We stayed for two weeks The locale is beautiful. A mall, groceries and many restaurants a short walk away. Nearby Vinhomes Central Park is well cared for, right on the Saigon River. Download the 'Grab' app (like Uber) - an inexpensive and convenient way to get around. The apartment is modern and attractive. Many possitives. The negatives: the operators were often slow to respond. We ran out of toilet paper twice. The second time we just went out and bought some. Kitchen not ready for cooking: Inadequate pots and pans, damaged prep knives, limited flatwear, no wine glasses, no coffee cups nor coffee maker- bought a french press. Amenities listed paper towels and gym. We never had paper towels and never learned how to access the gym. Asked for the apartment to be cleaned during a three day absence. Although they acknowledged, the cleaning was not done. Overall, the positives out-weighed the negatives and it was a wonderful trip.

This service apartment its not as advertised. Room was dirty. Walls are dirty and crawling cockroachs, Ants everywhere in the living room and the kitchen. Toilet seat was loosen. Bedsheets and pillow not feel clean, Balcony door cannot be closed, A/C is very weak, I booked a superior room, but they did not give me the room I booked. when we first check in to the apartment, the bathroom door don’t even have a door knob. Then I texted the host to let them know, They offered me to move to another apartment which similar to the first one, ants and cockroaches. thereafter, there is no more communications with the host anymore , every questions I sent to the hosts, there were no response anymore, and even when I need to checked out, there were no response, so I just left my key card in the living room table and left the apartment. Outside the building and environment is very nice but inside the apartment rooms is not.

Nice stay in the heart of Saigon. Beware the Landmark area is quite sealed off in case you want to walk to different areas (like the Pearl). Otherwise a great stay and amazing views of Saigon downtown from the 42nd floor 👍
