Beautiful setting with magnificent views. The hotel manager was very welcoming and went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend this establishment. The self contained cottages available to rent were also superb. We look forward to returning.

What a beautiful, intimate hotel. Literally a fire burning in the fireplace when we arrived. Staff were amazing, super helpful. Couldn't have been more pampered and pleased. Highly Recommend.

Warm, friendly welcome following helpful pre-arrival communication re the restaurant and food options. We had a lovely stay at this property, our first time at Loch Ness and most eager for it not to be our last! Cosy lounges where we enjoyed platters of smoked salmon, white wine and cheeses paired with whiskey all in front of a roaring fire. Perfect! Comfy beds, lots of hot water and a delicious breakfast all topped off with outstanding customer service, nothing too was much trouble.

First class service - Thanks Gabriel and staff. Excellent rooms and breakfast. Onsite parking and restaurant a short stroll from the property. Close to Loch Ness cruise boat. Lovely reception rooms with comfy chairs and open fire. Gabriel greeted us with a bottle of champagne. Highly recommended.

Loch Ness Lodge has the most surreal setting, perched on a beautifully landscapex hillside overlooking the lake. The staff is impeccable offering a warm, gracious welcome. Rooms are stunningly appointed with sumptuous bedding. Views from the study, the lounge and the dining room are amazing. A full Scottish breakfast awaits in the morning. Wish we could have stayed linger. Next time!

A wonderful property right on the water. We stayed in one of their new private cabins which are absolutely stellar with floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the harbor and a private patio with sitting area. The room has another sitting area with a mini-fridge. Luxurious robes, towels, and bedding complete the feeling of being totally pampered. We wished we could have stayed longer.

This is not a hotel, nor a bed and breakfast: this is home away from home! Welcoming from the moment you walk in and cosy like you’ll never want to leave, our hosts made it a memorable experience. With stunning views over the loch, our bedroom with seating area was hard to leave, but the open fires (one in each of the lounges) made it a no brainer. There is an excellent selection of whiskeys and the breakfast was mouthwatering. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and already look forward to next time!

Amazing. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by Jaro who booked us in and gave us some insights into the area. The hotel is very well appointed and in a stunning location overlooking the Loch. In fact we had a comfortable room with a view of the Loch which is worth specifying when you book. The hotel is very comfortable with several sitting rooms with open fires to enjoy. Only breakfast was served at the hotel which was varied and very pleasant. The staff are all friendly and helpful with good local knowledge. Our 2 night stay was part of a longer trip but easily the highlight. Waking up both mornings to the Loch, complete with a young stag who frequented the garden. A boat trip round the Loch, within walking distance was well worth the time, as was Urquhart castle on the shore. Inverness is a short drive away with plenty to see and do. Further afield is the Culloden battlefield. Overall we had a fantastic stay, special thanks to Jaro and indeed all the staff that were helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again, hopefully a bit longer next time.

This place! Such a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like kings. The manager upgraded is to their loveliest room, our every request was accomodates, we were given some free perks on the house - it was amazing. And we weren't the only couple there - we saw 4 other couples, and everyone loved the place. We had charcuterie by the fire for dinner - venison, salmon, cheeses, crackers, fruit, oatcakes & the best red wine... bkfst was included & was homecooked. We absolutely loved it here!

Our stay at the Loch Ness Lodge was absolutely wonderful. The room was immaculate, the grounds and views were breathtaking, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Gabriel is a true magician—always there when you need him, somehow knowing what you need before you even ask. It’s rare to experience that level of care and attention. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay for a few more nights! We can’t wait to come back.

This is a gorgeous property in the area with impeccable service and a wonderful staff. Unfortunately the first day we were there both water pumps blew and we had no water when we woke up. It was not anyone’s fault, and the manager was kind and thoughtful In helping us make plans to leave because that was not a quick fix. Without this problem the stay would have been excellent.

This was a beautiful hotel! The loch views are wonderful. The site hosts were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and quite large. The only issue we had was the toilet could be difficult to flush, and the water in the bath did run a bit yellow (but we think that's actually just because of the water used in the area - the rest of the water was fine). Overall, we'd definitely stay again and felt it was much worth our money.

A lovely property with excellent staff and service. There was a slight problem with the water supply, however we were compensated with free drinks over and above our expectations. The staff couldn’t have been more apologetic. Highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at Loch Ness Lodge. We were welcomed by Gabriel and a cozy fire. Our room, Phadrig, was large, comfortable and overlooking Loch Ness. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub with shower. Stepping into the tub may be an issue if mobility impaired. It was under a 20 minutes drive to Inverness. The complete staff and food were wonderful. Staff were friendly, professional and provided us with great information while staying our three nights.

Wonderful service and a stunning view. The hospitality was truly wonderful; they were so accommodating of my unusual allergy and that made me feel very well taken care of. The bathtub was enormous and with the gorgeous view of the loch we spent more of our visit than planned relaxing in our room and it was just what we needed. We will absolutely make a point to return the next time we’re in the area!

Convenient to explore Glen Affric and local rivers. Beautiful inn, do not confuse it with similar-named hotels, this one (Loch Ness Lodge) is the 5-star property and well worth it! Our room was clean and well decorated, it was welcoming. The staff was outstanding, that is truly why I gave an excellent rating. All staff acted with complete professionalism and curtesy; all our needs were addressed. Breakfast was excellent, food presentation was exceptional. We arrived right before the storm "Amy" came, the staff warned us that we might loose electricity and we did. The next morning fruits, cereals and pastries were offered for breakfast due to power loss; the only negative was there was no coffee. I would highly recommend the Loch Ness Lodge if you value outstanding service and the long lost art of excellence of manners and etiquette, it truly was a wonderful stay and the loch views and ground landscape was beautiful.
Our room was clean and well decorated, it was welcoming. The staff was outstanding, that is truly why I gave an excellent rating. All staff acted with complete professionalism and curtesy; all our needs were addressed. Breakfast was excellent, food presentation was exceptional. We arrived right before the storm "Amy" came, the staff warned us that we might loose electricity and we did. The next morning fruits, cereals and pastries were offered for breakfast due to power loss; the only negative was there was no coffee. I would highly recommend the Loch Ness Lodge if you value outstanding service and the long lost art of excellence of manners and etiquette, it truly was a wonderful stay and the loch views and ground landscape was beautiful.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Hotel had no power during my stay due to storm Amy, however staff could not be more helpful. Was provided with upgraded room and plenty of candles. Still had hot water and the staff went above and beyond to provide snacks and beverages. Would definitely return.

If I could give the staff a rating of 10 out of 5, I would. Jaro was the concierge who took care of us in the evening and he was amazing!!! Not only helped with check in but then his knowledge on local whisky was phenomenal. I cannot recommend this hotel more. We stayed at 6 hotels in 8 nights and this was the highlight, not just because the property was beautiful but because the service was so amazing. THANK YOU JARO!!!!

Gabriel and Jaro are absolutely wonderful! I have never felt so welcome or more like a VIP than staying here with their service. We had quite a tricky itinerary and Gabriel went out of his way to offer solutions without being asked and it was so appreciated! Would come back in a heart beat.

This is probably one of the cutest places I’ve ever stayed. It’s really a luxury bed and breakfast but it really feels cozy inside. We were in the main lodge with a room that had the most beautiful view of Loch Ness. It’s walking distance to the ramp for Jacobite cruises so that is a plus. The best part of our experience was the staff. If I could rate them an 11 out of 10 I would. The breakfast was amazing as well. 100 percent recommend this place if you’re going to Loch Ness.

Rooms are stunningly appointed with sumptuous bedding. Views from the study, the lounge and the dining room are amazing. A full Scottish breakfast awaits in the morning. There’s a dried-up pond in front, and to even get near the lake, you must cross a double-lane road with a 60 mph speed limit. Once there, you’re faced with a barrier—there’s no actual lake access. Guests are directed to the Clansman Hotel, a sister property (3-4 minute walk away), for lunch and dinner options. Oddly, the Clansman, a much cheaper hotel, offers more amenities, including a bar and restaurant. The Lodge itself lacks these basics and has no front desk staff after 10 p.m. Strangely, the staff often ask if you’d like a cheese board during your stay and keep asking / reminding you that they need a few hours' notice. Excellent location with beautiful views of the lake. Only 20min south from Inverness, 5min north of the Urquhart castle and the quaint town of Drumnadrochit. Convenient to explore Glen Affric and local rivers. Beautiful inn, do not confuse it with similar-named hotels, this one (Loch Ness Lodge) is the 5-star property and well worth it! Very friendly inn keeper and server for the excellent included breakfast. Comfortable cozy room, lounges to relax by the fire with a whisky and read a book.

This is an amazing hotel and I cant say enough about Gabriel who greeted us and looked after us during our visit. If there is a downside it was having to go next door for dinner - which is nowhere near the same standard of property. Hopefully in full season they will do their own dining - breakfast showed the high standards they work to.

This is not a hotel, nor a bed and breakfast: this is home away from home! Welcoming from the moment you walk in and cosy like you’ll never want to leave, our hosts made it a memorable experience. With stunning views over the loch, our bedroom with seating area was hard to leave, but the open fires (one in each of the lounges) made it a no brainer. There is an excellent selection of whiskeys and the breakfast was mouthwatering. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and already look forward to next time!

Only word to describe this property, the staff, and the service is Amazing! From check in to check out the staff made us feel like royalty during our two day stay. Also have to mention the breakfast. I challenge anybody to find a better breakfast at any other B&B. 5 Stars!

Without hyperbole, our stay here was like walking into a dream. The property is elegant in every detail and yet completely integrated with the setting. The weather was variable during our stay (it IS Scotland), and we found we could relax in our room and watch the moods pass over the loch, from sunshine and bright color to an almost frosty-seeming monochrome. The host and staff were attentive to every detail and completely dedicated to making our stay special. The breakfasts were among the best we have had anywhere, and while there is only one dinner restaurant in walking distance, we found it more than adequate. If you are driving near this area I very much recommend you make time for a stay at this wonderful property.

This place! Such a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like kings. The manager upgraded is to their loveliest room, our every request was accomodates, we were given some free perks on the house - it was amazing. And we weren't the only couple there - we saw 4 other couples, and everyone loved the place. We had charcuterie by the fire for dinner - venison, salmon, cheeses, crackers, fruit, oatcakes & the best red wine... bkfst was included & was homecooked. We absolutely loved it here!

Gabriel was an extremely helpful manager, for recommendations around the area. Breakfast was really special! Probably the best choice in the area, unless you need a hotel with a restaurant - we didn't, as we enjoyed the variety of local offerings. Thank you for a great stay!
