The owners are very nice and great to work with. It is pet friendly with no extra hidden fees. The rooms are clean but the building is older so there is an outdated appearance. It's a motel 6 by the truck stop, it is what it is, if you're looking for an affordable place to stay, it's great.

Lady at front counter was very nice. The room was very clean. Everything was made of plastic, or metal. No top sheet, just blankets and mattress sheet. Floors and furniture were plastic. Did not have shampoo & conditioner. Not nice bathroom or shower/sink. Nice try to renovate an old motel. Way to costly for what provided (no breakfast).

You should stay here ONLY if it's close to midnight, you were riding motorcycle all day, you are desperate, and tired to the point of breaking down. Otherwise, keep driving away. I checked reviews and was fooled in to check in. This place is literary falling apart. Patches on the wall, toilet seat from last century, same as air-condition. Yes, you will find one soap bar, but no shampoo, conditioner or hair drier. You will pay for relatively clean bed sheets, that's it. Keep riding/driving away.

Nice big Tv. The condition of the structure was terrible. See photos. No coffee maker and no toiletries. Smelled like marajuna smoke and found moths and mosquitoes, some burns on the bedspread , one pillow only 1/2 size, floors dirty, shower moldy and smelled moldy. The ceiling in bathroom rm 17 has a hole and water leakage stains.

Drugs being used in the parking lot, a full on BBQ going on in the parking lot, the room was disgusting, beds were made after the previous people use them and dirty, I have pictures to back this all up. Bathtub had hashtags left in it, someone else’s piss and TP in the toilet. We did not stay and tried contacting front desk and they were playing hide and seek. It should not be on hotels.com at all! It was sketchy and scary

They have upgraded..gotten new beds, new furniture and new TV's which was indicative of them trying. But the smell in our room was absolutely horrible. It smelled of nothing but urine. If we had not been tired from a very long drive we would have left. I used a whole can of air freshener just to get thru a few hours.

Run down motel 6. Some motel 6 are ok, i have no problems. But some are old, ols, old... The other Super 8 in Missoula is,as bad unfortunately. Booked two beds. Got one and not anchored to board so i skate a bit.. Shower old. Bit dark.. old..70ties??? Mattress mediocare. Yes, clean at least but old, dark and univaiting. Missoula (Montana)budget motels suck in general.. Turist has no choice :-(

Room was cool when I checked in so I turned up the heat. Has a wall floor electric heater. Never could get to turn on. Told guy that checked me in. He told me that was as good as it got. Refrigerator didn’t work. Microwave worked kinda display was broke and turntable didn’t spin but it did warm the food. Toilet leaked when flushed. Owners did call me at 9:34pm while I was asleep with every blanket I could but that pissed Mr off even more. Definitely won’t recommend or stay again that room was not fit fir a barn animal. The bath/ shower had barely enough water to warrant trying to use and if you tried add cold water to increase pressure it turned into an ice bath

That said, the beds are comfy, the rooms are clean, there is good water pressure in the showers, and there are nice large screen tvs. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to help me out when i forgot a personal item there. Roger Ebert used to give reviews on movies based upon the idea of how well they did at what they set out to accomplish. This place sets out to be a convenient respite near the airport with friendly staff. It does that in a five star effort.

On a trip to Billings from Washington State and needed to get some sleep. We checked in at 2 am. Front desk staff was super nice. I was able to check in quickly and he gave us a downstairs room since I looked so tired. The room was clean. Seems like they're doing some updates but parts of the room weren't as updated as others. The bed was comfortable. Limited pillows as they were really small. I feel like it was excellent considering how low the price was would stay here again.

The people evidently just purchased the property - please people give them a chance - it was clean - quiet - ALL the staff were professional friendly and helpful. Met the owner this morning - VERY nice guy - he explained that new furnishings and major remodel coming in October after the tourist season is over - he’s very proud of his property and should be / can’t wait to come stay in the finished product when the rehab is done.

The people evidently just purchased the property - please people give them a chance - it was clean - quiet - ALL the staff were professional friendly and helpful. It’s a motel near the airport, not the Four Seasons. That said, the beds are comfy, the rooms are clean, there is good water pressure in the showers, and there are nice large screen tvs. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to help me out when i forgot a personal item there. Clean room and quiet, great for the price! Did not have time to bother the staff for things I forgot, but close to multiple truck stops, overall very clean and quiet, I would definitely come back if looking for something comfortable, quiet, and clean :) thank you!

Just needed a bed for the night. Quick friendly check in. Right next to freeway, so a little noisy but convenient for next morning gas up at pilot, grab coffee, and get on the road.

Dirty room, flies EVERYWHRE, mystery substances on the wall, stuffy room, and loud neighbors. No microwave. Gas station nearby was convenient, good food and good drink prices.

Lady at front counter was very nice. The room was very clean. Everything was made of plastic, or metal. No top sheet, just blankets and mattress sheet. Floors and furniture were plastic. Did not have shampoo & conditioner. Not nice bathroom or shower/sink. Nice try to renovate an old motel. Way to costly for what provided (no breakfast).

Floors filthy. Felt my feet sticking so asked desk attendant for a rag. She offered to mop it but I told her I would wipe the sticky part, the rag turned almost black, so I refolded it and foot wiped almost the entire floor. Looked like a mop hadn’t touched it for a very long time. Attendant offered a full refund if we wanted to find another place to stay which I declined as we were very tired and had a pet. Bed was comfortable. Reasonably quiet. Bathroom reasonably clean. Sheets iffy, with a stain. Don’t think I would stay there again.

I would’ve actually gave this place complete four and five star reviews on everything. It’s very clean, friendly comfy and I felt safe, but it’s very outdated. There was that tape on the shower floor caulk everywhere once they remodel the bathrooms. This place will be nicely updated in great place to stay.

The staff was amazing ! made us feel so comfortable about staying the night in a brand new state as just two girls ! AMAZING!! the comforter however being two curtains sewn together was uneasy
