Stayed only 2 nights but wish it had been longer. 2 adults and 2 kids, had a family suite, very nice and spacious room, felt luxurious. Room was very close to the pool so for us we were actually clad not spending extra on a pool access room. All staff very friendly and service minded. Hotel was not fully occupied so was possible to find sun beds even after 7.30am. Though many reserve sun beds hours before they use them (which is super annoying!!), but some pool staff actually removed towels off some beds. Very kids friendly. Amazing playroom and nice kids pool with water slide. Kids loved it. Nice and clean beach! (Visited a beach just south of this one and was much more rocks there, here only nice sand). Great breakfast (but busy). Had dinner only one evening at the beach bar, not that impressed as it was quite expensive. Limited restaurants and stores around the hotel area so not much other options, but good quality still (and much cheaper than the hotel itself). All in all a great stay and would come back again!

Staff members were thoroughly helpful and friendly. Accommodated where able. There were a number of occasions that felt as if there was shortage of staff at the main restaurant but that could've been during peak breakfast hours. Our kids loved the slide and the kids area. The pool was fun, clean and friendly. Parking was limited-an overflow open space adjacent to the property sort of made up for this. Pullman is a little further away from the township and that was what drew us to it. There were ample of low-key activities around the area. It felt good to be able to contribute a little to the local economy in a small town that still showed signs of recovery from the tsunami two decades ago.

Väldigt bra rum och sandstrand samt pool, men tyvärr långsam service i restaurangen och utbudet av mat är väldigt begränsat. Hade hotellet haft fler restauranger hade det helt klart varit ett av dem bästa hotellen i området, men avsaknaden gör att betyget sjunker rejält.

This facility is very nice, and our pool side villa was very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is near Tsunami museum, which is worth visiting. I would give it higher rating, but the restaurants are not very good, and the location is not close to other places. The towels in the rooms are worn and should be replaced. The massage is good. We recommend a taxi to Green Restaurant on the beach beside the Merrion hotel.

정말 다들 너무 친절함. 객실도 깔끔하고 항상 청소해주심, 에어컨 냄새 안낫음, 오픈형 샤워실인건 좀 적응 안됨 ㅋㅋ아침식사 메뉴가 크게 바뀌지 않아 4일 먹으니 좀 질리긴함

Overall great experience we had here with my husband and my 10 months old baby boy for 5 days during Xmas time. Pro: We really enjoyed the secluded area of Khao Lak, it was peaceful and quiet. Staff is super friendly and always smiling. The staff man who is taking care of the luggage service is a gem! This resort is definitely kids and family oriented. Cons: Service must be improved at all cost. Staff is lacking if English so it makes the communication and the understanding of the request quite often impossible. Breakfast buffet is quantity over quality and overall hygiene must be improved (dirty dishes counter in front of clients having breakfast that attracts flies is not ok at all…) Hotel overall maintenance is quite poor. Playroom floor must be changed, moldy smell when you walk inside the room. Hotel was open 5 years ago but looks way older (holes on towels, stains on sofas at the lobby and restaurants). Food is definitely not at the standard of a 5 stars. We ordered multiple times Thai food and were super disappointed by the taste and by the poor ingredients… Service is super slow… Halal Chicken food signage makes the choice super confusing and spoons to serve dishes are getting mixed between pork, beef and Halal Chicken… It looks like staff is overwhelmed too especially during this holiday season. For the price applied for this period (€300/night) not acceptable at all. Even thought it doesn’t give the vibe of a 5 stars hotel we still would like to recommend this hot

It was a comfortable stay. Service at reception was very helpful. Rooms were clean and housekeeper was very helpful. Service in the restaurants (both, inside and beachside) was not very good. Waiting time to be helped was very long, food did not arrive together and no clean glasses.

Initial room we got was not fit for purpose as we had a toddler, however they moved us into a suite complimentary which was amazing! Really recommend this hotel. Only bad thing which was fine for us as we had a car was that there isn’t much in the area which is fine if you are all inclusive.

Sehr schönes Hotel, aber leider etwas einsam gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber, wenn auch das offene Badezimmer gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. This facility is very nice, and our pool side villa was very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is near Tsunami museum, which is worth visiting. I would give it higher rating, but the restaurants are not very good, and the location is not close to other places. The towels in the rooms are worn and should be replaced. The massage is good. We recommend a taxi to Green Restaurant on the beach beside the Merrion hotel.

Very nice stay. Great rooms with comfortable beds. Family room ideal for 4 people. Happy that we didn’t take the room with pool access since you could not walk directly from veranda anywhere without getting in the water. Everybody was really nice. We didn’t try the restaurants since there were much cheaper options just 200m up the beach or road. Location is quite remote. It takes approx 25min to get to Khao Lak.

Initial room we got was not fit for purpose as we had a toddler, however they moved us into a suite complimentary which was amazing! Really recommend this hotel. Only bad thing which was fine for us as we had a car was that there isn’t much in the area which is fine if you are all inclusive.

Pros: - super nice pool - friendly staff - right at the beach - nice program - hotel app worked pretty well for cleaning and communicating with front desk - very nice kids club where Kaw, Lady and Yuyee took good care of the kids. Staff members were thoroughly helpful and friendly. Accommodated where able. There were a number of occasions that felt as if there was shortage of staff at the main restaurant but that could've been during peak breakfast hours. Our kids loved the slide and the kids area. The pool was fun, clean and friendly. Parking was limited-an overflow open space adjacent to the property sort of made up for this. Pullman is a little further away from the township and that was what drew us to it. There were ample of low-key activities around the area. It felt good to be able to contribute a little to the local economy in a small town that still showed signs of recovery from the tsunami two decades ago.

Overall great experience we had here with my husband and my 10 months old baby boy for 5 days during Xmas time. Pro: We really enjoyed the secluded area of Khao Lak, it was peaceful and quiet. Staff is super friendly and always smiling. The staff man who is taking care of the luggage service is a gem! This resort is definitely kids and family oriented. Cons: Service must be improved at all cost. Staff is lacking if English so it makes the communication and the understanding of the request quite often impossible. Breakfast buffet is quantity over quality and overall hygiene must be improved (dirty dishes counter in front of clients having breakfast that attracts flies is not ok at all…) Hotel overall maintenance is quite poor. Playroom floor must be changed, moldy smell when you walk inside the room. Hotel was open 5 years ago but looks way older (holes on towels, stains on sofas at the lobby and restaurants). Food is definitely not at the standard of a 5 stars. We ordered multiple times Thai food and were super disappointed by the taste and by the poor ingredients… Service is super slow… Halal Chicken food signage makes the choice super confusing and spoons to serve dishes are getting mixed between pork, beef and Halal Chicken… It looks like staff is overwhelmed too especially during this holiday season. For the price applied for this period (€300/night) not acceptable at all. Even thought it doesn’t give the vibe of a 5 stars hotel we still would like to recommend this hot

Väldigt bra rum och sandstrand samt pool, men tyvärr långsam service i restaurangen och utbudet av mat är väldigt begränsat. Hade hotellet haft fler restauranger hade det helt klart varit ett av dem bästa hotellen i området, men avsaknaden gör att betyget sjunker rejält.

It was a comfortable stay. Service at reception was very helpful. Rooms were clean and housekeeper was very helpful. Service in the restaurants (both, inside and beachside) was not very good. Waiting time to be helped was very long, food did not arrive together and no clean glasses.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hotel. Équipe au petit soin. La propreté des chambres était remarquable. Petit déjeuner très bon avec beaucoup de spécialités thaïlandaises. Les deux restaurants de l’hôtel proposait un large choix de plats. L’hôtel est un peu éloigné de la ville mais des navettes sont à disposition pour le market et le khao Lak center

Stayed only 2 nights but wish it had been longer. 2 adults and 2 kids, had a family suite, very nice and spacious room, felt luxurious. Room was very close to the pool so for us we were actually clad not spending extra on a pool access room. All staff very friendly and service minded. Hotel was not fully occupied so was possible to find sun beds even after 7.30am. Though many reserve sun beds hours before they use them (which is super annoying!!), but some pool staff actually removed towels off some beds. Very kids friendly. Amazing playroom and nice kids pool with water slide. Kids loved it. Nice and clean beach! (Visited a beach just south of this one and was much more rocks there, here only nice sand). Great breakfast (but busy). Had dinner only one evening at the beach bar, not that impressed as it was quite expensive. Limited restaurants and stores around the hotel area so not much other options, but good quality still (and much cheaper than the hotel itself). All in all a great stay and would come back again!

Pros: - super nice pool - friendly staff - right at the beach - nice program - hotel app worked pretty well for cleaning and communicating with front desk - very nice kids club where Kaw, Lady and Yuyee took good care of the kids. 정말 다들 너무 친절함. 객실도 깔끔하고 항상 청소해주심, 에어컨 냄새 안낫음, 오픈형 샤워실인건 좀 적응 안됨 ㅋㅋ아침식사 메뉴가 크게 바뀌지 않아 4일 먹으니 좀 질리긴함

Väldigt bra rum och sandstrand samt pool, men tyvärr långsam service i restaurangen och utbudet av mat är väldigt begränsat. Hade hotellet haft fler restauranger hade det helt klart varit ett av dem bästa hotellen i området, men avsaknaden gör att betyget sjunker rejält.

Resort facilities are great with the seafront infinity pool at the onsite beach club. Breakfast is good and adequate. The staffs are great. Even though the resort is quite isolated, it does provide daily free shuttle to nearby town and markets. Nice place for a restful stay away from everything.

Had a wonderful stay, go all inclusive if you can, not much else nearby. Loved watching the storms roll in, plenty of space in this season. There were tiny things I’d suggest but there’s nothing major to call out. Very much enjoyed our stay, great massages too!

Breakfast was limited and crowded. Drinks Menu at pool bar was very limited. Could Not order a cocktail that was not in the menu. Beach club food was sub par and riddled with birds that swooped on food constantly. Prices overall for food and drinks were way too expensive compared to other hotels in the Khao Lak area. Housekeeping looked understaffed and took until a call to reception at 5.40pm to get the room serviced. Didn’t hate the place but I’m sure I won’t be going back.
