The property shows it has limited parking on property and to call and reserve a spot.With several attempts to email and call property I finally made contact and reserved 2 parking spots over the phone. When we arrived, we got sent to a public parking lot several blocks away. This normally wouldn't be a problem but we had people with mobility issues. This is why we needed parking on property. To be clear, they do not have any parking on the property. We would have stayed somewhere else to stay if this was clear.

Der kontakt mit der Agentur war ok, sehr bemüht und nett! Das wars dann auch schon mit den positiven sachen .. das was ich gebucht habe und das was wir bekommen haben waren 2 verschiedene paar schuhe 😅 .. zb gebucht wurden 2 einzelbetten bekommen haben wir ein doppelbett .. das bett war wirklich nicht das bequemste.. ebenso war das zimmer leider alles andere als sauber und schön .. vorhang abgerissen .. sofa fleckig .. sand im bett wie das auch immer dahin kommt 🙂\u200d↕️ … blutfleck auf polster …. Das schönste an der Unterkunft ist der gang und die Orchidee 🥲

Otel old town’a yürüme mesafesinde. Odanın kendisine ait minik bir bahçesi mevcut, muhtemelen oradan kaynaklı yatağa kadar gelen küçük karıncalar vardı. Resepsiyon olmamasından dolayı diğer odalardaki konukların gece geç saatlere kadar süren gürültülerine müdahale edilemedi.

Very nice, clean with working AC. Kind staff eager to help with anything. Quiet. Close to the city center. The only downside was the lack of plates and cuttlery so difficult making breakfast Would gladly return.

My family stayed here over two rooms, both of which were beautifully decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. The beds were so comfortable. The whole building is modern and nicely laid out and the location is excellent for walking into split town in minutes. There was a big storm the morning we were leaving and Cristina was incredibly kind and helpful to everyone stranded in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed here over two rooms, both of which were beautifully decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. The beds were so comfortable. Place was good for the price. We booked the room with the balcony but when checked in it was second level and no balcony. It says luxury, but chandelier was broken and no coffee machine. Bed was two twin mattresses together instead of big one, we had one year old baby and it was not comfortable to lay her in the middle of the crack. Property outside was dirty with trash. I know it’s busy season for them. But I get disappointed when rooms advertised wrong. Also no reception.

Check in and staff were very very helpful. We only needed the room for one night so all good, if I was staying longer it would not work. The metal window shutters would not open so the room felt like a cave with no natural light. The room was fine but very basic and more like student accommodation than luxury accommodation. Once again, check in was great and very helpful.

Bra läge som turist. Vårat rum hade en del småsaker som va trasiga eller bara slitna som tex. några hål i parketten, gardin som hängde och en toadörr som va svår att stänga. Funkade ändå men drar ner helhetsintrycket något.

The cleaning was unacceptable. Hair in the zink, crumbles in the coffee cups, spiderwebs on walls and corners. The mattress was really filthy and the sheets didn’t cover the extra bed. Ants and spiders in the bathroom. The blinds outside the window was damaged so we couldn’t open them. Very small room for three people. Didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here, even though it was just for one night before going to the airport.

Worst place I have ever stayed at, and I travel a lot!! No staff present and they do not answer to enquiries by telephone. The air conditioning did not work and no one was there to help. We booked for four people, but there was only three beds. The neighbor rooms had parties all night long and there was noone to contact about it. Our kids had no chance of sleeping! There is a lot of garbage outside of the flats. The first floor stanked of marihuana, as other guests were smoking. What a disaster!

Merk at det er ingen fasiliteter her. Kun soveplass og baderom. Rommet er fint innredet og rent, men det er mer et fint hostelrom med eget baderom enn hotellrom.

This property should be taken off Hotels.com and any other booking site. The photos shown are very old. The property is in very bad condition and not maintained. The whole building had a bad damp smell. Mould in the shower and dirty cleaning cloth was left in one of our bathrooms. Electric sockets not all working, lights not all working and curtains hanging off the rail. Other guests shouting up and down the corridorsyy to each other during the day and screaming at night till 2am. Dirty outside areas you couldn’t lie on the sun loungers and the table was so dirty and not enough chairs for the amount of guests staying in the room. A slice of pizza was thrown into my patio area I presume from a guest upstairs There’s no parking and even though you get a message to say to contact them to reserve a car space they just sent me a screen grab with some lines drawn on it for on-street parking in the area. The communication was also very bad and I never got a response to any of my messages when I wrote on Hotels.com. Overall shocking place and insanely overpriced. I would have moved immediately but we (5 of us) arrived late and put up with it. The bed linen and towel were clean.
