when we arrived at this hotel, which I got reservations for, the check-in lady asked me if it was ok if fridge did NOT work...what? If u rent a hotel w/fridge, isn't it usually because u were planning to use the fridge??? So I said we needed it to work, so she switched us to another room. We go into a really warm room, & immediately start trying to get the A/C on.

I’m in the fire protection business. During check in I noticed that the fire protection system was completely shut down. I questioned the owner about the system and she tried to tell me that the system is fully functional. I told that her that her system is not functioning and she needs to have it checked but she continued to convince me that it is. I didn’t tell her that I was in the fire protection industry and didn’t want to argue with her about it. I don’t feel safe staying at a property that has no fire protection.

Owners did not want pets staying at their property. The first room we were given was horrible - urine and mold smell, air fresheners sitting all around. We complained and were moved. Entire hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, and the breakfast had extremely limited selection. Ice machine had no ice. We were told it was due to construction workers staying at the property using all the ice and breakfast.

There was 1 towel for the 4 of us, we had to go ask for more and they gave us small hand towels. The pool was closed. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Blankets were thin. Room was very hot when we arrived and took some time to cool down. Crickets everywhere. Breakfast was awful, stale bread and cereal.

They did not clean my room for 3 days and they say free breakfast they had a honey bun and cupcake and a banana for their breakfast and it was on a Saturday the rest of the 4 days I was there they had nothing.The place smelled like mold I would never stay there again.

It’s now 4:25am. I woke up around 3:25 itching all over. I felt raises on my skin. I informed the front desk. He gave me a room upstairs. Went to store to get Benadryl. Not sure if the other room has bed bugs also. I’m pissed. I want a refund plus!!!!! I have a video with a bug crawling in the bed.

The hotel needs a deep cleaning. Dust on top of mirrors,headboards,lamps by the bed window, telephone and ac. Bugs in the window. Mirror, tv dusty and dirty. The front entrance windows and shied on front desk. Breakfast was very meager not even protein like yogurt.

As soon as you walk into the hotel, it smells dirty. Then you get to the rooms hallway and it smells even worse like cigarettes everywhere :( The room was very dirty, Carpet smelled and had Crumbs everywhere. Worst of all the bed sheets were dirty , bed uncomfortable and more disgusting were dead cockroaches in the bathroom. We didn’t even want to use the restroom or the shower

One of the worst experiences I ever had the hotel floor was dirty as well as the tub wasn’t able to shower properly until I was able to travel to my godmother’s house to take a hot shower tub look like somebody had just took a bath or have been living in that hotel room the room that was mildew carpet as well as the AC barely worked

Night desk attendant was very rude. Implied that 2 men needed a room with 2 beds. Also saud we had to wslk our pet out a side door and not out through the libby. I called several times to ensure this was a pet friendly hotel. It is not.

Staff was accommodating and very helpful. While the building was clean, it was in need of a few repairs or replacements. (Bath vent not working, carpet stains in hall, paint refresh, etc). Bed was comfy and I had a great stay.

Stopped into town on our family's way to Houston. Got in aftet midnight but the owner was very welcoming and accommodating. Our kids loved the cereal for breakfast and there was plenty of green space at that exit for our dogs to roam 🐕

Stopped into town on our family's way to Houston. Got in aftet midnight but the owner was very welcoming and accommodating. Our kids loved the cereal for breakfast and there was plenty of green space at that exit for our dogs to roam 🐕

The hotel was an easy check in. The room was big and clean. The shower was powerful and the WiFi was amazing. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also had a good breakfast.

The hotel needs a deep cleaning. Dust on top of mirrors,headboards,lamps by the bed window, telephone and ac. Bugs in the window. Mirror, tv dusty and dirty. The front entrance windows and shied on front desk. Breakfast was very meager not even protein like yogurt.

They need to keep food available during the time they say their breakfast hours are. When we went for breakfast around 8:00 am there is very little food available. We ended up going next door to McDonalds for breakfast which is not want we wanted to do.

The ceilings had water stains from previous water damage. The bathtub was not clean. The shower head had green buildup. The walls were dirty with liquid splashes. The full continental breakfast was awful..cereal was stale.. minimal selections.

There was 1 towel for the 4 of us, we had to go ask for more and they gave us small hand towels. The pool was closed. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Blankets were thin. Room was very hot when we arrived and took some time to cool down. Crickets everywhere. Breakfast was awful, stale bread and cereal.

We did not get a discount due to internet down. Had to drive and get cash, breakfast was only donuts, and it had mold in the ice machine. The smell was unpleasant in the room and hallways.

I did one overnight stay with my boyfriend and one year old. Unfortunately the pool was out of service, but the hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. We drove in to Columbus, which was 10 minutes down I 10 towards Houston to go to a steakhouse and popped into their Hound song brewery for an appetizer and beer. Very easy location to access off of the interstate and close to gas stations, fast food, and Dollar General.

Pool was closed, not advertised. Carpet was soaking wet. Room was sticky ,walls were wet. Mildew smell was horrible, no other room's available per website. No refunds were available on this room when I booked it. I literally threw away $70 and drove to another town to find a room. I could have stayed at a really nice hotel. What a waste.
