Baymont by Wyndham Troy

Room was clean, just old, chair was badly stained, tv remote hard to use & breakfast was very poor, apples were the only fresh thing. Waffles, sugary breakfast cereal, barely any coffee…that was it! Places around easy to get to for food, some within walking distance.

I stayed here recently and unfortunately was not satisfied with the condition of the room. Just walking to the door was a turn off seeing the condition it was in. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in, and the carpet appeared dirty. The lounge chair was also filthy and didn't seem like it had been properly clean. In addition, the hairdryer was loose and falling off the wall, which gave me the impression that basic maintenance is being overlooked. I did see a couple of roaches. If the owners took more time to focus on cleanliness and upkeep, this property could be much more comfortable for guests. As it stands, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

None of the staff would give us enough towels for everyone in the room. The beds were terrible and we ended up buying pillows because theirs were tiny.

Sofa was covered with stains, dirty towel behind bathroom door, tv difficult to use are fuzzy picture, curtains were barely attached and outside of most doors were dirty and banged up. Wyndam’s name should not be attached to this property. We were very disappointed.

Staff was friendly but the room was not clean. I checked in and went to the room and immediately went back to the front desk and checked out and went somewhere else.
