Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour l’accès au SPA . Sauf que tout les créneaux étaient réservés. Nous avons remarqué que les créneaux sont aussi ouverts aux personnes de l’extérieur alors je comprends qu’il soit complet. Proposition faite à minuit ! J’ai , naturellement, demandé une compensation, mais pas possible car l’hôtel a fait une proposition 😉 À part cette déception, chambre impeccable, PDJ copieux et surtout une réceptionniste extrêmement gentille.

Très décevant, l'hotel sur réclame "HOTEL & SPA" mais le spa est inaccessible. D'une part seulement sur réservation...mais encore faut il le savoir. Jamais été informé, ni via la réservation ni lors du check in (arrivée le vendredi soir, départ le dimanche). Quand le samedi nous avons voulu accéder au SPA, pas de slot de disponible (à part le samedi à minuit...) Publicité mensongère. L'hotelier se réfugie vers le fait que la réservation ai ét é faite avec HOTELS.COM, car nos vrais clients, on les informe. WIFI non operationel dans notre chambre, trop faible. Odeur forte de Chlore dnas tout l'hotel (du spa inaccessible...) Parking assez peu pratique.

Bien placé bon accueil a l arrivée Chambre correct En revanche tres decu par le SPA , jacuzzi froid du selon la receptioniste aux normes , mais aucune information données en amont a ce sujet , de plus quel est l utilité d un jacuzzi si il n est pas chaud . Hammam qui ne fonctionnait pas a notre arrivé, c est mis en marche 5 min avant la fin de notre créneau Petit déjeuner honereux 25€ par personnes , du coup nous n avons pas testé

The hotel was in a great position on the Loire river within walking distance of the town and with parking and charging for my car close by. The staff were very helpful, the rooms clean and quiet and the breakfast very good. I particularly liked the range of leaf tea options. If I return to Orléans I would definitely re book this hotel.

De airco kon uitsluitend bij de receptie aangezet worden en kwam heel langzaam op gang, toch bleef t erg warm in de kamer helaas. Lawaaiig op straat. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam met onze fietsen. Badkamer licht en modern, echter erg glad. En uh de spinnewebben mogen bij de entree van de 4 sterren gehaald worden!

De airco kon uitsluitend bij de receptie aangezet worden en kwam heel langzaam op gang, toch bleef t erg warm in de kamer helaas. Lawaaiig op straat. Chambre : rangement limité, rideaux déchirés, rebords intérieurs de fenêtre sales. Hôtel : situé au bord de la Loire sur une route à forte circulation au coin d’une rue avec feu rouge donc beaucoup de promeneurs, très bruyant, démarrages sur les chapeaux de roue, cerise sur le gâteau juste sous notre chambre une plaque de regard telecom mal fixée. En bref impossible de passer une bonne nuit. Petit déjeuner : le 2ème jour les petits pains pas frais, plus de pain ils ont dû en acheter à 2 reprises Du jamais vu pour un hôtel 4 étoiles !

Avec du chauffage de l eau chaude et un changement de linge de toilette ainsi que des produits d hygiène et des bouteilles d’eau sans avoir besoin de demander cela à la réception le séjour aurait été acceptable

Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und engagiert. Das Zimmer im 3.OG jedoch für ein 4* Haus eine ZUMUTUNG!!! Klein! Die Wand zum Badezimmer wirkte behelfsmäßig. Das Bett war sehr schmal. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Sehr ansprechend! Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt.

Great location. Best point of the hotel is the bedding really outstanding , rooms are comfortable, Julia at the front desk is really nice and welcoming. I definitely don t give 5 stars because of the WiFi not working and the water pressure is really weak .. you cannot enjoy a good relaxing shower after a good day

The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms and fabulous breakfast buffet make this place well worth a visit. There is a small spa in the cellar that is complimentary for guests. One word of caution: the wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom doesn’t go all the way up to the ceiling, so if you are sharing with someone you don’t know very well, it could be a challenge.

Situated on the banks of the Loire and on the edge of the old town, the hotel is well located. The room was spacious and bed comfortable and there were tea and coffee making facilities. Modern decor but quite drab and the poor lighting made the room quite dark.

Great location and lovely hotel. We changed room since the first we got was adjacent to another room and too loud due to the door between the rooms. The second room was great. Lively area around the hotel with lots of restaurants. Great staff.

Hôtel face a la Loire pour des balades en soirée Petit déjeuner servi très tôt (6h30) large choix, qualité et très copieux.

The initial experience of the Hotel, was positive, however when we were extracted from the Spa, because a mistake had been made with the booking that we did the day before, it was not very good at all. Excuses and changes to the story were inconsistent so poorly handled.

The initial experience of the Hotel, was positive, however when we were extracted from the Spa, because a mistake had been made with the booking that we did the day before, it was not very good at all. Excuses and changes to the story were inconsistent so poorly handled.

Lovely stay! I would highly recommend staying here. Orleans was a great stop and this was the most perfectly located hotel close to all the shops, restaurants, river etc. It was so lovely to be across the street from the river. I would definitely stay here again. thank you@

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of the historic downtown and also on the river so the location could not be better. Parking was also very easy and we could walk everywhere from the hotel.

Kind staff, but a very disappointing stay I rarely leave a negative hotel review, but our stay at the Empreinte Hotel was disappointing. When we arrived, our room had a horrible odor that smelled strongly like a dead animal—possibly a rodent in or near the HVAC system. We tried to tolerate it, but eventually had to ask to change rooms. The staff were very nice and moved us without difficulty, and the new room was much better. However, nobody wants to pack up and relocate after settling into a hotel room, and I could still smell the same odor in the hallway the following morning. The bar was also disappointing because they did not have olives for a martini, although the bartender himself was very pleasant. In fact, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, and many spoke English, which was helpful. Unfortunately, breakfast was terrible. The coffee from the automatic machine and the pastries appeared to be the only good options. The eggs were subpar and had an odd texture, the sausage was only lukewarm, and the potatoes were extremely dry and seemed overcooked. Very little appeared to be served at the proper temperature. We used the spa at 8:30 in the morning, when we were apparently the first guests of the day. It did not seem properly cleaned: there was someone else’s hair in the hot tub, as well as a large spider on the ceiling. The hotel did reimburse our €10 public-parking charge because of the problem with our room, which we appreciated. The staff handled our co
