Hampton Inn & Suites Portland Tigard

We had two kids with us and needed to use the sofa bed in the room, however there were no extra blankets or bedsheets provided. We had to go down to the front desk to get them, and were initially told there were no pillows available either. After speaking with the staff member (who was very nice), she was able to find two pillows for my kids to sleep with for the night. I appreciate her help, but I’ve never had to experience this at any hotel before. The breakfast was quite basic (some ppl were told no more paper plates( and the pool also seemed a bit unclean. Overall, the staff was friendly and tried their best, but the experience was just okay.

Room was good, bed was very firm. Hot tub and pool were not very clean and no towels either of the two times we went. We were told that there were no clean towels available at the desk when we asked.

This place is amazing so clean very comfy beds the breakfasts were so wonderful waffles and eggs bacon biscuits and gravy. Cereal. Oatmeal. Wonderful. The pool and hot tub are wonderful Great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed

It is nice breakfast is included all staff was friendly and helpful

People were partying in the rooms across from us all the way through the morning and management at night wouldn’t do anything about it, stay somewhere else if possible.
