This farmhouse from 1900 is quietly located on a cul-de-sac just outside Winssen. The apartment with its own entrance is located on the 1st floor and has been completely renovated.The cozy living room of approximately 50m² is equipped with a corner sofa and large dining table. There is a TV with ALL channels, a chromecast speaker (streaming via your own smartphone) and a fast fiber optic WiFi connection.The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave oven and 4-burner gas hob.The 2 mirrored bedrooms have 2 single beds, of which can be made into 1 double bed. The beds have cotton sheets and extra pillows. The 3rd bedroom is the loft in the large room with a 140x200 bed. There is a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds. In total it will remains 8 beds.In a separate part of the garden is a heated swimming pool (open and heated from mid-April to the end of September). Here is a cozy garden house with TV and a ceramic BBQ. This is a private area for the guests. There is free parking available next to the apartment. There is also a bus stop within walking distance which connects you to Nijmegen or Druten. The closest train stations are Wijchen, Nijmegen and Tiel.The owners have their own private garden directly behind the house. The rest of the garden, including the part where the swimming pool is located, is freely accessible for use.Bedlinnen and towels are included.Neigbourhood Winssen is located in the center of the land of Maas and Waal. The area is characterized on the one hand by the rivers with their dikes, flood plains and water sports areas such as the De Gouden Ham recreation area and the Groene Heuvels. On the other hand, there are the forests and fens and the landscape between the rivers where you can enjoy walking and cycling past beautiful farms, through the church villages, to, for example, the Gardens of Appeltern, the belt mill in Hernen or Bergharen, the medieval castle Hernen or the visitor center Land of the Delights in Leur. In the visitor center you can find out everything about special walking and cycling routes, sights, souvenirs and regional products. The villages of Wijchen and Druten are a stone's throw away. Here are several restaurants, cafes, theaters, a swimming pool and a golf course. In addition, the old Maas towns of Grave, Ravenstein and Batenburg are definitely worth a visit. Nijmegen, Den Bosch and Arnhem can be reached within 30 minutes.Nijmegen is the oldest city in the Netherlands. Cycling in the area Nijmegen not only offers beautiful routes, but also art objects that are worth seeing.
