The property shows it has limited parking on property and to call and reserve a spot.With several attempts to email and call property I finally made contact and reserved 2 parking spots over the phone. When we arrived, we got sent to a public parking lot several blocks away. This normally wouldn't be a problem but we had people with mobility issues. This is why we needed parking on property. To be clear, they do not have any parking on the property. We would have stayed somewhere else to stay if this was clear.

Der kontakt mit der Agentur war ok, sehr bemüht und nett! Das wars dann auch schon mit den positiven sachen .. das was ich gebucht habe und das was wir bekommen haben waren 2 verschiedene paar schuhe 😅 .. zb gebucht wurden 2 einzelbetten bekommen haben wir ein doppelbett .. das bett war wirklich nicht das bequemste.. ebenso war das zimmer leider alles andere als sauber und schön .. vorhang abgerissen .. sofa fleckig .. sand im bett wie das auch immer dahin kommt 🙂\u200d↕️ … blutfleck auf polster …. Das schönste an der Unterkunft ist der gang und die Orchidee 🥲

Otel old town’a yürüme mesafesinde. Odanın kendisine ait minik bir bahçesi mevcut, muhtemelen oradan kaynaklı yatağa kadar gelen küçük karıncalar vardı. Resepsiyon olmamasından dolayı diğer odalardaki konukların gece geç saatlere kadar süren gürültülerine müdahale edilemedi.

Very nice, clean with working AC. Kind staff eager to help with anything. Quiet. Close to the city center. The only downside was the lack of plates and cuttlery so difficult making breakfast Would gladly return.

My family stayed here over two rooms, both of which were beautifully decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. The beds were so comfortable. The whole building is modern and nicely laid out and the location is excellent for walking into split town in minutes. There was a big storm the morning we were leaving and Cristina was incredibly kind and helpful to everyone stranded in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay! Perfect for a short stay. Close to city, extremly clean, a bit noisy from the corridor but not from the street. Overall a good place to stay in Split for a great price.

Television reception limited and very poor throughout stay - no attempt to repair during a weeks stay. Safe did not operate properly - no attempt to repair this either during stay. No one at reception desk for majority of stay. Little to no service to problems.

Place was good for the price. We booked the room with the balcony but when checked in it was second level and no balcony. It says luxury, but chandelier was broken and no coffee machine. Bed was two twin mattresses together instead of big one, we had one year old baby and it was not comfortable to lay her in the middle of the crack. Property outside was dirty with trash. I know it’s busy season for them. But I get disappointed when rooms advertised wrong. Also no reception.

Check in and staff were very very helpful. We only needed the room for one night so all good, if I was staying longer it would not work. The metal window shutters would not open so the room felt like a cave with no natural light. The room was fine but very basic and more like student accommodation than luxury accommodation. Once again, check in was great and very helpful.

Bra läge som turist. Vårat rum hade en del småsaker som va trasiga eller bara slitna som tex. några hål i parketten, gardin som hängde och en toadörr som va svår att stänga. Funkade ändå men drar ner helhetsintrycket något.

The whole building is modern and nicely laid out and the location is excellent for walking into split town in minutes. There was a big storm the morning we were leaving and Cristina was incredibly kind and helpful to everyone stranded in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay! Perfect for a short stay. Close to city, extremly clean, a bit noisy from the corridor but not from the street. Overall a good place to stay in Split for a great price.

Title: Clean room and comfy beds, but building security and amenities need improvement We stayed for one night and had a mixed experience. While the room itself was modern, very clean, and featured comfortable beds, a few details kept it from feeling truly "luxury". The main shower head, a bedside light, and the bathroom blind were all broken. The tea tray also lacked selection, offering just two tea bags and two sugars, but no coffee, no milk, and no teaspoon. The check-in is entirely contactless via WhatsApp, requiring you to text the host and send a passport photo for entry instructions. On the plus side, this process was easy and the hosts responded very quickly. However, because there is no staff on-site and the main outer building doors were left wide open, it felt quite quiet and dark at night. As a solo traveler, I would have felt a bit uneasy with anyone being able to walk up to the room door, though it felt fine traveling with my husband. It is a clean place to sleep for a short stay, but security and minor maintenance definitely need attention.

Mycket bra läge centralt i stan. Lamporna i badrummet var trasiga (5 trasiga spotlights av 6). Städerskan tog emot oss sen lämnade vi nyckeln till henne när vi åkte. Receptionen var stängd hela tiden så lite opersonligt.

The room was basic, which is what we were expecting. We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 children and were only there 1 night to get a ferry the next morning. Communication was very quick and easy, photos sent of where to get key. Locationwas really close to the port and super markets. And good air con.The room itself could/should have been a bit cleaner. Everywhere just looked a bit tired. The curtains were not attached correctly and dangled from the pole. Sofa bed had a basesheet which wasnt quite big enough and only had 3 sheets between the 4 of us (not doubles so not very easy to share). It was fine for one night and only in there to sleep bit wouldn't call it luxury and wouldn't stay again.
