Conveniently located right across the beach, nice and clean, and lovely & accommodating staff! The pool is heated and very nice, but it was shared with the other rooms in the Inn, and it was a bit hard to use it with the other renters taking over the space. Still, lovely, lovely stay at the Inn, and would return again. Thank you!

Amazing property. Laid back vibe and pool was a hit. Only request of an ice machine for the guest if possible would have been a nice touch.

The property was really nice. The upgraded rooms were done very pristinely. You can tell the owners spared no expense. The only negative thing I would say is the minimal parking but given the size of the property, they probably have no control over it.

The ad stated words to the effect that “you and your party will be alone on the premises”, but on arrival we discovered 4 units share the small pool. The spa was not heated. The AC unit in the bedroom intermittently made noise that woke me up repeatedly, but was never fixed despite calling after the 1st night. The palms in the walkway were so low it was hard to walk thru. When it rained, a waterfall developed at the end of the walkway from the roof’ making it even harder to pass thru.

This is a nice room very close to the beach. It has a large pool, room is good size, great bed, and quiet. They provide beach chairs and parking. We arrived early and were able to enjoy the beach until our room was ready. The coffee I. The room was very good. I would recommend staying here. We also walked to many restaurants. And if you like walking/ running on the beach, it is the ideal spot.

We had a wonderful time. Steps away from the ocean with a lovely pool in the yard for the kids. Management was readily available and when we had an issue with one of the ACs they sent someone over right away to fix it. Will definitely be going back!

Check in was a nightmare we spent an hour calling around trying to get help to check in. The location to check in was off property and it was a construction area no one there. Finally after an hour frantically calling multiple numbers we received help. No codes would work then finally Mason came to the rescue. Once in the room it was very nice but we drove to get gas and came back and there was no where for us to park since a huge dumpster was in the parking lot blocking 2 parking spots out of 4 and the other 2 spots were taken. Extremely disappointing stay

Great location - outside of the building and the pool area were recently and beautifully updated. It appeared that interior of the room was painted but the interior was outdated compared to the rest of the building. Nevertheless, Anthony at the service desk was wonderful and accommodating. This unit is just a stone throw away from the beach and just a skip to the inter coastal waters. We were able to walk to all the restaurants we wanted to wat at and bonus the food in the area is just phenomenal. Definitely coming back to this area at least once every month.

We live in FL & enjoy finding quiet spots with all the perks. We wanted a quick Thanksgiving weekend and this location is perfect, and the people are super helpful & nice! There is a lot of privacy with beach access across the street. The spa/hot tub takes a bit to warm up, but when it does, its amazing, and the decking and pool area were very nice and well done. The suite itself was nice and clean, however there was nowhere to store anything. No towel or swimsuit racks for drying. No dresser to unpack your clothes. Simply a closet with a dozen hangers and a couple baskets. Also, there was no recycling that we could see, but that could be a county thing. The shower needs work, tiny, a bit dirty & the shower head was only as high my husbands neck. (he is 6 ft tall) showering was a challenge. In the bedroom there were minimal outlets for bedside tables. Sofa was comfortable and both tvs were big screens. All in all our Thanksgiving stay was great. Wonderful location and people, within walking distance of local hotspots.

A few steps from the bay and the beach! Beautiful pool and outdoor space. Wonderful bed, clean with all whilte bedding. Well appointed and charming old Florida feel, but updated where it matters...just what we wanted! Not very wheel chair accessible but I managed, bathroom door is too small for my chair to fit through (for those in a chair this info is invaluable) But all in all Anna Maria Island Inn has managed this property well as would be expected from them! Truly a gem!

The stay overall was good. There are a few minor things that could’ve been changed as the checkout time was quite late in the afternoon. They should’ve had a later check out time I had to beg to have an extra hour. Most hotels have check out by noon on Sunday and they have check out at 10 AM, the bed in my room could’ve used upgrade. One side was dented in so I had to sleep on the opposite side but overall it’s a nice location close to the beach. It was clean and there was plenty of provisions.

Really enjoyed the distance to beach. I liked the spacious bathroom and entertainment. I would love to see a microwave in the room, being that it already had a mini fridge. I would come back again!

Wonderful location and people, within walking distance of local hotspots.
We live in FL & enjoy finding quiet spots with all the perks. We wanted a quick Thanksgiving weekend and this location is perfect, and the people are super helpful & nice! There is a lot of privacy with beach access across the street. The spa/hot tub takes a bit to warm up, but when it does, its amazing, and the decking and pool area were very nice and well done. The suite itself was nice and clean, however there was nowhere to store anything. No towel or swimsuit racks for drying. No dresser to unpack your clothes. Simply a closet with a dozen hangers and a couple baskets. Also, there was no recycling that we could see, but that could be a county thing. The shower needs work, tiny, a bit dirty & the shower head was only as high my husbands neck. (he is 6 ft tall) showering was a challenge. In the bedroom there were minimal outlets for bedside tables. Sofa was comfortable and both tvs were big screens. All in all our Thanksgiving stay was great. Wonderful location and people, within walking distance of local hotspots.

The ad stated words to the effect that “you and your party will be alone on the premises”, but on arrival we discovered 4 units share the small pool. The spa was not heated. The AC unit in the bedroom intermittently made noise that woke me up repeatedly, but was never fixed despite calling after the 1st night. The palms in the walkway were so low it was hard to walk thru. When it rained, a waterfall developed at the end of the walkway from the roof’ making it even harder to pass thru.

The stay overall was good. There are a few minor things that could’ve been changed as the checkout time was quite late in the afternoon. They should’ve had a later check out time I had to beg to have an extra hour. Most hotels have check out by noon on Sunday and they have check out at 10 AM, the bed in my room could’ve used upgrade. One side was dented in so I had to sleep on the opposite side but overall it’s a nice location close to the beach. It was clean and there was plenty of provisions.

This is a nice room very close to the beach. It has a large pool, room is good size, great bed, and quiet. They provide beach chairs and parking. We arrived early and were able to enjoy the beach until our room was ready. The coffee I. The room was very good. I would recommend staying here. We also walked to many restaurants. And if you like walking/ running on the beach, it is the ideal spot.

We had a wonderful time. Steps away from the ocean with a lovely pool in the yard for the kids. Management was readily available and when we had an issue with one of the ACs they sent someone over right away to fix it. Will definitely be going back!

Check in was a nightmare we spent an hour calling around trying to get help to check in. The location to check in was off property and it was a construction area no one there. Finally after an hour frantically calling multiple numbers we received help. No codes would work then finally Mason came to the rescue. Once in the room it was very nice but we drove to get gas and came back and there was no where for us to park since a huge dumpster was in the parking lot blocking 2 parking spots out of 4 and the other 2 spots were taken. Extremely disappointing stay

Great location - outside of the building and the pool area were recently and beautifully updated. It appeared that interior of the room was painted but the interior was outdated compared to the rest of the building. Nevertheless, Anthony at the service desk was wonderful and accommodating. This unit is just a stone throw away from the beach and just a skip to the inter coastal waters. We were able to walk to all the restaurants we wanted to wat at and bonus the food in the area is just phenomenal. Definitely coming back to this area at least once every month.

A few steps from the bay and the beach! Beautiful pool and outdoor space. Wonderful bed, clean with all whilte bedding. Well appointed and charming old Florida feel, but updated where it matters...just what we wanted! Not very wheel chair accessible but I managed, bathroom door is too small for my chair to fit through (for those in a chair this info is invaluable) But all in all Anna Maria Island Inn has managed this property well as would be expected from them! Truly a gem!

Several issues and no phone numbers listed were correct to get ahold of anyone for help. Water leaking from ac unit down the wall dripping on the floor no way to contact anyone for help- the contact number listed kept going to a Bali hai resort not captains quarters. White couch had dirty stains, no toilet paper holder. No water for the coffee maker and no ice machine when there was an ice bucket. The one little black end table was broken, blinds in main room were broken. When I got a text asking about our stay and I explained this and no response back. Zero silverware or paper cups. Garbage on the ground, no maintenance & no way to get extra towels if needed. Not worth the price whatsoever.

Room was very clean & nice but lacking as far as having plates/ silverware or access to ice etc as it’s a separate sort of cottage which wasn’t clear on the booking site
