This place is old, rooms are dirty and beds are uncomfortable. We stayed there for one night and it was not pleasant. We were given room which was attached to another room through a door. The door that separated two rooms were in very poor condition. Tge elevator was very very small that u cant even stand with other people. Carpets were stained. Overall i regret booking this room. We asked for extra toilet paper and staff replied that one toilet paper per night which is ridiculous.

The service guy told me that there was a large umrah group staying at the hotel so the supplies were limited. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful but with very limited English understanding or speaking ability.

Hotel needs to update their amenities, I booked this hotel because of free airport shuttle, but at the check-in time they said they don’t offer anymore and I end up spending around SR 35, which is over $10. I've given five stars as it was very good value. There was no hot water whilst I was there and the plumbing had seen better days. But aircon was superb, room was large and clean and service was very warm and efficient. Given the price and location next to airport it was at tge top end if my expectations.

Room hygiene was significantly poor. There is black mold on the shower wall all across the bottom. The hand shower next to the toilet was leaking water all over bathroom floor. No towels. Settee infront of the bed had garbage in beween arms and the bench, both sides. There was no wash towel to take shower. Carpet had stains and a major wrinkle across the whole room. Room in general looked very unhygienic to even sit in. I checked out in few hours and didnt use hotel shuttle as well. Then to make matter worst, the door lock broke so the physical key wasnt able to open the dor lock. 20mins and multiple hotel staff members, they finally got a latch on the lock to rotate. staff mentioned that door lock is bad. Room number plate 301, was missing the letter "1". Just a horrible hotel, sorry! Room didnt look anything like what is shown in pictures. I feel tricked. There were other options in the area. Would need a refund.

Room hygiene was significantly poor. There is black mold on the shower wall all across the bottom. The hand shower next to the toilet was leaking water all over bathroom floor. No towels. Settee infront of the bed had garbage in beween arms and the bench, both sides. There was no wash towel to take shower. Carpet had stains and a major wrinkle across the whole room. Room in general looked very unhygienic to even sit in. I checked out in few hours and didnt use hotel shuttle as well. Then to make matter worst, the door lock broke so the physical key wasnt able to open the dor lock. 20mins and multiple hotel staff members, they finally got a latch on the lock to rotate. staff mentioned that door lock is bad. Room number plate 301, was missing the letter "1". Just a horrible hotel, sorry! Room didnt look anything like what is shown in pictures. I feel tricked. There were other options in the area. Would need a refund.
