Beautiful property, friendly dealers and bar tenders. My only complaint was my room faced the pool/ the Hilton side of the resort that is a giant screen and it flashed green and red and blue all night long. Make sure those black out curtains are drawn all the way closed or be prepared to be woken up all night

Amazing gym, overall gorgeous!

The property is relatively new and clean but the parking was a bad experience. Upon the check in, I told the front desk my group had two cars. The staff said it cost 18 dollars per night which was fine but for the first two days, we had to pay again at the gate when we tried to leave the hotel. Finally, the issue got solved after the room keys are reissued.

I love everything about this resort except for the fact that they allow smoking in the casino area. I think that’s dumb for a resort that is “fairly new” to allow smoking in the casino. In my opinion, there should be an enclosed smoking area for those people that still wanna do that in 2025. Other than that, this resort is perfect. The room is excellent, the gym is excellent, the pools are excellent, and the food is excellent

The rooms were very spacious & clean, the entire property was. The pool area was also very relaxing & the gym was also very good. It was a great 4 days. They use Grub Hub for room service which was a bit weird for a resort that size.

Stayed here for 3 nights with the $75 resort credit bonus. Room: 5/5 The initial room assigned to me had a few issues, but the front desk staff was very helpful and got me a different room. As a bonus it was higher up and had a better view. The room is spacious and attractive. Floor to ceiling windows with views of the pools below, the Wynn, Trump Tower, and the Fashion Mall. Comfortable bed and probably the best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel room. Staff: 5/5 Whether it was the front desk, waitstaff, room service, or cleaning staff everyone here was friendly and helpful. Any issues I had were quickly resolved. Common Areas: 4/5 The gym here is superb. Lots of free weights, a cable tower, and quality machines. Ample free covered and secure parking. I was really excited for the seven pools and was a bit let down. They were all relatively small, crowded, and shallow. Maybe this is a thing, but I’m confused by pools that aren’t deeper than 4ft. And that gets me to why I really dropped a star, this place is kind of a ghost town… especially the restaurants. Looking online there were a lot of interesting restaurants on this property. From street food style noodle hawkers to high end white table cloth Italian restaurants. Well, maybe 40% of those restaurants are even open. And the food credit only works for about 1/2 of those. Your options are limited, their operating hours are limited so all-in-all this promo was kind of a waste IMO. I should have known better.

The property is stunning and the food court had something for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool as well!!

Hot tub was out of service

We enjoyed the pools the most. There are at least 10 pools with games area for kids to have fun. The hotel is pretty new and clean. Will stay again.

Resorts world was a quality stay with no crowds, a great spa, and pleasant rooms. The hotel charges for parking and the garage is a bit far from the building. Other than this i have no complaints. When good promotions are offered, i would consider staying again.

It was not Smokey and the casino was not right in the main entrance of the hotel. Rooms were very clean and spacious, lots of restaurants to choose from

Pubic hair all over the bathroom floor . Long hair over the hotel phone. Room smelled.

What i want to complain is that they didnt change the bedding on the pull out bed. The sheet had stain and they left a lubricant tube there. So nasty. We had to change the beddings ourselves because they just left it in our room and didnt put it in the matress..

Very nice hotel. Check-in was fast. We stayed in the one bedroom suite, which was very spacious. We dined at Carver Steak House. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. Will definitely return.

the buttons in my rooms for lights/drapes didn't work consistently and I had to go down to the front desk and have them make multiple calls to get a room service coffee + oatmeal order one morning. it seemed crazy for a hotel that nice it was so hard to get room service. Other than those little things the suite and hotel were amazing!

The property is very nice and modern. The rooms are so spacious. We had a double queen room that over looked the pool and it was quiet. No complaints. We rented a car and happen to go during the time parking was free so it worked out perfectly. We were able to get to all of the places we wanted to in 15 minutes or less on the strip.

Everything is mediocre. check in is extremely slow. no coffee machine in room. House keeping didn’t refill shampoo had to ask house keeping for refill. Pool is very shallow.

The room was beautiful - the 7th floor didnt have a great view but the sitting area was a great place to hang out! The only thing we struggled with while we were there was very inconsistent temperatures in the shower - it would go from tolerable to scalding to freezing then back to tolderavle in like 30 second cycles. So shpwers were miserable but the bathtub was awesome!

I want to understand why you think a one hour wait to check in / check out is appropriate. As soon as the queue gets 6 people all staff members scatter. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff on the ciunter do not care. After 45mins of waiting with only two people in front of me, a staff member pops out to check if they can expedite things without actually going on the counter. When I stated I'd been waiting 45mins and how much longer, they just said umm soon and ran away. I waited a full hour. It completely ruined my stay.

After check in, staff couldn't be bothered to provide directions or hotel information, same uninvolved attitude on check out " That's not our job". Additionally there were "extra" unexpected charges upon checkin

Resorts world it's self was a really nice property and location. We just had a terrible check in experience. We did the skip the line check in (which we were excited about not wasting time standing in line with a short trip) just to find ourselves standing in the check in line 3 times before finally getting the room we booked that wasn't occupied by other guest. 1st attempt at check-in after standing in line for 20 minutes they had us in a different room in the Hilton instead of the Conrad. Got our room key and headed to the elevator just to find out our key would not allow us access to the floor our room was located. 2nd trip back to front desk to again wait in line for about 10 minutes this time to get a new card. The new card gave us access to our floor via the elevator and room just to enter a room to find it already occupied by other guest in their room getting ready for the evening. 3rd trip back in line at the front desk to hopefully get the room we booked that was occupied. The lady at the front desk was really apologetic and couldn't believe we were given an occupied room and gave us a $50 resort credit. Which doesn't go to far in vegas! An hour and a half later lugging our bags with multiple rides in the elevator and standing in line we finally got a room.

Conrad is a luxurious hotel with many great restaurants and a beautiful casino. Everything is exquisite including the front desk crew. The employees here are very attentive and helpful.

I travel to Las Vegas multiple times a year for business, typically staying 6+ nights at a time. This July, I stayed at the Conrad twice (7–9 nights each) and my experience was beyond disappointing. Overbooking Scam: Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was told at check-in that the hotel had overbooked itself and my entire stay was being moved to the Hilton next door. For this major disruption, they offered me a laughable $15 food & beverage credit. Only after pushing back did a manager begrudgingly waive two nights of resort fees and promise to move me back the following day. The “solution” created chaos and confusion, with my reservation mishandled a second time upon return. Safety Concerns: While dining at Wally’s Wines, I witnessed someone steal a large tip from a nearby table. Although I reported it to security, the process was disorganized and unsympathetic. For a resort of this scale and revenue, the lack of security and seriousness around theft was shocking. I left feeling unsafe on the property. Fraudulent Charges: After checkout, I found an $81 minibar charge I never made. When I called to dispute it, I was told nothing could be done and I should “dispute it with my bank.” This is unprofessional and borders on fraud. With Las Vegas tourism already on the decline, one would think hotels would go out of their way to keep their few loyal guests happy. Instead, the Conrad has done the opposite. Poor service, unsafe environment, dishonest charges, and insulting

From check in to check out staff made us feel like VIPs

Location was a bit far from strip but was very quiet. Mall attached to it was great.

Loved this resort as it’s pretty central to the strip and many other attractions. I really enjoyed being able to see the Sphear

Resort fees are absurd. Paying nearly $3k USD for 7 nights and then being charged another $1200 USD when checking in is insane. Then if I want to call an Uber the hotel doesn’t allow Uber to pick up riders at any of the hotel entrances. Instead, you have to walk all the way through the casino to the back of the resort. Then walk out one of the two exits and continue walking all the way around the block to some random parking lot behind the hotel. Not only is it inconvenient, neither of the pickup spots are well lit or have any sort of hotel staff nearby. It felt very unsafe walking out to some random parking lot completely disconnected from the hotel. Meanwhile, I could go across the street to Wynn and walk right out the front door to the Uber pickup lane. Right in front of the hotel where there are plenty of hotel staff and other guests and it’s well lit and safe. It’s absolutely insane that a hotel of this level would force their guests to walk out to an area where they don’t feel safe just to try to force them to use a taxi instead of Uber. By the way, the hotel gets kickbacks from the taxi companies, as we found out from an Uber driver that used to drive a taxi. Absolutely slimy behavior from this hotel.

We really liked how clean and new and sharp the whole property was. It was also right across the street from the Convention Center where our convention/show was. The Vegas Loop transportation was very convenient.

Awesome property. On the strip but about 2 miles from the central strip. Didn’t bother us. Superb, heated outdoor pools of 4 feet depth. CAVEAT: - The minibar and amenities in the room are weight-sensitive. Ie., if you pick up the merchandise and don’t put it back for 30 seconds, you will be charged. There IS a notice for this, but in fine print. Wish it was in large font! -for a 5-star hotel, it is disappointing that there’s no coffee machine in the room

This is a wonderful resort with everything you need-dining, casino & pool area. It's fairly close to the strip although at the end but walkable or plenty of Uber's to use. Very clean, not too crowded. Highly recommend!

We were supposed to have $25 meal voucher and was not offered that. We were charged $450 deposit at check in that was not written anywhere in our reservation details. The room was great, however, no coffee maker. It’s Vegas, we expect it to be expensive but we’d also like the amenities we were told we’d recieve. There’s also no room service. That’s very disappointing. Let’s also talk about Uber or Lyft pick up spots. It’s very far to the Day Club entrance…which is where the uber or Lyft pickup is. We were given wrong directions twice. There’s also a ride share pickup that seems to be a totally different side of the resort. We were waiting there and realized we were in the wrong spot. We had to walk to the Day Club entrance to finally get an uber. Our original uber cancelled our ride because we were lost. I had higher hopes to feel a bit more pampered there. Having to schlep along to be picked up is far from that! I can’t say if we’d stay again. I really hope the Uber pick up spot is made easier for guests to reach. It’s such a long walk! Even with the shortcut we finally found.

The hotel was nice, clean and our room was top notch. This location is a little farther north on the strip than we normally like so be prepared to walk or take a ride share to get most places. A few things could have been explained a little better at the initial check-in, however, the staff made up for it with world class hospitality. The pools were absolutely amazing. Very well staffed and cared for. This is a very nice hotel, we just wish it was farther south on the strip. If you want a nice place to stay and aren't worried about anything else going on in Las Vegas , then this is THE place to stay.

Amazing hotel with amazing facilities. Some of the onsite stores and restaurants are fairly pricey for a travelling family, however the room quality and other facilities are first-class.

The Conrad is beautiful - both the rooms and the resort itself. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. I did miss not having a coffee maker or mini fridge in the room. Needing to get dressed and head into the resort to purchase coffee was a bit inconvenient. There is a small cooler that is fine for a couple of water bottles or non-perishable items. Also, while there are several restaurants on the property, the majority of them close at 10pm. We were there to see a show in the Theater and were planning on enjoying a late dinner after. Overall, the Conrad is a great choice if you are seeing a show or attending an event at Resorts World. Every single staff that we encountered was polite, professional, and helpful!

Beautiful hotel with large rooms, very comfortable. Pool area and infinity pool were also really great! Ton of food and drink options, wish we got to try more! Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, not smoky which was a huge plus. I have asthma! Safe! Only complaint was the food was awful in the hotel restaurants.

Dining options are expensive and not that great Their remote or early check on system does not work
