Love this unit! We had a great time and the location can’t be beat!

Great location. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay. The condo was clean and welcoming. The staff was great to work with. We did have a few issues with our stay. The shower in the master bathroom leaked. We had put a fan on the floor to dry it out and had to keep towels to stop the shower from leaking. The second problem we had, was a man coming to the door to spray for bugs. He was getting ready to walk in. If my husband had left for a walk, he would have come into the condo without permission.

We had never been to this area of Florida before and honestly didn’t know where to stay, but this property was in the perfect location. Out the back of the property is a pool and the bay for fishing and out the front is a 100 foot walk to the beach. There are restaurants within walking distance or you can take a short drive into Bradenton for more eating. When I say this place couldn’t have been in a better location, I mean it. It was perfect. This may end up being our permanent vacation spot. The only downside I can complain about, and it’s minor, is that the property doesn’t have an elevator so you have to lug your belongings up a couple flights of stairs. Again, it’s a minor inconvenience but nothing that would cause me to rate it any lower than 5 stars. Thanks for having us!
