I will Never recommend that hotel to ANYONE. Roaches in ice box, one electric outlet by the side wall on bed side of room. Tv didn't pick up internet, just what hotel programed into tv. No microwave. No plug for phone.

Staff was super nice felt safe with them the area was quiet nobody rushed us to check out only thing is wish they had a microwave but the refrigerator was huge air conditioning was great bathroom was so pretty checkout was fast

I did not get a microwave but the microwave was shown in the photos. There was just one microwave in the entire hotel. Room was ok for the price.

It was absolutely awful! From check in, to room condition and cleanliness, parking, location, other guests, it was all a -10. I was charged a $5 deposit for a room remote which is absolutely ridiculous. Supposedly pet friendly but there was no pet area for them to do their business. There was bed bugs everywhere! Crawling on the walls, the linen, the floors everywhere! Walls were so thin you could hear absolutely everything from surrounding rooms! There was a group of guests partying I'll come over here outside our door until all hours of the night. If this is your last ditch effort because you're on extremely limited budget I would highly recommend you sleep in your car or find a box I promise it would be better than this hotel.

I have never stayed somewhere so uncomfortable and past the bare minimum of cleanliness. There were bugs coming from the bathroom and roaches in the refrigerator. When I went to let the front know my current experience, he simply said “he’ll spray.” I let him the sheets were filthy and he basically said to wait until the manager arrived in the morning. Eventually, he gave some sheets and told us to make up the bed ourselves , due to no housekeeping. I’m not even upset at the area, it’s the lack of willingness to accommodate the guest.

I stayed for 4 days/nights. The owner was very helpful & said to ask if I needed anything; they kept a close eye to make sure make sure nobody was trying to trespass or trying to bring any extra people that shouldn’t have been there (friends, hookers, etc.) The room was spacious & the A/C was great-a little too good sometimes as I had to lower the temperature sometimes at night. There was one day they didn’t house cleaning, but when I mentioned it. they got right on it. Overall, it’s safe and a good deal. I would go back very strongly recommended it.

The air conditioning/heater unit was about to go out of something, it was making a terrible noise, was offered to go to another room, but was told that I might suffer with the same problem in the other rooms, it was completely a waste of money

This is a small motel that appears to be undergoing renovations. Some parts look new (floors, bed) while others are showing their age (walls, shower fixtures). I was given a room near the front. It's a good thing I was near the front desk, because the card reader didn't work! It wouldn't even accept the manager's master card, so he had to open it manually with a key. However, the manager was extremely nice and helpful the entire time I was there. He showed me to my room, pointed out where everything is, asked if I needed the wifi password, and told me I could stop by the desk at any time of night if I needed anything. Since the room's card reader wasn't working, I ended up needing his help to get in after midnight on both my second and third nights, and both times I walked in he recognized me and got up immediately to come over with the keys. If you don't care about appearances much and just need a decent play to stay (and don't mind a little noise from the streets outside), the Red Crown Inn was great for the price. No frills, but a much higher level of customer service than you would expect for a small motel.

This is my 3rd stay here. 1st two were uneventful, great night sleep, nice room for price Safe. But this time , hotel guests fighting and slamming doors from 1-4am. Got NO sleep

It was not a bad stay for the price and the guy in the office was really friendly helpful and nice

Very clean and the water was hot. The property sits next to a run down hotel name Super 7 with broken signs and one would make the mistake of turning into the wrong hotel. Its good the property has a nice beige/brown paint job so you can easily tell the difference. Staff was so friendly and efficient.

Door scanning systems for the locks are all messed up so even if the reservation is for 7 nights, every other night have to go to the front desk to get key reactivated. And the front desk has trouble with using manners as well. If you get a thank you consider yourself lucky

Front desk attendant in the day shift has bad manners.

I booked the room for 2 adults. When checked in the hotel charged me an additional $35 a night for my girlfriend. The hotel also says pet friendly and charged me $10 per night for my service animal.This is an additional $315 almost doubled the cost for the wee⁴

Manager was really rude. We decided to stay an extra day. So we had to pay the for another night & another $10 pet deposit fee. The manager argued with us & told us we didn’t pay because we paid the other worker. Then told us we had to check out the next day. That we couldn’t stay there anymore because we had a dog. We were only allowed to stay 1 night with a dog. Made no sense! On their Expedia profile. It says pets welcome. Will never stay there again. Worst motel experience ever!

Manager was rude from the beginning I’m. Then we extended our stay & he told uR stay 1 night after we paid the pet deposit. On Expedia it clearly says pet friendly. Will not be staying here again! Tt

A panhandler approached as we were checking in, however the clerk responded promptly and ran him off. Otherwise, a descent, clean room.

Yes there are people of troublesome backgrounds but the motel has been nothing but upright and respectful and the police department has a strong presence here so that innocent people do not get hurt when other people want to do or keep doing wrong! This motel has done everything in its power to change its policies change the people they rent rooms to and to keep their people safe

They've been good to us it's not a nasty place to stay depending on everything! Sometimes people come that are not too desirable but there is a police presence and that is the best thing!

Nice and clean spot. No one bothers you and you are pretty close to everything
