Les Orangers Garden Villas and Bungalows Ultra All inclusive

Hat meine Erwatungen nicht getroffen. 1750 Euro für 4 Nächte sind übertrieben für das Hotel… das ist definitiv kein 5 Sterne Standard

Hotel a éviter. Service médiocre. Personnel insuffisant et pas aimable qui veulent du pourboire dès que tu demandes le moindre truc. Maitre nageur qui passe sa journee à draguer les femmes au lieu de faire son métier. J'ai sorti 10 méduses de 2 kg minimum en 30 min ce qui a rendu la mer agréable pour l'ensemble des vacanciers. Loin de ce qu'il proposait il y a qq années. Seul point positif les pellouses sont bien entretenues. Le service de jardinage est le seul qui est resté à la hauteur.

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It truly deserves its 5-star rating and stands well above many other 5-star hotels in Tunisia. The food was outstanding, especially for an all-inclusive resort. The pools were excellent, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Schlechter geworden

This hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms very old school, old furniture, smelling humidity and when i took a shower the water was leaking from everywhere. Bed was not comfortable at all, old sheets and bad AC. We didn’t have the cleaning service despite the fact we asked for it twice (it’s supposed to be done without asking even).. This hotel doesn’t match a five stars hotel criteria, breakfast was a real joke. They didn’t even have butter, no variety at all and poor choices. At the end we went to eat outside despite the fact that we had all inclusive. Their pet policy is not honest, they give different versions to their clients. I was not allowed to bring in my little dog (I was told no pets allowed at the hotel) but someone else had his dog a the hotel without any problem. I felt disappointed and tricked . The only positive things about this hotel was their outdoor space (garden and trees) , the beach and the personal working there were extremely friendly and kind. Be careful when you book your vacation because mine was ruined!
