The property was so quaint and comfortable. It was minutes from everywhere we needed to go. It had a wonderful patio that was so relaxing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was even easy to clean up after a busy toddler. The neighborhood was peaceful. I'd recommend it to anyone. I hope it's available for our next stay in Yuma.

I needed to have surgery and stayed at the Crim house while recovering. It was a pleasant stay. I wish I would've been feeling up to more of the amenities that was provided. Me and my friend enjoyed playing cards in the game room and the outside area was nice and relaxing too!

Amazing! This house had everything we needed for a wonderful visit with family. Nicely done with fully equipped kitchen, really nice bedding and bathroom amenities - in a comfortable, spacious setting. We loved the private outdoor space too. Beautiful well maintained spacious home. We all loved the decor of the home. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Lovely backyard for BBQ and visiting by a gas firepit. The kitchen is well stocked for meals preparation. The beds and pillows are super comfy. Location was perfect for us. Easy acess to anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

We booked on short notice to visit my Marine son and attend his promotion ceremony. This is the most stocked kitchen including pantry items I’ve seen in a short term rental! The snacks and coffee bar were a really nice and thoughtful touch. The bedrooms and living room were spacious and comfortable! We had a great time playing cards in the game room! Will def be back again.

We were in town for our daughters softball tournament, and this property perfectly suited our needs. Plenty of space, comfy beds and pillows, immaculately clean, quiet neighborhood, close to the PAAC and downtown. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, including many spices and such. The home is decorated well and was very comfortable to return to after a long day at the fields. The snacks and welcome sign/gift were an unexpected and thoughtful touch. Would for sure stay again!!

The house was a great place for two couples with two large bedrooms and separate bathrooms. It was very clean and loved the decor. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee and snacks and found all the cooking needs and dishes more than adequate. We will hope to return on a future trip to Yuma. Thank you!

Nice and spacious house. Communication with the owner was quick. Small issue with a smoke detector and batteries for a light/fan remote that the owner took care of immediately. A little disappointed that there was not a television in the master bedroom, but it did not take away from our overall satisfaction with our stay. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

From the time we checked until we left we had quick rsponnses from Jeff regarding any questions we had. The property was lovely and comfortable for us to stay after major dental work. We hope we are able to book this property for the next round early next year.

Awesome everything! Nice beds. Felt very private. Quiet neighborhood. There are lots of things for a large group even though there were just two of us. Communication with host was great. Live plants made it feel very homey as well. Plus we were able to watch the Phoenix Suns game!!! We will definitely return, and if I could give it six stars I would!

Our family spent the week at Crim House & couldnt have asked for a better home. Instantly comfortable, Crim House had everything we could have needed & more, as well as being beautiful. Once we got done exploring the property, we settled in & truly felt at home. Beds are amazing & we're not ashamed to admit that when we stripped the beds at the end of our stay, we went searching for the bed tags to find out where they came from. They're now on all of our Christmas lists. The property is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood, but near enough to the major streets to get around quickly, & central to most everything we wanted to visit. Just a few minutes from the 8, so we could zip over to the MCAS to pick up our Marine easily. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with & made our stay smooth & stress-free. We even met people in town who knew the house and our hosts & had nothing but good things to say about them. We Highly recommend Crim House!

Very clean, lovely house. Had everything we needed for a wonderful retreat with our friends. Close to where we wanted to go. Quiet neighborhood. Loved all the little touches to the house. We enjoyed the evenings and early mornings on the patio.
Very clean, lovely house. Had everything we needed for a wonderful retreat with our friends. Close to where we wanted to go. Quiet neighborhood. Loved all the little touches to the house. We enjoyed the evenings and early mornings on the patio.

The interior is spacious and had all the conveniences of home. The neighborhood is quiet and near restaurants and Sprouts supermarket. Definitely staying again later this year.

I've been to Yuma several times and this was one of the best accommodations by far. I was traveling with a family member and a friend who both needed their own bedroom. Three bedroom house such as this was perfect. The ability to have breakfast and lunch and not to have to go out to eat for every meal when traveling was appreciated. The interior was amazing and the attention to detail that this VRBO host displayed makes him one of the best I've stay with. I recommended him to several friends and other family members should they need to come to Yuma or Los Algodones. His courtyard, coffee station, snack set-up shows the host really cares about taking care of guests. BRAVO!! The home security features, WiFi and other amenities make it good for a business traveler as well. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe, welcome and comfortable there. Will book again if I can.

Beautiful well maintained spacious home. We all loved the decor of the home. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Lovely backyard for BBQ and visiting by a gas firepit. The kitchen is well stocked for meals preparation. The beds and pillows are super comfy. Location was perfect for us. Easy acess to anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome everything! Nice beds. Felt very private. Quiet neighborhood. There are lots of things for a large group even though there were just two of us. Communication with host was great. Live plants made it feel very homey as well. Plus we were able to watch the Phoenix Suns game!!! We will definitely return, and if I could give it six stars I would!

We were in town for our daughters softball tournament, and this property perfectly suited our needs. Plenty of space, comfy beds and pillows, immaculately clean, quiet neighborhood, close to the PAAC and downtown. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, including many spices and such. The home is decorated well and was very comfortable to return to after a long day at the fields. The snacks and welcome sign/gift were an unexpected and thoughtful touch. Would for sure stay again!!

Our family spent the week at Crim House & couldnt have asked for a better home. Instantly comfortable, Crim House had everything we could have needed & more, as well as being beautiful. Once we got done exploring the property, we settled in & truly felt at home. Beds are amazing & we're not ashamed to admit that when we stripped the beds at the end of our stay, we went searching for the bed tags to find out where they came from. They're now on all of our Christmas lists. The property is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood, but near enough to the major streets to get around quickly, & central to most everything we wanted to visit. Just a few minutes from the 8, so we could zip over to the MCAS to pick up our Marine easily. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with & made our stay smooth & stress-free. We even met people in town who knew the house and our hosts & had nothing but good things to say about them. We Highly recommend Crim House!

We booked on short notice to visit my Marine son and attend his promotion ceremony. This is the most stocked kitchen including pantry items I’ve seen in a short term rental! The snacks and coffee bar were a really nice and thoughtful touch. The bedrooms and living room were spacious and comfortable! We had a great time playing cards in the game room! Will def be back again.

The house was a great place for two couples with two large bedrooms and separate bathrooms. It was very clean and loved the decor. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee and snacks and found all the cooking needs and dishes more than adequate. We will hope to return on a future trip to Yuma. Thank you!

Our stay at the Crim house was awesome. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, plates, glasses, and everything we needed to make meals for our group of 5 adults. We used the BBQ grill, too. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The house was large and spacious; it seemed larger inside than it looked from the outside. We liked the covered parking. The house was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying the warm weather. We liked the secure backyard. The hosts provided excellent instructions, and check in was easy. We would stay here again.

Wow! We loved Yuma and the Crim house. The host was super communicative and always available to answer any questions. The house is very nice with lots of room and comfy beds. The courtyard is an awesome oasis where you can simply go chill, read a book, or just relax. We met great neighbors who have lived in the area for their entire lives. I walked or run 2-3 miles each morning in a different direction and always felt safe. Great food options close like 4 Locos, Charr, and others. Loved this place and Yuma and will be back again next year.
