This is an older small motel. While the room was clean, the place could use some TLC. The towels were old and grey. There is no ice machine or drink machine. The internet was weak. BUT, the price makes all of that acceptable. Because you get what you pay for. Would I stay there again, absolutely.

The place was quiet. Parking lot in need of repair. Office inner doors were changed and had to wait for someone to let me in to get key. Room was clean. No hangar. No hair dryer. Thin towels and one had a hole in it. Shower curtain was moldy. A little TLC and it would have been a nice stay!

The property is an older property, but they’ve kept it fairly well up. It is simple has clean linens the facilities, clean and moderately kept don’t expect other manatees such as ice or coffee in the office but for the rate it is exceptional.

Low cost we liked. Easy access. Met basic needs for a restful overnight stay. The view from the street was not appealing - we weren't sure it was open. The name 'Sky- Palace' does not fit -- not 'heavenly' nor a 'palace.'

I stayed here while visiting my daughter. Upon arrival we were told there was an issue with the water and that it would be fixed within an hour of check-in. The next morning the water was still not working correctly so we tried contacting the office with no return call. We stayed here for two days with a toilet that wouldn't flush correctly and no hot water. We made multiple attempts to contact the management about our issues before check-out with either no response or no way to enter the office building to speak face to face due to the doors being locked. Upon check-out the issues were brought up again just to try and make management aware. I was yelled at and told these issues were "my own problem" and to make a complaint through hotels.com. I tried to do that but hotels.com has to contact the office and verify my complaint with management which they denied. All in all this is a terribly run business. 0/10 recommend.

The property looks very outdated and sketchy at first, once you get past that and get a room it is a pleasant surprise. The rooms are updated, remodeled, very clean and served its purpose. I had hoped for a coffee maker but there was not one, the only issue Iwas the bathroom tub, it looked like had been repaired numerous times, I couldn't tell what was "repair" and what might have been clean. The front desk people were not very helpful either.

They insisted on a $50 hold for my service dog, they had no coffee, little towels. The bathmat was on the floor in front of the toilet, the wash clothes were just grungy, one little bottle of shampoo & the bars of soap were old & stinky, one roll of cheap toilet paper, internet was very poor, tv channels kept going out & they were very limited. I couldn’t hardly understand the owners. Bed was uncomfortable! No shelves in the refrigerator, no clock, toilet was so low that you couldn’t hardly get on & off it & couldn’t shut the door unless you turned sideways on the toilet, shower curtain was grungy, tub had black long hair on it & the bottom of the toilet was filthy!

The room wasnt the cleanest. I had to scrub the bathtub with bleach twice before taking a bath. The bottom of the tub was very dirty. I left to go to the store and came back and my room door was wide open 1 employee was inside and the other standing in doorway (one was the maid that took out trash and gave clean towels) 1 employee started saying loudly that we had been smoking in room told him we hadnt he sais it smells like smoking in there. Told him yes it cause of our belongings in the room. Point is they both didnt need to be in there, dont know why they was still there maid was already done with what she was doing. So not real sure how to feel about it.

The place was filthy and covered in bugs . The tv didn’t work and the rooms smelled. The customer service was terrible. The owners were rude and degrading to us and our dog even though it said pets welcome

For one it didn’t even look like the pillows or sheets were changed as there were someone else’s hairs all over them. And they didn’t appear to be head hair. Which kept me up all night. At one point it felt like I got but on my leg by something but I couldn’t find anything. Secondly there was no wifi, no papers with tv instructions or town papers like you’d normally see at a hotel. They said there was wifi and their was absolutely none one could connect to. And they said there would be breakfast and they did not have any. Overall super disappointed. I had accidentally booked here 35 mins past my destination and I was already unhappy, I kept the booking and I should’ve just changed it! Gotten something better elsewhere.

The room was re-done & new looking. Theres a microwave & frig in the rooms! That was good! Beds pretty good. The people at the front desk, (owners?) Didnt speak very good english... the outside of the property is run down and looks terrible. It smells aweful around the property also. We only got 2 towel sets for 3 people. Our tub was cracked so we put duct tape to block over the holes. The "deposit" wasnt released for 4 days from our bank. I had to call 3 days after we left to inquire about it. Very frustrating. Dont think we will stay there again.

If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay, this can do. Just don’t expect a lot of amenities. The outside of the building makes you believe you are in the wrong place. The pictures definitely are a bit better than the rooms look. The bathrooms were small. I will say that the beds were very comfortable.

Although the outside of the hotel looks a little run down, and fixtures were not new, the room was nice and large, and everything was very clean. There was plentiful hot water in the shower. It was a nice quiet place to stay and the owners were happy to help. We will definetly stay here again. Also, there is a wonderful 50's style diner across the street where you can get a wonderful breakfast.
Although the outside of the hotel looks a little run down, and fixtures were not new, the room was nice and large, and everything was very clean. There was plentiful hot water in the shower. They’re pretty rude. I called ahead and asked if I can get a later check out date. They said yes I talked to the woman when I got there. She should know that I would have to pay an additional fee if I wanted to do that when I first pull up, it looked like it was abandoned.

Our tub was cracked so we put duct tape to block over the holes. The "deposit" wasnt released for 4 days from our bank. I had to call 3 days after we left to inquire about it. Very frustrating. Dont think we will stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE - when we arrived at approx 10:45pm the outside looked like an abandoned building, no lighted sign, deserted parking lot, run down, and the office doors (when we found them) were cabled shut even though the sign said the lobby was open to 11pm - it said to ring the bell but it made no noise and took long enough for the guy to show up that we drove off once thinking we had to be wrong about this being the place but, we weren’t so we tried again, we were just loading back into the vehicle again when he poked his head out, I had to point at the door and shrug for him to come unlock it and let us in - we should have just eaten the 70 bucks and left. There’s some sort of horrid smell outside, and the lobby smelled so odd that I asked if the rooms smelled and if we could see our room before we paid - he refused, we were exhausted so decided to risk it but I told him the room had better look as the pictures online or I’ll be demanding our money back. I was being uncharacteristically rude but, this place is a complete disappointment. We just needed a stop on our trip, for a few hours sleep but, I’ll never ever go with a cheap hotel again, it’s not worth the risk. I stayed here while visiting my daughter. Upon arrival we were told there was an issue with the water and that it would be fixed within an hour of check-in. The next morning the water was still not working correctly so we tried contacting the office with no return call. We stayed here for two days with a toilet that wouldn't flush correctly and no hot water. We made multiple attempts to contact the management about our issues before check-out with either no response or no way to enter the office building to speak face to face due to the doors being locked. Upon check-out the issues were brought up again just to try and make management aware. I was yelled at and told these issues were "my own problem" and to make a complaint through hotels.com. I tried to do that but hotels.com has to contact the office and verify my complaint with management which they denied. All in all this is a terribly run business. 0/10 recommend.

This property gives off slasher movie vibes when you pull up. We honestly thought it was closed and abandoned. My husband wanted to find a different place for the night! Luckily we had talked with a local person that assured us it was open and that the new owners had been renovating the property. The man at the desk was friendly and welcoming. While the outside would send most people running away, the room was definitely newly renovated, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again, hopefully by then they will have gotten around to fixing up the outside as well.

Low cost we liked. Easy access. Met basic needs for a restful overnight stay. The view from the street was not appealing - we weren't sure it was open. The name 'Sky- Palace' does not fit -- not 'heavenly' nor a 'palace.'

When we first pulled in, the property looked totally abandoned and the property next to it was boarded up and one of the front windows was boarded up. The man who checked us in was nice enough and the room was clean, so I guess that's all we needed that night. The entire property just looked abandoned from the outside. We felt like we were walking into the Twilight zone. But the room was clean and it smelled good.

For more towels we're told we couldn't have any more towels until after 10:00 and then I seen the gentleman outside and he wouldn't give me more towels because he said we can only have two towels a day told my told me my husband couldn't sit outside and they're wheelchair because it was an inside chair and I gave him almost $300 to stay there. False advertisement on the website says they have coffee pot says they have room services they have phones 24-hour service all that didn't have any of it.

The property looks very outdated and sketchy at first, once you get past that and get a room it is a pleasant surprise. The rooms are updated, remodeled, very clean and served its purpose. I had hoped for a coffee maker but there was not one, the only issue Iwas the bathroom tub, it looked like had been repaired numerous times, I couldn't tell what was "repair" and what might have been clean. The front desk people were not very helpful either.

They insisted on a $50 hold for my service dog, they had no coffee, little towels. The bathmat was on the floor in front of the toilet, the wash clothes were just grungy, one little bottle of shampoo & the bars of soap were old & stinky, one roll of cheap toilet paper, internet was very poor, tv channels kept going out & they were very limited. I couldn’t hardly understand the owners. Bed was uncomfortable! No shelves in the refrigerator, no clock, toilet was so low that you couldn’t hardly get on & off it & couldn’t shut the door unless you turned sideways on the toilet, shower curtain was grungy, tub had black long hair on it & the bottom of the toilet was filthy!

The property is an older property, but they’ve kept it fairly well up. It is simple has clean linens the facilities, clean and moderately kept don’t expect other manatees such as ice or coffee in the office but for the rate it is exceptional.

Although the outside of the hotel looks a little run down, and fixtures were not new, the room was nice and large, and everything was very clean. There was plentiful hot water in the shower. It was a nice quiet place to stay and the owners were happy to help. We will definetly stay here again. Also, there is a wonderful 50's style diner across the street where you can get a wonderful breakfast.

The room was well below any standard we can think of. The room was clean. Otherwise we cannot recommend this room. The web promised some sort of reception but nothing was offered. When we sat on the bed it sounded as if we were sitting on a noisy metal trash can! There was no kleenex. The bathroom stool top paint was worn off. It took quite a time for warm water to reach the shower. Furniture looks like something from a used furniture store. One bottle of shampoo. No conditioner. At least the temperature control worked fine. The price was more than most motels providing breakfast.

For one it didn’t even look like the pillows or sheets were changed as there were someone else’s hairs all over them. And they didn’t appear to be head hair. Which kept me up all night. At one point it felt like I got but on my leg by something but I couldn’t find anything. Secondly there was no wifi, no papers with tv instructions or town papers like you’d normally see at a hotel. They said there was wifi and their was absolutely none one could connect to. And they said there would be breakfast and they did not have any. Overall super disappointed. I had accidentally booked here 35 mins past my destination and I was already unhappy, I kept the booking and I should’ve just changed it! Gotten something better elsewhere.

This place honestly is a joke. The outside looks like a vacant building in a horror movie. The office has kids running around playing with gymnastics play equipment. The people running the desk barely spoke English. Rooms look nothing like pictures online show. Beds had stains, floors, counters mirrors etc didn’t look cleaned at all. The bed frames had water bottles on the legs, outlets didn’t work, mirror above vanity was disgusting, toilet wasn’t bolted down so rocked while sitting on it with water running. The shower smelled like mildew even the water coming out, shower head is so short a tall person has to dunk to to get under the water, shower curtain was covered in black mold. As well as the ceilings and tile were peeling and multi colored from water damage. The photos online made the place look beautiful but clearly is a scam. The outside smells like sewer and dead rodents. People are constantly coming and going so don’t expect to try to get sleep. Towels were like old shop rags. We are extremely disappointed and hate thst we were in a position of a nasty room or sleeping in our car.
