Gym was great except for the climbing stair machine which does not fit under the ceiling and can lead to a serious injury. Staff was great. Pool was beautiful. Breakfast was supreme. Hope to visit again one day.

Hotel and fabric could not be faulted. Good pool and gym. Nice airy social areas. Didnt take breakfast as very expensive, looked like limited people did as we passed through. The safe was an issue when we were about to leave for dinner. Then the TV stations buffered. The safe got sorted but the TV was an issue ongoing. Poor coffee option in the room, really poor not 5 star! Then $5 for an espresso at the cafe bar. Lacked the 5 star polish, delivered by other such rated properties.

The breakfast was our favorite part. Freshly-baked croissants brought table side was such a nice touch—and the croissants are fantastic. Rooms are nicely appointed and definitely better than what you may find for Hyatt properties in the US. The rooftop bar had great views of the Tonle Sap meeting the Mekong, the Royal Palace grounds, riverside activity. Walk Street is a couple of blocks away. TikTok’s and transportation are easy to come by with Grab. Would love to stay at this property again.

We were delighted with the level service provided, however, we found several issues with our rooms smelling bad because the air conditioning filters have not been replaced. Unfortunately for us this impacted our entire stay as the bad smell gave us perpetual headaches. At that price point, Hyatt Regency should spend more in ensuring their rooms smell better. Guests are paying a pretty penny to stay here. I have to say that breakfast was great but if it were solely based on the rooms, I would not stay here again.

The Hyatt Regency has an outstanding location right in front of the National Museum and very close to the Royal Palace. The lobby is in a beautiful colonial building while the rooms, restaurants and amenities are in a new, very functional building. The design is modern and elegant. The rooms are spacious and the view towards the river, palace and the city is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and genuinely kind. Highly recommend fir birth leisure and business

We visited from the United States and had a wonderful stay here while in Phnom Penh. Staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The morning breakfast provided the opportunity to try many cultural foods from around the world. The views from our room were a wonderful way to relax and wind down from each day. Would recommend staying to others.

Best customer service, which is why we came back to this hotel. The staff is super nice and friendly. They were able to provide us a late check out, which we really appreciated. I was super surprised they even brought up a surprise cake for my birthday, which was super sweet.

The staff in this hotel are absolutely fantastic, right down to locating my daughter’s lost headphones in a taxi. Fantastic service - they could not do enough for you. The breakfast was also brilliant. Room was a good size with thoughtful touches. Lovely views over the palace and city. We both can’t wait to return to Phnom Penh - it was this hotel that made it for us.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance from practically any of PP main tourist attractions. The hotel itself is bran new and the structure is excellent. But even better than all that is the staff. So helpful and thoughtful throughout our whole stay, even with a surprise for our honeymoon... no words to describe our gratitude! Definitely recommend!!!

Einzigartiger Service, perfekte Sauberkeit, sehr gute Ausstattung der Zimmer. Wasser und Handtücher im Fitnesscenter vorhanden. Sehr gute asiatische und auch westliche Küche. Absolut empfehlenswert!
