This condo was perfect for our family of four (kids 8 and 6). The ocean was visible from the front door and a beautiful view of the bay from the back. The walk to Peg's for lunch and the convenience store next door was super convenient with little kids. The trolley stops right out the front door, walk to the beach wasn't bad. We loved the gigantic pool and access to the shuffleboard courts and pickleball court. Overall it was the most convenient beach trip we could imagine. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

This property was very clean and comfortable to stay at. The kitchen has nice cookware, an ample supply of utensils and dishes. The unit has extra blankets and has a comfortable bed. The elevator is really close to the unit’s door making its location convenient. Easy walking distance across the road to the beach. The swimming pool is a really nice size pool with lounge chairs and tables.

Condo was perfect for my husband and I.Easy walk across the road to the beach. Close to Peg Leg Pete’s which is our favorite restaurant. Enjoyed the pool at the complex. The owners were great to get along with and easy to contact.

The condo was beautiful and had a great view of Santa Rosa Sound from the balcony! The pool was right across from condo and beach access just across the street. Convenient location to great restaurants and fishing piers. Tresa was so helpful and a great host. We can't wait to come back here again!

The condo was excellent; the back deck was HUGE with a variety of comfortable furniture to sit on. Fishing off the condo's pier was absolutely wonderful! Always catching! So much fun! Yet also, so quiet and peaceful. Loved our stay!!!

The apartment was clean and well equipped with a great balcony overlooking the water. The air conditioning and wi fi worked well and there were two large screen TVs and a washer and dryer. The huge bed was comfortable and we slept well. The beach is 5 mins walk away, across the road. The trolley stops outside the property. There is a pool and tennis courts close by.

The property is well taken care of and has all of the essentials that you will need. It has a beautiful view overlooking the bay. The owner was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond and made sure that my husband and daughter’s stay was perfect. Highly recommend.

Santa Rosa Dunes has been our go-to summer/fall vacation spot for 37 years. We started with our four children, and now it is just my husband and me. This condo was wonderful, a step way above functional, homey and filled with very nice and thoughtful amenities. Messaging with the owner was quick, friendly and very helpful.

Very nice, clean condo, situated in quiet part of bay, across from beach. Can see the beach from the unit as well as the balcony opens to the bay. Restaurants and activities within walking distance. Has everything you need to cook after a day out or start your day with breakfast, and the host is very nice and responsive. I will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean and had a nice view of the sound. Can also see the gulf from the front hallway. Very quiet unit. We enjoyed the walk everyday to the Main Street - about 1.5 miles - and then would grab a bite to eat and walk back. Short walk to beach!! Beautiful white sand beach!!

Everything ws perfect!! The condo is very clean, the bed comfortable. Very close to everythng!!! The owner is very nice. Very accomodating. We celebrated our 9th anniversary there and we plan on going back to celebrate our 10th ❤️

My wife and I stayed at the property for 6 days in March. It is spacious, with a very nice view of the bay, a balcony, and 1 and 1/2 baths. The bed was quite comfortable, slept great. The location is excellent, you can walk to the Gulf beach, to Peg Leg Peat's for seafood, and its a short drive, long walk to the strip/boardwalk for more places to eat. Also a convenience store just next door. WIFI was great and lots to watch on TV. We had a great stay, thanks Teresa!

This property and host were the most excellent ever! I highly recommend! If you ever want a "home away from home", a great property and host, with great views, excellent walk to restaurants and very short distance across the road to the best beach in the world and not overcrowded, THIS IS IT! I could almost be selfish and book all the availability to myself if I could! BONUS: Blue Angels practiced a couple of days and got this picture from the balcony of this unit!

The property was perfectly located on the island, close to all the sites and the beautiful beaches. It was nicely decorated with a wonderful balcony and terrific views. We were totally satisfied, great vacation. Next time we travel to Pensacola Beach we’ll know where to stay.

This place was great for my wife and I. We actually had friends staying in a 2 bedroom in the same place and we thought our condo was much better. The beach access is just across the street (make sure to use the entry with walkway versus all sand entry. Everything we needed was present. If I had 1 improvement it would be able to cover the large window and door to the patio. If you tried watching TV with the sun out it was tough. Overall we had a great stay. Would absolutely stay again.

Condo was perfect for my husband and I.Easy walk across the road to the beach. Close to Peg Leg Pete’s which is our favorite restaurant. Enjoyed the pool at the complex. The owners were great to get along with and easy to contact.

The condo was beautiful and had a great view of Santa Rosa Sound from the balcony! The pool was right across from condo and beach access just across the street. Convenient location to great restaurants and fishing piers. Tresa was so helpful and a great host. We can't wait to come back here again!

This property and host were the most excellent ever! I highly recommend! If you ever want a "home away from home", a great property and host, with great views, excellent walk to restaurants and very short distance across the road to the best beach in the world and not overcrowded, THIS IS IT! I could almost be selfish and book all the availability to myself if I could! BONUS: Blue Angels practiced a couple of days and got this picture from the balcony of this unit!

The property was perfectly located on the island, close to all the sites and the beautiful beaches. It was nicely decorated with a wonderful balcony and terrific views. We were totally satisfied, great vacation. Next time we travel to Pensacola Beach we’ll know where to stay.

Perfectly located for the sound views, beach access and our favorite restaurant, Peg Leg Petes! Will definitely be booking this condo again! We are already looking at dates for the summer months! We enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean and had a nice view of the sound. Can also see the gulf from the front hallway. Very quiet unit. We enjoyed the walk everyday to the Main Street - about 1.5 miles - and then would grab a bite to eat and walk back. Short walk to beach!! Beautiful white sand beach!!

Very nice vacation spot near beach and so many amenities. Close to beach, pool, restaurant, convenience store and on the trolly line. Will stay again while visiting family nearby.

The apartment was clean and well equipped with a great balcony overlooking the water. The air conditioning and wi fi worked well and there were two large screen TVs and a washer and dryer. The huge bed was comfortable and we slept well. The beach is 5 mins walk away, across the road. The trolley stops outside the property. There is a pool and tennis courts close by.

The property was top notch ! Very clean with a very accurate description. The host was extremely friendly and very prompt with replies to messages. We had a great stay and definitely will return to the same property.

Stayed in Mid-April for long weekend & really enjoyed the condo’s beautiful/peaceful view of Santa Rosa Sound from outdoor patio, so relaxing! Kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms were very well stocked; there were plenty of towels, which we appreciated also. Overall met our expectations except bed a bit firm for our preference, but can’t fault host/owner of unit.

Had a great view of the water between Pensacola Beach and Gulf Breeze. Located within walking distance to Peg Leg Petes which was very nice. Condo was very clean and cozy. King bed frame was noisy and mattress had a high spot in the center. Otherwise I would recommend to stay again.

Fantastic location - absolutely well kept and well stocked (kitchen, towels - everything we needed, we had access to.) Quite clean, everything in good working order (though, occasionally, its pretty obvious this is a family-owned and used condo due to some "family" fixes and repairs - which I found charming, but some might not). I would absolutely stay here again, and plan to the next time I head to Pensacola. :)
