A estadia foi de 3 noites

Only cleaning done for our room for a 3 day stay was the dirty towels were removed. Beds not made, trash not emptied, and floor not vacuumed. Had to hunt down housekeeper for towels daily and dispose of trash and ask for trash liners. Our trash was never taken out by housekeeping. And they acted as if it was our job to hunt them down for towels and give them the overflowing trash bags. Very poor housekeeping service!!! Front desk person rude. Elevator was broken at some point during our stay and our room was on the third floor. Unable to connect to wifi. After getting home got a $60 charge to my credit card. Immediately called hotel, was informed it was a mistake and will be removed. Unable to tell me why it was added? Positives were the location and the breakfast was good.

This property offered a room with 2 beds and a pull out sofa, which accommodated our family overnight perfectly. Room was clean, staff was helpful, and breakfast was good. The only thing that was missing was a hot tub for aching backs after a long day of travel.

Stay was fine but we were on the ground floor and the unit above had children running around until 1 pm stomping on the floor. The noise between the floors is really bad.

Breakfast staff were efficient kept everything clean and stocked. Room was clean only complete sofa bed dipped in middle you need to purchase good mattresses also queen mattress was a bit soft

We were dropped off by a shuttle at Kentucky Kingdom. I called when parked closed(7pm) and was told by front desk that they only shuttle to the Expo Hall. When I said that they had taken us there that morning the tone of the worker changed. I must say that when I checked in the 2 front desk clerks were amazing!! They manager was extremely helpful too!!
