Overall, our family had a wonderful vacation, and the home itself was beautiful. However, non- working advertised amenities affected our experience.Biggest disappointment was not having access to amenities advertised and were directed to use the community facilities. We specifically chose and paid for this property because we expected those amenities to be available within the home for our convenience.The game room did not meet expectations. The pool table was the only functional game. The Ms. Pac-Man machine, Xbox, TV, and air conditioner in the game room were all inoperable. Several televisions throughout the home also did not work. The screened pool enclosure was damaged, with a large tear in the roof and several smaller tears along the bottom. After a heavy rain, the garage playroom was impacted and eliminating what was intended to be a safe, enjoyable space for the children.A few bed frames also need repair because they have jagged edges that present a safety risk. The foosball table also had missing handle covers, creating a safety hazard; I scraped my leg on one of the exposed handles, and it broke the skin.I contacted the host to report these issues and to ensure we would not be held responsible for the existing damage or nonfunctioning electronics. She confirmed that she was already aware of these problems.Had we been made aware we could have made an informed decision whether to keep or choose another property. Host was very welcoming. The house was very spacious and comfortable and the neighborhood was great. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Host was very responsive to questions /concerns.

Decent house , although starting to get tired . We notified the management about some wifi issues, after one email we got crickets, forcing us to have to miss certain programming.

Beds very uncomfortable. One towel and wash cloth per person on bed. No laundry soap or shower soaps. Had to wash towels frequently with laundry detergent purchased to make it through the stay. Carpets stained. Nice pool and hot tub.

It was a great stay. The house was very spacious, we found it easily. The check in was smoky. The house was perfect for our group, ideal location for visiting Universal Studios. The pool was great for afternoon rest, the kitchen was very well equipped. There was also a barbecue outside so we were able to prepare geat steaks. I wish we could stay longer. I really recommend this place for groups up to 14 people. There was even a baby bed with a mosito net. We didn’t use it but it’s just an information for those who might need it.
