lidt sloppy service , værelse ikke klar ved ankomst , ikke rengjort efter dag 1 , værelse fint nok , comfortable seng , fin walk in shower , internet virkede ikke og det samme med remote til tv .

We were extremely disappointed with our overall stay at the Arts Hotel, Taksim. The inclusions in the hotel room were frugal and the cleanliness showed a wanton lack of attention to detail. The towels need replacing and those in our room showed signs of being rushed through a speedy wash without the adequate use of laundry powder(if any?). The pillows left a lot to be desired as they reeked with the smell cigarette smoke. The hotel rooms were noisy and our two nights stay were spent being mostly awake. The breakfast was the worst we encountered in our more than 2 weeks in Turkey. The cups and plates were mostly dirty and I found myself picking through a pile before finding an acceptable piece for my needs. The spread provided for breakfast was extremely limited (compared to other hotels with similar ratings) and anything other than the offerings incurred an additional fee. Overall it was a very disappointing experience.

Yurt dışı seyahatlerimde genelde havaalanına yakın olduğu için otelinizi tercih ediyorum. Bu oteli seçmemin en önemli sebeplerinden biri de ulaşım kolaylığı. 13 Şubat 2026 tarihinde havaalanından Miracle Otel’e taksiyle geldim. Taksici kredi kartı kabul etmediğini söyledi ve o anda üzerimde yeterli nakit yoktu. Ne yapacağımı şaşırdım ve oldukça stres oldum. Tam o sırada genç bir otel çalışanı koşarak yanıma geldi ve “Bir sorun mu var?” diye sordu. Durumu anlattım. Ben ATM’den para çekene kadar yardımcı olabilir miyim diye düşünürken, o genç arkadaş hiç tereddüt etmeden cebinden para çıkarıp taksiciye verdi. Bu davranışı beni çok duygulandırdı ve gerçekten çok mutlu etti. Daha sonra karşıdaki Airport Outlet’te bulunan ATM’den para çekip kendisine hemen geri ödedim ve defalarca teşekkür ettim. 9 Mayıs’ta tekrar otelinize uğradığımda aynı genç delikanlı beni tanıdı, “Hoş geldiniz” dedi ve çay ikram etti. Kendimi çok değerli hissettim. Böyle iyi yürekli, yardımsever gençlerin otelinizde çalışıyor olması gerçekten çok güzel. İsmini maalesef hatırlayamıyorum ama umarım bu yorumumu okur. Kendisine buradan tekrar çok teşekkür ediyorum. Bundan sonra da otelinize uğramaya ve sizi tercih etmeye devam edeceğim.
