Sehr große Zimmer/Suiten, blitzsauber, Klimaanlage, Safe. Küchenzeile, schickes, helles Bad Bad, Tiefgarage aud jedem Gebäude direkt mit Aufzug erreichbar, problemloser digitaler check-in/check-out. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Einzige Beanstandung: viel zu wenig Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage.

Wir waren für eine Nacht vor Ort, da wir das Musical besucht haben. Musical war fußläufig super zu erreichen, leider haben alle Restaurants in der nähe erst am späten Nachmittag geöffnet und die Hotelbar ebenfalls. Zusätzlich war es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr heiß, Außentemperaturen über 35 Grad und die vorhandene Klimaanlage im Zimmer wegen umbau ohne Funktion - hätten wir diesen Hinweis gehabt, hätten wir ein anderes Hotel gewählt, dass ist leider im Sommer keine Option. Tiefgarage erst durch Google Maps auffindbar, auch hier wäre eine info bzw Beschreibung für die kunden von Vorteil gewesen.

Nice big place but was hard to navigate to at first. The address didn't take you into the complex. I did not like the self check-in. There's a person there just do it. Keep at it and there won't be any front desk staff soon at all. The room was very spacious, the shower gorgeous.

Unterkunft mit einer etwas seltsam anmutenden Architektur, getrennte Wohnblöcke mit geräumigen Apartments. Modernisierte Elemente vorhanden, an vielen Stellen jedoch noch Luft nach oben. Fahrstuhl in desolatem Zustand. Balkon ungepflegt. Bad modern und sauber mit Rituals Pflegeprodukten, das Radio braucht es dort jedoch nach unserem Geschmack nicht wirklich. Kurze Wege zum Musicaltheater sind perfekt. Frühstück an sich "okay". Etwas wenige Sitzplätze für die Zahl der Gäste. Leider hatten wir Pech, dass scheinbar für diesen Tag die "Zutaten" zu knapp kalkuliert waren. Das Auffüllen hat nicht wirklich geklappt. Backwaren über lange Phasen nicht verfügbar. Sauberkeit ist nicht gaanz groß geschrieben bei dem hotel vor allem Badezimmer, Duschen Abfluss sollten etwas öfter gereinigt werden! Sonst Zimmer sehr gemütlich groß und schön eingerichtet sogar kleine Küche drin.

Lage gut. Schönes großes Zimmer. Zimmer könnte sauberer sein. Zu wenige Tische beim Frühstück. Dadurch Wartezeiten und viel Gedränge. Frühstück war trotz allem aber gut.

Wir sind öfters in Stuttgart und normalerweise im gegenüberliegenden Hotel Dormero. Da dort der Service über die Jahre etwas nachgelassen hat, wollten wir mal das Si Suites Hotel ausprobieren. Auch die vielen guten Bewertungen haben uns dazu ermuntert. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen sehr enttäuscht. Die Mitarbeiter waren zwar sehr freundlich, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in dem eher älteren, spartanisch eingerichteten Hotelzimmer steht in keinem Verhältnis! Im Gegensatz zum Dormero Hotel ist z.B. auch der TV extrem klein und man muss für Blockbuster Filme zusätzlich zahlen. Wir haben uns auf den Balkon gefreut, dort wucherte allerdings das Unkraut aus den Betonwänden und auch sonst war es alles andere als gemütlich. Das Zimmer mit Teppichboden ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, einzig das Bad war topmodern und schön. Alles in allem waren wir recht enttäuscht, da die Zimmer doch relativ teuer waren. Auch die zahlreichen guten Bewertungen haben uns ehrlich gesagt etwas irritiert.

Haben ein Zimmer bekommen, was noch aussah als wäre es mitten im Umbau. Es hat nach frischer Farbe gerochen und die Klima war noch nicht mal fertiggestellt, was bei 33 Grad in Deutschland durchaus wichtig gewesen wäre.

Zimmer sehr gross und geräumig, wohl erst renoviert......Leider keiin Zimmerservice für 2 Tage. Keine frischen Handtücher usw., die Sauberkeit im Zimmer bleibt auf der Strecke.... Könnte man bei 270 Euro sehr wohl erwarten. Wenig Personal, aber trotzdem sehr freundlich. Frühstück alles, was das Herz begehrt. Im großen und ganzen sehr gut, nur der Zimmerservice hat gefehlt!!!!

Die Suite war ganz ok, die Duschtüre war undicht und es hat muffig gerochen, war wohl längere Zeit nicht bewohnt. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, aber offensichtlich am Abend etwas überfordert. Es war am Abend im Service praktisch nur ein Mädel tätig, zeitweise von einem jungen Mann unterstützt. Was allerdings garnicht geht, ist die Weinauswahl, da wurden gerade mal 2 Weiß- und 1 Rotwein angeboten, die es glasweise oder als Flasche gab. Ein Brut wurde garnicht angeboten. In der Online-Karte war überhaupt kein Flaschenwein verzeichnet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend und zum Frühstück war auch der Service mit mehr Personal ausgestattet. Für eine Nacht neben "We will rock you" war das in Ordnung, wir würden aber dort ohne den Musicalbesuch nicht übernachten. Das ist aber immer eine Frage des Betrachters und wir sind bessere Unterkünfte gewohnt.

The staff were great, and the room itself was pretty nice. I found a few things frustrating though: 1. Parking at the hotel costs 16 euros per day. Seems a little high for the area, but fair enough. The annoying part was that every time I needed to pay for parking, I had to bring my ticket into reception and pay at the front desk. Would be much easier to come and go if there was a pay machine in the garage. 2. Room cleaning: In the name of sustainability, they waited a full 7 days before servicing my room. I don't need fresh towels every day, but it would be nice to at least empty the (very small) trash bins once every few days. 3. Light switches: There were literally ten buttons on the wall. One of them was a light switch, and the rest did random things like open the shutters, switch off all the lights, and I don't even know what else because they were odd icons with no words. But when it's dark and you don't know which button to press, I needed a flashlight just to see which button turns the lights on. Annoying. 4. Radio in bathroom: Every time you turn the light on in the bathroom (another annoying switch), there is a radio in the wall that switches on automatically. Please switch it off by default.

Wir waren für eine Nacht vor Ort, da wir das Musical besucht haben. Musical war fußläufig super zu erreichen, leider haben alle Restaurants in der nähe erst am späten Nachmittag geöffnet und die Hotelbar ebenfalls. Zusätzlich war es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr heiß, Außentemperaturen über 35 Grad und die vorhandene Klimaanlage im Zimmer wegen umbau ohne Funktion - hätten wir diesen Hinweis gehabt, hätten wir ein anderes Hotel gewählt, dass ist leider im Sommer keine Option. Tiefgarage erst durch Google Maps auffindbar, auch hier wäre eine info bzw Beschreibung für die kunden von Vorteil gewesen.

Außen hui? Nicht ganz – aber innen wow! Zugegeben: Der erste Eindruck von außen war eher abschreckend. Doch sobald wir das Zimmer betraten – und wir haben schon einige Hotelzimmer gesehen – waren wir absolut begeistert und positiv überrascht. Hier hat sich der Elektriker richtig ausgetobt und vermutlich auch eine goldene Nase verdient 😄. Es war unser erstes smartes Hotelzimmer: elektrische Vorhänge, vorprogrammierte Szenen mit wechselnden LED-Stimmungen, dimmbares Licht im Schlafzimmer – alles durchdacht. Das Kopfteil des Betts war ein hinterleuchtetes Glasbild von Stuttgart – eindrucksvoll in Szene gesetzt. Auch das Badezimmer hatte so einige Überraschungen parat: langlebige, indirekte Beleuchtung, ein integrierter Fernseher im Spiegel – das hatten wir noch nie – und ein Highlight: eine WC-Spülung mit farbig beleuchteter Drückerplatte. Absolut einzigartig! Und dann das Frühstück: sensationell! Reduziert auf das Wesentliche – aber genau das in perfekter Qualität. Große Auswahl an Säften, alles war sehr lecker. Das Gebäck hervorragend, die Wurst- und Käseauswahl üppig, dazu frisches Obst und Gemüse – für jeden etwas dabei. Wir waren bereits in einigen Fünf-Sterne-Häusern, aber das Frühstück hier konnte locker mithalten. Als jemand, der selbst aus der Branche kommt, möchte ich auf diesem Wege mein größtes Lob an das gesamte Management aussprechen – großartige Arbeit!

This hotel was not as expected though I believe that was my mistake not the establishments. During my search for a hotel, I asked for Stuttgart Central. This was interpreted as Si Central, a theatre area in Stuttgart, which was in fact a good 25 minute car journey from central Stuttgart. It was only a 10 minute ride from the airport, but it was a dissapointing shock. Also not expected was that the hotel was really a set of 4 rather ugly individual high rise blocks containing individual suites. Unless you were in the first block you had quite a stroll, outside in the elements, walking amongst a concrete jungle to reach your block and the lifts. My sister, who has walking difficulties was in a suite on her own on one level, whilst my daughter and I were on a level below, which made my sister feel a bit insecure, so we had to escort her to her level first before going to our own suite - all suites were accessed from the outside corridor which reminded us of student accommodation. The suites themselves were fantastic though. They were huge, immaculate, comfortable, and serviced well with a kettle and tea/coffee etc. The bathroom was fantastic, roomy with a wonderland shower. You could not fault the rooms at all and we spent a very comfortable night in them. Also fantastic were the staff who were friendly, professional and warm. The bar area in the first block was buzzing with activity and the bar staff were exceptional.

It's always an excellent experience whenever I'm a guest at this hotel. The main reason is the staff at the 101 Bar. Peter and his staff are constant professionals who make you feel welcome. I always meet new people from all over the world there who always feel the same way. Please give Peter and his bar staff my highest regards.

Nice big place but was hard to navigate to at first. The address didn't take you into the complex. I did not like the self check-in. There's a person there just do it. Keep at it and there won't be any front desk staff soon at all. The room was very spacious, the shower gorgeous.

Zimmer sehr gross und geräumig, wohl erst renoviert......Leider keiin Zimmerservice für 2 Tage. Keine frischen Handtücher usw., die Sauberkeit im Zimmer bleibt auf der Strecke.... Könnte man bei 270 Euro sehr wohl erwarten. Wenig Personal, aber trotzdem sehr freundlich. Frühstück alles, was das Herz begehrt. Im großen und ganzen sehr gut, nur der Zimmerservice hat gefehlt!!!!

Die Suites sind unglaublich modern und toll ausgestattet bis hin zum in den Spiegel des Bades inkludierten TV. Unglaublich viel Platz, super große Dusche… Das absolute Highlight ist aber der Barkeeper, der seinen Job mit sooviel Liebe macht und der dafür gesorgt hat, dass ich den lustigsten und tollsten Bar-Abend seit langem hatte! Last but not least: wer eines der Musicals besuchen möchte, kann nun wirklich nicht dichter dran wohnen, als in den Maseven-Suites.

I almost always stay at SI Suites when I travel to Stuttgart. The main reason is because of Peter and his bartending staff. They make you feel at home. When you meet the regulars that go there, there's a real sense of being welcome. Also Jeff is exceptional as well.

Die Suite war ganz ok, die Duschtüre war undicht und es hat muffig gerochen, war wohl längere Zeit nicht bewohnt. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, aber offensichtlich am Abend etwas überfordert. Es war am Abend im Service praktisch nur ein Mädel tätig, zeitweise von einem jungen Mann unterstützt. Was allerdings garnicht geht, ist die Weinauswahl, da wurden gerade mal 2 Weiß- und 1 Rotwein angeboten, die es glasweise oder als Flasche gab. Ein Brut wurde garnicht angeboten. In der Online-Karte war überhaupt kein Flaschenwein verzeichnet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend und zum Frühstück war auch der Service mit mehr Personal ausgestattet. Für eine Nacht neben "We will rock you" war das in Ordnung, wir würden aber dort ohne den Musicalbesuch nicht übernachten. Das ist aber immer eine Frage des Betrachters und wir sind bessere Unterkünfte gewohnt.

The hotel comprises of different blocks where your accommodation is a modern apartment. We had a ground floor with patio. Others have balconies. Main building has reception, bar which serves snacks , breakfast area. Si suites appear to be on a purpose built complex with other hotels, cinema, theatre and restaurants including an Irish bar - the Dubliner which serve’s Irish fare. Accommodation has all mod cons, to in each room including the bathroom. Everything can be controlled by keypads, lights, curtains etc. Impressive.

Das Zimmer war super groß, mit Küche und extra Schlafzimmer. Personal beim Einchecken sehr nett und hilfsbereit und richtig gut war auch das Frühstück. Abwechslungsreich und nachhaltig. Ich war dort um ein Musical zu schaue. Das Theater ist direkt um die Ecke.

5 Übernachtungen in Superior Zimmer (2.5 Zimmer Wohnung). 3 Personen Sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück in gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Parkmöglichkeiten (16 Euro pro Tag) in der Nähe. Schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz. Schlafzimmer und Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Musical Theater in unmittelbarer Nähe. U-Bahn Station 5min zu Fuss super erreichbar. Mit 1x umsteigen in 25min in der Innenstadt. Sehr gute Anbindung. Sowohl für ein oder zwei Tage zum Musical oder auch längerer Aufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert.

Ich war zum Musicalbesuch in Stuttgart und war in den SI-Suites zum ersten Mal. Ich fand es klasse, dass es soviel Platz gibt und man auch eine kleine Küche dabei hat. Wenn ich wieder nach dem Musical übernachten möchte, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen.
Ich war zum Musicalbesuch in Stuttgart und war in den SI-Suites zum ersten Mal. Ich fand es klasse, dass es soviel Platz gibt und man auch eine kleine Küche dabei hat. Wenn ich wieder nach dem Musical übernachten möchte, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen.

It’s absolutely amazing!! Everything from A-to-Z. Very, very clean. Best breakfast ever. I highly recommended to all. The stuff are super friendly. Specially, the folks at the bar. Good drinks, good food, friendly people are always there to be surrounded by. Specially, the 2 bartender are the best. Nhu & Peter. I had some drinks and pizza for dinner. These guys are so nice 👍 and they take of me and all other customers!!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Die Zimmer sind groß sauber und ruhig. Matratzen perfekt. Früshtücksbüffett ist alles da und nicht überdimensional im positiven Sinn. Bar vorhanden perfekt für einen Drink nach dem Musicalbesuch. Terrasse vorhanden. Hotel kann man weitermempfehlen, da Preis- und Leistungverhältnis stimmt.

Das Zimmer war super groß, mit Küche und extra Schlafzimmer. Personal beim Einchecken sehr nett und hilfsbereit und richtig gut war auch das Frühstück. Abwechslungsreich und nachhaltig. Ich war dort um ein Musical zu schaue. Das Theater ist direkt um die Ecke.

Hotel super Lage, aber Fühstückszustände unzumutbar. Lange Schlange VOR dem Frühstücksraum, da zu wenig Plätze, 20 Minuten warten auf einen Platz, Buffet leer gefegt, kaum Auswahl, Rührei aus dem Tetrapack. Würden nie wieder mit Frühstück buchen dort. Lage gut.

Wir hatten einen kurzen, guten Aufenthalt in den SI Suits. Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer ordentlich und das nachhaltige Konzept eine gute Idee! Die Suite war ganz ok, die Duschtüre war undicht und es hat muffig gerochen, war wohl längere Zeit nicht bewohnt. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, aber offensichtlich am Abend etwas überfordert. Es war am Abend im Service praktisch nur ein Mädel tätig, zeitweise von einem jungen Mann unterstützt. Was allerdings garnicht geht, ist die Weinauswahl, da wurden gerade mal 2 Weiß- und 1 Rotwein angeboten, die es glasweise oder als Flasche gab. Ein Brut wurde garnicht angeboten. In der Online-Karte war überhaupt kein Flaschenwein verzeichnet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend und zum Frühstück war auch der Service mit mehr Personal ausgestattet. Für eine Nacht neben "We will rock you" war das in Ordnung, wir würden aber dort ohne den Musicalbesuch nicht übernachten. Das ist aber immer eine Frage des Betrachters und wir sind bessere Unterkünfte gewohnt.

Hotel Appartement. Très calme, très propre. Très grande pièce salon / salle à manger et kitchenette, une chambre indépendante et toutes les pièces avec domotique (volets, rideaux, TV dans le miroir de la salle de bain + radio). Petit déjeuner assez bien, pas de grille pain, de pains au chocolat, de pancakes, et trop de monde. Le gros bémol de l'hôtel est le parking, tout petit, des places très exigües, tous les formats de voitures ne rentrent pas ! Et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est un peu compliqué. Sinon je le recommande.

Good hotel. I’ve stayed there before. The only disappointment is that they no longer have the gym arrangement with the facility across the street. Instead, they turned a very small room near the lobby from a hangout room into a workout room. It’s so ridiculously small that two people working out in the room simultaneously would be claustrophobic. Probably staying elsewhere next time since other hotels offer a gym or gym access.
