Great value. A simple hotel that peaceful, clean and very pleasant. Not the most stylish of room and fairly basic in feel. But, well equipped essentially a small studio apartment. WiFi ok. patchy in room, but good in reception/ communal area. Nice smallish and peaceful courtyard pool area.

Good old fashioned Moroccan hotel, hotel was clean and the friendly staff, pool is small but walking distance to most things. Would recommend

Beautiful property/grounds with pools. Clay court tennis nearby. Spacious suites with ktchen, balcony.

Stayed one night as a stop before we travelled to Tiznit. Big Hotel, great location near the beach. Old and a little worn down, could use some touching up. Large apartment and quiet. We had the balcony towards the kids pool and The Royal Tennis Court. A kids pool that our child (5yrs) happily used and a deeper pool that all of us could cool down in. It was a good place to stay for the money we paid.

Très bon séjour à la résidence Yasmina. Je conseille de résider ici quand on séjourne à Agadir car on est entre plage et centre ville authentique, le quartier est calme (la résidence donne sur les courts de tennis ). L’appartement est très agréable, le personnel aussi, en particulier le personnel de la sécurité à l’entrée. On se sent bien, le jardin est très agréable et dispose de deux piscines. On peut tout à fait prendre le petit déjeuner dans une des pâtisseries voisines et les repas sur la corniche.

This hotel has a few good points but also some poor points. The staff are fabulous… from the porters, reception and the cleaners. Fatima was the lady who did my room and she is an absolute treasure ❤️ The porters are all very friendly and the reception staff very helpful. However, the rooms are dated and basic and the beds are tiny. The pool did look a little unclean and the pool lie-lows are a bit tired looking. In fact most of it is tired looking. I still enjoyed my stay though… mainly down to the lovely staff

Stayed here for 4 nights after a 5-day stretch in Marrakech. For what you are paying, you get a lot of value. The hotel is a bit dated, but the room was big (large living room, functional kitchen with a large fridge, bedroom with two twin beds and a large enough bathroom that was clean), there were two pools (one shallow, one deeper), the location was very safe, and there were plenty of food options. If you're looking to save money, but still be close enough to rhe beach, then I definitely recommend staying here.

Check in took longer than i hoped for but the cleaners and bellboys were friendly a d everything was acceptable, especially for the price. The pool is small and inly 0.9m deep, so don't expect to swim there, but the beach is 10 mins walk

A nice apartment in a good location to walk to beach and shops. A quiet area although there are nearby building works going on at the moment but not an issue. There is a rooftop terrace to watch the sun or sunbathe and a nice sunbathing area near the pool.

Propreté irréprochable Literie à revoir…. Femme de ménage très gentille, serviable, discrète et disponible Prix défiant toute concurrence, mais à cause de la literie mauvais repos Bagagiste souriant et appréciable Sécurité ok. Pas de bonjour de la réception lors de nos différents passages, cela aurait été appréciable et courtois…😉

Close distance to beach and food places. Staff are friendly and swimming pool is decent for children. Single beds are a little small and there are a few cockroaches and insects in the rooms. Rooms get humid as there is no AC or fan.

Friendly helpful staff , kitchenette with all essentials, clean. , the area is beautiful and at same time close to major amenities, restaurants, ice cream shop, high quality shopping of reasonable prices, about 10-15 min walking to the beach, nearby small shops for grocery essentials, supermarket about 7min walk. Thank you to all staff and housekeeping.

Have stayed here many times before but on this occasion our sleep was disturbed every night from 4am to 8am due to a Cockerell being kept in a nearby property. The area is normally fairly quiet but the apartment blocks and residents really need to get this problem sorted out. Talking to local residents they too are annoyed by the noise and disturbed sleep caused by the crowing Cockerell and we saw some people complaining to the owner keeping the chickens. Many people in the apartment block were also woken up by the loudness of the Cockerell and the time of the morning. What a shame as it really spoilt our stay on this occasion. I will not be staying there again unless the problem has been resolved. Building work was also taking place nearby but the work was carried out during the normal working day and didn't really cause too much noise at all. Other than that the apartments and building were very clean, very nice staff and a very central area handy for shops, restaurants and of course the beach. I would normally highly recommend staying here but I cannot recommend doing so until the problem with the crowing Cockerell is sorted out. It still woke me up even using ear buds and with all the windows closed. So please take this in mind before deciding to make your booking as the noise is also affecting other apartments and hotels in the local area.

Wat al in diverse reviews te lezen valt, is de inrichting wat gedateerd en niet alles in het appartement in goede staat. Maar de locatie is meer dan top en dat maakt samen met de prijs alles goed wat ons betreft! Vrijwel alles in Agadir is op loopafstand en het is gelegen in een rustig straatje wat goed schoon werd gehouden.

Needs better furniture

Clean room and friendly staff

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Yasmina. We would like to thank Hassan from the reception who has upgraded us to a room with balcony view to the swimmingpool. The staff is very warm and friendly. We will definitly come back again.

Perfect location, center of Agadir, walking distance to shopping, cable cars, groceries, souq etc. The staff were very facilitating ! Especially **Hamid** very very helpful with any issues that we encountered in terms of getting around, translating. They also have a private parking area for our rental. Thanks for an amazing stay !!

Abdelhamid and the agent who checked us in were the best. The place is in the center of the city of Agadir.

J.ai l.habitude de venir dans cet établissement car je n.ai pas de voiture et à pied à côté il y a toutes les commodites banque restaurants coiffeur salon De thé pâtisserie etc Le personnel est très agréable et toujours prêt à rendre service La seule chose qu’on peut regretter c’est que sur place on ait pas la possibilité de manger ou de boire un café serait le bienvenue et je n.aime pas les piscines une est à l.ombre et donne sur les terrasses des chambres et la 2eme est plutôt réservée aux familles et aux enfants

J'ai adoré cet appart hôtel car il reste authentique dans "son jus" avec sa décoration en zellige ( mosaïque). La simplicité du lieu et de l'appartement. Ménage fait tous les jours. Personnel vraiment très sympathique. On s'y sent comme chez soi ! Je n'ai pas utilisé la cuisine. Le petit-déjeuner sur la corniche était plus sympa...
