Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My adult children, sister, brother-in-law, and I all stayed to attend my nephew's graduation from KWHS. We had plenty of room and used the full kitchen for just about every meal! Coffee tastes better sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view and breeze. Having the washer and dryer were a godsend! Security makes you feel safe without going overboard. Pool and hottub are on a beautiful patio. Would recommend and stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as described and the service was even better than expected (after hours and on weekends). We were assisted in whatever we needed and found everything as expected. The view was amazing and the property was quiet and clean. The pool was clean, large, and not overcrowded- which was an added bonus! We did have to Uber to most things during the day. At night (as things cooled off) we walked a lot and enjoyed the added exercise.

The facilities were great (exception to the one time I visited the pool and the common bathroom did not have toilet tissue). Overall a great location and amenities. Was a wonderful ‘home base’ for all of our excursions.

Although the picture shows a rocky beach, we assumed since it was described as beachside, we could at least walk on the beach, but it was too rocky and you couldn't even reach it. The pool was fantastic and the condo was luxurious. We could enjoy many views from the patio. A Hemingway enthusiast would not even have to leave the condo as many of his books were on the bookshelves along with a lot of other information about him scattered throughout the condo. A great place to stay!
