans out of the towel everyday, they cleaned. The grounds are well kept and it was so comfortable hanging out at the hotel.

A lovely traditional Greek Hotel, lovely gardens and very clean large pool and a smaller one with jets. Our room was a perfect double with a small balcony a little back from the pool area. Staff couldn't be more helpful and the breakfast was great. Lots of fresh fruit, greek yoghurt, pastries and eggs, omelette, sausages and roasted veg. Lots of bread, cheeses and meats too. Free pool towels and a good bar. 5 mins walk to the main beach and boulevard with lots of restaurants and shops. Beach is shingle and pebble, smaller shingle further towards the mountain at the other end. Kamari is right next to the airport so planes fly over the beach and the hotel quite low for take off or landing but not too frequent when we were there and really not that off off putting as lasts only a few seconds and can be hours of gaps. Will be the same wherever you are in Kamari.
