I got there early but they were able to let me check in early without any extra fee. Stuff was very nice and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. There was no fridge and no phone and also found it a bit odd that there was no shower door, so half part was glass and the other half was completely open….but other than that, everything was great. It is only a few minutes walk from the train station with lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance, very convenient location. I would stay here again if I ever had a chance again!

Reminds me of the Marriott Moxy hotel chain. Exceptional Libby bar and lounge area. Nice rooms, beds , linens. And reasonable price.

Overall a very nice hotel, great location! Other than someone tripping the fire alarm and evacuating at 2 in the morning… it was fantastic. We know that was out of the control of the hotel, but we never saw hotel staff during the evacuation giving directions or any sort of presence during or after the alarm. Not even a acknowledgement that it had occurred. A hotel full of guest and no mention of the incident. Breakfast was a bit expensive and not worth the €, mostly we went to a cafe in the mornings. Hotel staff at check in was spectacular, and the bar staff superb!!! Highly recommend a stay! Would book again… but make sure to keep your shoes near by and know the evacuation route!!!

Bel hôtel, très bien situé, dans le centre ville, au calme, proche de la gare. Chambre pas très grande, salle de bain petite mais ok pour une nuit ou deux. Il manque un minibar/frigo dans la chambre pour mettre ses boissons au frais.

Easy check-in. Clean and comfortable room. Mattress firmness was just right. The room and bathroom were a good size. Not many amenities, but perfect for a quick stay. Great location - Across the street from the train station and close to grocery stores, cafes, and shops.

Las habitaciones de esta cadena suelen ser pequeñas, pero bien diseñadas y cómodas. La parte de atrás del hotel da a una calle peatonal y tiene una agradable terraza que se integra con las otras terrazas de la calle.

Nice hotel. Beds were comfortable. But they do NOT have air conditioning in the traditional sense. They only supply it in the summer. If you need a cold room you will need to open the window. Make sure you ask for the side of the hotel that's not on the train tracks.

朝食は利用しませんでしたが、お料理やパンは種類が豊富にありとても美味しそうでした。次回機会があれば朝食付きにしたいと思います。シャワーブースは扉やカーテルがなかったので、気を遣いました。あれば良いなと思います。

Booked a king size, got a queen. Flagged it, had to move everything myself across several floors. Charged me the wrong price and wasn’t competent enough to figure it out. So had to wait for 30 min to check in as you are not allowed to check in without paying. Great customer service sounds different to me.

Ich bin hier regelmäßig zu Gast und schätze besonders den liebenswürdigen Umgangston des Personals sowohl an der Rezeption, wie auch im Restaurant und von den Haushälterinnen; man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in jeder Hinsicht üppig hochwertig. Reservieren, Ein- Auschecken jedesmal ein Kinderspiel, in diesem Haus bin ich sehr gerne.

Ich bin hier regelmäßig zu Gast und schätze besonders den liebenswürdigen Umgangston des Personals sowohl an der Rezeption, wie auch im Restaurant und von den Haushälterinnen; man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Travelled with my 18 month old toddler. Asked for a baby bed and they went above and beyond (even if I didn't need any extra blankets). Bonus, the room is almost baby proof. The high chairs for breakfast were also in good condition. It was a lovely stay for a single parent weekend. The staff were also so nice! Would come back again :)

Easy check-in. Clean and comfortable room. Mattress firmness was just right. The room and bathroom were a good size. Not many amenities, but perfect for a quick stay. Great location - Across the street from the train station and close to grocery stores, cafes, and shops.

Convenient place to stay close to the station but also the old town centre. Nice, modern hotel. Rooms a little cramped if you are staying a few days. Breakfast is extra and expensive but lots of cafes nearby.

Schöne Einrichtung, gutes Frühstück mit leckerem frischem Obstsalat, freundliches Personal. Die Heizung hätte man aus meiner Sicht etwas drosseln können, mir war’s zu warm.

A great location in central Bonn but amazingly quiet and so comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Charming and helpful staff. Altogether a really good stay.

Overall a very nice hotel, great location! Other than someone tripping the fire alarm and evacuating at 2 in the morning… it was fantastic. We know that was out of the control of the hotel, but we never saw hotel staff during the evacuation giving directions or any sort of presence during or after the alarm. Not even a acknowledgement that it had occurred. A hotel full of guest and no mention of the incident. Breakfast was a bit expensive and not worth the €, mostly we went to a cafe in the mornings. Hotel staff at check in was spectacular, and the bar staff superb!!! Highly recommend a stay! Would book again… but make sure to keep your shoes near by and know the evacuation route!!!

Wir haben uns als Reisegruppe sehr gefühlt. Checkin super schnell & sehr freundlich, Zimmer beieinander, sehr sauber, Betten ein Traum :)und das Frühstück sehr lecker Was will man mehr. Ein großes Dankeschön an das aufmerksame Team!

Very good rooms, clean and what I expected. We were a family of 4, split over 2 rooms. Good beds. Good sleep and central location. Haribo shop, Lego store and Dunkin Donuts all next door! Unfortunately the car did not fit into their parking because of the 2m height restriction (we had a roof box for holiday purposes).

We loved this Motel One. The gentleman that checked us in was so kind and explained everything that was available for us. He spoke great English so that was an extra plus! The room was very clean and no outside noises. The lobby is very nice and for a fee, the most beautiful buffet I’ve ever seen with everything imaginable. It’s a postcard presentation. It’s right across from the train station and a 2 minute walk to the centre where there is everything you need. Shopping, outdoor eateries, churches etc. There is also a great inviting outdoor patio. 10/10

Rent och fräscht. AC på rummet (något högljudd med det beror säkert på den oerhört höga temperaturen som rådde ute) som gav svalka. Lugnt och tyst även om det låg väldigt centralt. Nära till tågstationen och Bonn centrum.
