Les Appartements du Massif de Charlevoix

Tout était parfait sauf la climatisation trop petite pour climatiser adéquatement l’espace complète de l’appartement. Il devrait avoir une plus grosse air climatisé et plus puissante ou plusieurs petites airs climatisée ds les pièces : chambres, salon, cuisine. L’endroit où se situe les appartements est sur un immense terrain tout de sable autant la cour, les stationnements et la terrasse et la route empruntée pour si rentre. Il reste du travail à faire pour que tout l’extérieur soit fini.

Condo close to Le Massif ski area

We had a wonderful experience during our week at Les Caches de la Grande Pointe. Everything was just perfect starting with the layout of the apartment, the spaciousness, the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom supplies and amenities provided, and of course the proximity to that beautiful ski resort, Le Massif de Charlevoix. Needless to say, the skiing was fabulous! All in all a perfect winter getaway!

Beautiful condo, very spaceous and clean. The beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom (1 is powder room, the other with shower and bath) as well as the kitchen which has all your essentials. The views in the area are absolutely sublime, but lots of steep hills to get to the hotel/condo. There is a beautiful trail/bike pathto by the river, very flat and no hills there. Not much places to eat nearby, we ended up going to Baie Saint-Paul which is about 25min away. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Vraiment agréable. Bel endroit pour prendre marche au Massif ou au parc des Riverains le risque vous voulez demeurez près de votre hébergement. Ensuite, il y a Baie-Saint-Paul, Saint-Irèné, Île aux Coudres, La Malbaie si vous voulez rouler la route du fleuve. Au condo, c'est propre et vous avez bcq de commodités (cuisine, salon, laveuse/sécheuse, etc.). Je recommande fortement.

bonne location, accès aux pentes facile, hébergement de qualité, stationnement non pavé et boueux, pas de verdure aux environs des condos.

We loved our stay at Les Caches de la Grande Pointe. Our unit (on the top floor facing the river) was so clean and it had all the amenities we needed.The reason for 4 stars vs 5 is due to the following. Check-in was a mess. The code we were given by email the morning before our stay was incorrect. We had to call the contact number we were given - even though there were threats on the email that 'charges might apply if we used this number'. The gentleman who gave us the information had to give us a couple of codes in order for us to get in. Once upstairs, we had to contact them again because there was no info on how to connect to WIFI. Maybe a binder with information would be ideal... One of the lights to the dining room was burned out, but more importantly - both toilets had issues. The water ran 24/7 on the one, and the other tank wouldn't fill properly so we used a bucket that we found. It had been fixed at one point because there was duct tape on the inside flush leaver. We were SHOCKED to find out that we were THE ONLY COUPLE staying in this 40 unit resort. Although we were to 'check in', there was no one there to provide our credit card info to. It was a little daunting being the only humans in this entire resort and only car in the outdoor lot! We would stay here again as the area and unit were really beautiful. Just some repairs and maybe not being so 'forceful' with what you will charge your guests if they don't put out the trash, have to contact you, etc.

Bel emplacement au pied du massif. Loin des attractions, fromageries, épiceries et restaurants. La vue sur le fleuve est belle mais les transformateurs électriques sont directement devant. Lits confortables mais l’air climatisé atteint difficilement les chambres. Nous avons dû laver plusieurs items de vaisselle avant de les utiliser puisqu’ils étaient sales.

L'appartement est très propre, moderne et spacieux. Il incluait tous les équipements de cuisine. Mon seul point négatif est qu'il n'y avait pas d'air climatisé dans les chambres a coucher.

Unfortunately our room had a dripping noice in the wall coming from the pipes of the air conditioning… switched on or off it kept coming one tock tock per second. It was almost nerve wracking and it’s annoying not being able to find good sleep I. The hotel- that’s why you are here right, to sleep here and do daily outings from that’s base …. The place was clean and perfect for us otherwise… Ouuufff but that noise…

Bed and pillows not very confortable. Appts need a bit more insulation. We could hear our neighbor snooring The rest was perfect.

3e visite aux Caches et nous sommes encore très satisfait de notre séjour dans un environnement moderne et si près des pistes de ski. Il manque une table de salon (2e fois que nous vous transmettons cette critique) Nos cartes magnétiques ne fonctionnaient plus à partie de 10h alors que le départ était pour 11h. Le wifi était très instable. À une prochaine, merci

L’endroit est fabuleux. Le personnel de l’hébergement super gentil. En été la secteur est très tranquille et difficile de trouver un resto, mais l’épicerie est sympa et tout près.

Très beau séjours. Mais carte magnifique qui se démagnétise rapidement. Heureusement, service d urgence à 22h00 assez rapide.

It was very close to what we wanted to see. We were greeted by a friendly man and were able to enter the appartment quickly. It had everything we needed and more.
