The house was exactly as described. Some may be concerned about not having cell service, but it was wonderful to be disconnected. The night sky was amazing! You could sit out and see more stars than you ever thought possible. The house was centrally located to Zion, Bryce and many other local sites. Anyone renting will not be disappointed.

Perfect home base to go spend some time at the national parks of Utah! There was also a little space where I could work (sad necessity). The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed the 30 deer that migrated to the nearby field each evening.

The home is lovely. It's in a nice secluded area. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolutely incredible time at the modern ranch house in Kanab. The decor was perfect and the kitchen was awesome with views that we will never forget. The property is private and remote, and the views of the night sky with zero light pollution are spectacular. Note that the property is a few miles from town and there is no cell service in the vicinity, so you should be sure to download the offline map before you arrive at the start of your stay. Don’t worry because after the first ride in, you won’t be able to forget the beautiful gravel road to the property. It’s simply breathtaking. Once you get to the house, the WiFi is strong and fast and you have all the comforts of home to enjoy and recharge. We had an amazing stay in Kanab close to Bryce, Zion, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and countless tours and trails and outdoor experiences. Absolutely incredible stay at an amazing property in a beautiful part of the country. My kids are still talking about the night they spent exploring and chasing jackrabbits with the neighbors cattle dogs on our last night. Such a memorable experience we miss it already. 5 stars!

Exactly what we wanted, peace and quiet. House itself is very comfortable with great views of the ranch from all sides. Also, Kanab is an interesting area worth exploring. I highly recommend this property.
