We love staying at Kingsmill. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches at The Mill are a must. Great walking trails and close to everything. We had other family staying on property so meeting up was easy. The Landing had excellent food and a beautiful view of the water. The kids rented jet skis down at the dock and at night we had a bonfire in the beach with s'mores.( Added fee with the resort) Great family vacation.

My mother 84 and I made a mother daughter week and this was a perfect location. The views of golf course are very nice and we lucked out with good weather a couple of days to have time to sit outside. Parking is easy and kingsmill lovely. We used walking trails each day and did have time at the spa as well. Easy to access Williamsburg and area restaurants. Each night fantastic. When we needed something or had a question Crystal responded right away and was able to assist. This is not associated with a timeshare pitch so out time was relaxing and hassle free. You work directly with owner. Will come again.

This condo is in an ideal location for a variety of activities. The resort has a great pool with a lazy river (and a bar!) in walking distance, as well as a marina with rental gear (jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks) and a couple of restaurants. It’s also very close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The hosts provided lots of helpful restaurant recommendations and were very responsive. It was a nice, quiet community and the unit had plenty of space.

Stayed with my immediate family while visiting more family who live in Kingsmill. Great to have an option so close so we still felt like we were all together. The condo was very nice and comfortable with great beds. Located right on the golf course, it had a nice patio as well. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. The resort location is also a plus. Really was not far from anything and felt extremely safe. Communication with the hosts was effortless and quick. Great stay. Thank you

Fantastic property and hosts! The condo is located right on the 9th fairway, with a great view. Very close to the main building, the pro shop, the different restaurants and the coffee shop. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the resort.

The accommodation was great. It was so comfortable. Being on the ground level made it so easy with our dog. She loved sitting on the porch watching the golfers.

We really enjoyed this property. The location is great. Good view of the golf course,easy We really enjoy this property.(This is our second stay). The location is perfect. Good view of the golf course easy walk to the resort. Parking is a breeze. The condo is very well equipped. Bedding is first rate as are towels,etc.Would not hesitate to use it again.

We had a wonderful family gathering in Williamsburg while staying at this lovely condo in Kingsmill. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed and in a great location. Crystal provided timely and helpful communication and was available in case we needed anything. We highly recommend!

Property was in need of repairs. My main complaint was that the "hot water" was lukewarm. One of the sinks had a faucet that leaked out of the bottom of the handle(lukewarm handle) the bathtub was stained and corroding around the caulking. the carpet must have been the original - over 30 years old, stained and worn.The hairdryer was in unusable due to the state of the handle.

We had a wonderful time meeting up with old friends in Williamsburg and enjoying a fun day at Busch Gardens. The property location was great and allowed easy access to all Williamsburg has to offer. The condo was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. We hope to stay again in the future.

Major health issues arose just prior to our trip and changed our plans from an active trip to one where we just wanted to relax. Plus, it was too late to cancel. The listing stated "-55" 4K Smart HDTV with Roku, Disney+, Hulu, etc." which would allow us to watch football and other favorite programs. So, it seemed like all would go well despite the change in our trip plans. We just wanted to relax/reset. Our problems began immediately upon checking in when we saw that the 5 stars for cleanliness were not representative of the state of the condo we entered: the countertops were not wiped down in the kitchen, the dryer had wet towels inside that smelled foul so I rewashed, dried and folded them, there were ant baits in the kitchen window sill and ants present in the kitchen. We kept our food items on the dining room table to avoid ants in our food. These issues were immediately reported to the host. She said the ants would be reported to their pest control, acting as if they weren't aware of ants when it was obvious from the presence of ant baits that they were absolutely aware; regarding the wet towels in dryer, she asked that I fold them, if I was so inclined. The advertised tv was not usable as the remote was missing. Her resolution was to just watch tv in the bedroom or buy a remote to use during our stay and then return it to the store. It was an unacceptable resolution to the problem. Host offered a discount on future stay, we declined.

Crystal was super communicative and attended to any needs we had. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, kitchen was all in working order and well equipped and we were able to enjoy having our little dog with us as well. We had a great stay and would come back there again if we come to the Williamsburg area.

We had a pleasant and relaxing week long stay in this Kingsmill condo. The locatiln and setting were perfect to enjoy the many things Kingsmill has to offer. The accommodations were just as described and were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The hosts made a real effort to help us have a wonderful week.

Nice condo, well appointed kitchen and baths, comfortable beds. Kingsmill Resort is a wonderful place to visit, with all the amenities one could ask for. We have stayed in other Kingsmill condos and do want to say that they are not soundproof. While we haven’t had any late night issues, it’s something to be aware of. We had difficulty with the living room TV - missing remote. While the host was prompt in responding to our concern, we were not able to resolve the issue during our stay. We would reserve this condo for future visits to Kingsmill.

Stayed here to have a little more room as we toured the historic sites. It is an older property but has been well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was of very good quality. We were very happy with this choice.

Although Chrystal and Jaime (hosts) did accommodate our special request (for an additional fee), I can only give this condo a 3 star rating. Billing it as a 'luxurious condo' is a stretch. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Kings Mill property. The condo is dark (the architecture of the building makes it hard for natural light to penetrate), dated, and it's on the first floor. That may be great for guests with limited mobility, but terrible since the condo has poor insulation and you can hear your second floor neighbors stomping around and talking and laughing ALL NIGHT LONG! When we (me, my husband, two grown daughters and one son-in-law) arrived, the cleaning service had stuffed most of the sheets and towels into the dryer and left before it was finished. We needed a second set of sheets for the pull out sofa (this condo says it sleeps 6 but two must share a sofa bed to make that possible). Since the dryer was so stuffed, the laundry had not dried properly and it smelled bad (wet and moldy). I had to re-wash and dry the sheets before using--not something I was anticipating for a luxury stay.... The positives? Kings Mill property is very convenient to most attractions in Williamsburg and as a runner, I really appreciated the miles of running trails. I would definitely stay on the Kings Mill property again, though probably not in this particular condo.

Perfect home away from home and as the title states the location is perfect for a historical adventure. Within 20 minutes we were able to explore all the wonderful historic sites that Williamsburg had to offer. Kingsmill itself is also a beautiful location and extremely relaxing. This pet friendly condo is spacious, clean, and our host Jamie & Crystal were very informative and prompt with answering any question we had. Will definitely recommend this properly to anyone who would love to visit Williamsburg.

We have stayed in other Kingsmill condos and do want to say that they are not soundproof. While we haven’t had any late night issues, it’s something to be aware of. We had difficulty with the living room TV - missing remote. While the host was prompt in responding to our concern, we were not able to resolve the issue during our stay. We would reserve this condo for future visits to Kingsmill.
Nice condo, well appointed kitchen and baths, comfortable beds. Kingsmill Resort is a wonderful place to visit, with all the amenities one could ask for. Everything is as advertised! Everything works! Excellent location. The Host is Exceptional! Crystal is detail oriented, thorough, proactive, friendly, welcoming, communicative, easy to understand, exceptionally responsive, and helpful. This was a two thumbs up, 10 out of 10, world class experience.Thank You for being Outstanding!

Jaime and Crystal were wonderful hosts during our Kingsmill stay! They were very responsive and provided additional helpful info during our stay and lots of recommendations for the area. The condo was very clean, conveniently located to everything we needed in Williamsburg. We definitely would stay here every time we visit the area!

Major health issues arose just prior to our trip and changed our plans from an active trip to one where we just wanted to relax. Plus, it was too late to cancel. The listing stated "-55" 4K Smart HDTV with Roku, Disney+, Hulu, etc." which would allow us to watch football and other favorite programs. So, it seemed like all would go well despite the change in our trip plans. We just wanted to relax/reset. Our problems began immediately upon checking in when we saw that the 5 stars for cleanliness were not representative of the state of the condo we entered: the countertops were not wiped down in the kitchen, the dryer had wet towels inside that smelled foul so I rewashed, dried and folded them, there were ant baits in the kitchen window sill and ants present in the kitchen. We kept our food items on the dining room table to avoid ants in our food. These issues were immediately reported to the host. She said the ants would be reported to their pest control, acting as if they weren't aware of ants when it was obvious from the presence of ant baits that they were absolutely aware; regarding the wet towels in dryer, she asked that I fold them, if I was so inclined. The advertised tv was not usable as the remote was missing. Her resolution was to just watch tv in the bedroom or buy a remote to use during our stay and then return it to the store. It was an unacceptable resolution to the problem. Host offered a discount on future stay, we declined.

Crystal was super communicative and attended to any needs we had. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, kitchen was all in working order and well equipped and we were able to enjoy having our little dog with us as well. We had a great stay and would come back there again if we come to the Williamsburg area.

We love staying at Kingsmill. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches at The Mill are a must. Great walking trails and close to everything. We had other family staying on property so meeting up was easy. The Landing had excellent food and a beautiful view of the water. The kids rented jet skis down at the dock and at night we had a bonfire in the beach with s'mores.( Added fee with the resort) Great family vacation.

Perfect home away from home and as the title states the location is perfect for a historical adventure. Within 20 minutes we were able to explore all the wonderful historic sites that Williamsburg had to offer. Kingsmill itself is also a beautiful location and extremely relaxing. This pet friendly condo is spacious, clean, and our host Jamie & Crystal were very informative and prompt with answering any question we had. Will definitely recommend this properly to anyone who would love to visit Williamsburg.

Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. The resort location is also a plus. Really was not far from anything and felt extremely safe. Communication with the hosts was effortless and quick. Great stay. Thank you

We had a wonderful time meeting up with old friends in Williamsburg and enjoying a fun day at Busch Gardens. The property location was great and allowed easy access to all Williamsburg has to offer. The condo was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. We hope to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful trip and the condo is awesome. The condo is very clean and has everything you will need. Jamie and Crystal were very nice and easy to work with. And the condo is very close to any and all of the attractions. Beautiful place!

My mother 84 and I made a mother daughter week and this was a perfect location. The views of golf course are very nice and we lucked out with good weather a couple of days to have time to sit outside. Parking is easy and kingsmill lovely. We used walking trails each day and did have time at the spa as well. Easy to access Williamsburg and area restaurants. Each night fantastic. When we needed something or had a question Crystal responded right away and was able to assist. This is not associated with a timeshare pitch so out time was relaxing and hassle free. You work directly with owner. Will come again.

This was a great condo, exactly as pictured and with lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay even more comfortable. Neighborhood has easy access to Colonial Williamsburg, with a lovely setting right on the James River. Communication with the owners was prompt and helpful and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is in an ideal location for a variety of activities. The resort has a great pool with a lazy river (and a bar!) in walking distance, as well as a marina with rental gear (jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks) and a couple of restaurants. It’s also very close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The hosts provided lots of helpful restaurant recommendations and were very responsive. It was a nice, quiet community and the unit had plenty of space.

Fantastic property and hosts! The condo is located right on the 9th fairway, with a great view. Very close to the main building, the pro shop, the different restaurants and the coffee shop. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the resort.

This was a great location for enjoying our trip to Colonial Williamsburg. Our rental was clean and comfortable with a great view of the 9th green. The walk down to the James River was delightful!Our hosts were always responsive if we needed to contact them.

Our stay was very nice, hosts were great and gave us a list of restaurants to try along with food shopping stores. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, and since we're in our 70's the walk in shower in one bedroom was a plus. We especially appreciated that we could take our furry best friend ( Oscar) our 11 year old doodle with us. We'll definitely plan a trip back to Kingsmill condo but next trip a little later in season when it's a bit warmer.

It was our first time staying at this Kingsmill Resort property and it was a great location for our Colonial Williamsburg trip. We enjoyed walking around the Kingsmill Resort on the many paths. Also, the unit was well stocked with all of the necessary amenities, clean, lots of room and. Later this year, we will be back in the area and plan on renting here again.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It's perfectly located for exploring the area. The kitchen is well equipped, the unit was very clean, and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching the golfers go by. We brought our dog and there are a lot of walking trails which is perfect. We would stay here again when visiting the area.
