When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience.

Por ser um apart, a cozinha está carente de utensílios..não tinha cafeteira ou uma leiteira, pratos sobremesa, abridor vinho, facas de corte...A tv tbem é muito antiga , sem alternativas para vermos um netflix, prime, Disney.. Fora isto é tudo ótimo..espaço, localização..

Apartamento grande, limpo, tudo novo e organizado. Cama ótima, roupas de cama e cobertas de qualidade, só faltou uma TV no quarto, a única disponivel fica na sala, é grande e de boa qualidade. O único senão é a garagem, acesso muito estreito só compativel com carros pequenos.
