Felt like I walked into the start of a scary movie right from the lobby. Room was a disaster. Smelled terrible and discovered why: a literal mess in the toilet. Demanded a refund and got a room elsewhere.

Hotel was dirty, room was in disarray,and killed a cockroach in the room. Ended up not staying there. Would not recommend staying there.Hotel has not been maintained for quite awhile.

The room was horrible. The air conditioner did not work and was leaking water. The lights didn’t work at all in the room. There was no room phone. The carpets were stained and dirty. The furniture was chipped and missing drawers. The hallway air conditioner did not work. The elevator did not work. I was given a double bed instead of a queen, which I reserved. I informed the worker of the issues and she said there was nothing she could do about it and wouldn’t change my room. This is ridiculous. I want a refund.
