Hotel Indigo Omaha Downtown by IHG

Lo que no me gustó, es que hice la reservación con suficiente tiempo de anticipación era un viaje familiar, y pedí por favor cuartos juntos o cerca, y al contrario nos pusieron lo más alejado que pudieron, asignaron uno en cada piso diferente, fue difícil, otra cosa que me pareció muy injusta, que al hacer las reservaciones te preguntan si quieres pagar un cargo extra de desayuno para dos personas y el cual pague, y no había área de breakfast, solo como una barra, y no tenían desayuno, solo el joven de la barra el cual fue muy amable, nos consiguió unos yogurt y unos cafés, y otra cosa que no especificaron, es que el costo del estacionamiento para huéspedes del hotel índigo, tiene un costo extra de $15 dólares por auto, necesitas ir preparado para todos los gastos extras que se acumulen en ese hotel, o ellos necesitan aclarar bien la información, el momento que uno hace a reservación

Clean room excellent choices at the bar, but limited choices on the dinner menu.

Slight hiccup with early checkin, but that was resolved…rooms were very clean and nice…if I’m back in the area, this hotel will be my place of choice to stay in that area of Omaha

This is a nice hotel, well kept and clean. A few things that would make me seek out another location were I to return to Omaha. You are near nothing walkable. No good restaurants, no shopping, etc. The parking lot is small and it was full while we were there. We had to park on the street and worry about feeding a parking meter. The restaurant and bar are not good. Very small and my breakfast seemed to have been heated in the microwave. The bar was very limited. They do have a speakeasy that was cute, but no food and expensive. For the price, you can do better.

Property is very nice and very ckean. We only had 1 out of 3 very nice and couteous staff member, the gent who checked us out. No on site parking, all 22 spots taken. Bar drinks were bad, food was terrible and don't plan on getting into thy speakeasy beccause its always full with the staff members friends. Staff was terrible, very rude to me and watched it with other guests as well.
