City Views RoofTop Hot Tub & Short Walk to Stadium

Brian was a very communicative and responsible host. He responded quickly to pre check-in questions, helped with early check-in, and clarified things as we got situated. Property is perfect for a larger group looking to spend a weekend in CLT and value is good if spending substantial time at the house for its amenities. Only thing is that the bulb for the golf simulator was out which was disappointing since it was a major attraction of the house. We checked with Brian a week ahead but the replacement bulb didn’t arrive in time, however he proactively reimbursed us a small amount which was appreciated.

Place was very nice and location was really good specially if you’re there for a game. Lots of entertainment on this location. Place was clean and has everything you need for your stay.

The space was almost perfect for our group, which was there to celebrate several 13th birthdays! The boys especially enjoyed the pool table, the tvs in the living room, and the comfortable couch! The dads enjoyed the golf sim downstairs. We enjoyed every level! There are a couple of opportunities for improvement on the rooftop. Only 1 tv would turn on, but the sound was inaudible even after connecting to surround sound. The instructions mentioned items for the firepit and tv being in a basket upstairs, but nothing was in the basket, including no lighter for the firepit. During the day, we were unable to enjoy the rooftop due to the number of bees and wasps swarming, but they seemed to leave at night. The house was perfectly located, just a short, easy walk to BofA stadium, which was awesome! The owner was very responsive, but we still couldn’t resolve the tv issues on the roof top. The rugs in the upstairs bathroom should be washed prior to each stay (they looked to be overdue). Just a few things could use attention. Overall, a really good experience!
