Superfint hotell med fint läge. Toppskick på både rum och badrum. Superskön säng. AC och wifi fungerade jättebra. Fantastisk frukost. Det enda lite negativa var att parkering kostade. Men fungerade bra med EasyPark som jag redan hade.

Description says ‘Parking on Site’ but in reality, they tell you to go park yourself in the lot without clear instructions on how payment works. Staff seemed clueless and tried to avoid questions they have no answers to. I ended up paying via the EasyPark app but was charged again by Hertz along with 375nok admin fee! If you have to charge your car, make sure you sign up online (not via the app) and you have to enter payment info or else it would keep giving you this message that the charger is not found. I kind of wished the staff would tell me that instead of watching me struggle for hours. It wasn’t like they were very busy and I got the sense that either they got amusement from watching travellers struggle or they really didn’t care.

Expensive parking lot that is not affordable at the hotel. You need at least one additional parking app. Inconvenient check-in - a valid voucher (with all data!) is not enough, additional documents must be presented! Room great, view of the shopping center parking lot isn't exactly amazing! Bathroom is wonderful! A great hotel with a very good breakfast while passing through! For a longer stay I would choose something else...

Chambre confortable avec vue sur l'entrée du port. Hôtel chaleureux ce qui est agréable car la ville est un peu froide, impersonnelle surtout par temps pluvieux. Très bon petit déjeuner avec énormément de choix. Possibilité de diner sur place dans un cadre agréable également. De plus le sauna est dans le port juste devant l'hôtel auprès de qui on peut réserver ou en ligne.

Nytt, nydelig hotell med hyggelig betjening og god frukost! Booket sauna på kvelden, og det var en deilig og avslappende opplevelse. Det eneste som trekker ned, er at renholderne må ha slurvet litt da de klargjorde rommet vårt. Søppel var ikke fjernet og toalett var ikke vasket oppi. Men ellers virket alt rent og pent. Takk for et fint besøk!

Rigtig god service, rent, rummelig værelser. Der var dog et dårlig punkt, og der var at der var rigtig varmt på værelset når man skal sove. Det var muligt at skure ned for temperaturen og åbne et lille vindue men det hjalp ikke.

Alt i alt, veldig bra. Det som trekker ned var at det var mye bråk på kveld/natt fra lufteanlegget inne på rommet. Tv`n fungerte heller ikke første dagen. Sa ifra, og fikk følelsen av at vi klaget for mye. Ellers, et sted vi kommer til å besøke igjen.

Eigentlich ist das Hotel sehr schön und klar das Beste auf unserer Reise. Allerdings geht es gar nicht, eine halbe Stunde auf den Check In warten zu müssen, obwohl nur ein Gast vor uns war. Der Grund war, dass gegen 21:00 nur eine Person da war, die den notwendigen Computerzugang hat, sie aber wohl damit beschäftigt war, eine nicht funktionierende Hotelzimmertür in Ordnung zu bringen. Die Kollegen waren zwar sehr freundlich und bemüht, scheiterten aber am fehlenden Computerzugang. Auf die Idee, uns solange in die Bar zu bitten und vielleicht auch einen Drink zu spendieren, ist allerdings keiner gekommen. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt hervorragend.

Flott rom og god mat. Spiste middag der og spiste nydelig hjortebiff. Mindre fornøyd med frokosten. Brødet bar preg av å være varmet opp i stekeovn mer en en gang. Skorpen var steinhard og nesten umulig å skjære gjennom.

Oppholdet var fantastisk, det eneste man kunne sette fingeren på var kapasiteten til matsalen. Det var litt trangt og litt dårlig plasseringer av skåler,tallerkener. Så det var flere som tittet rundt for å finne. Når det nesten står på gulvet blir det vanskelig. Få dette opp i normal høyde, så vil det lette situasjonen for flere. God mat og mange varianter .
